Tuscana Resort: Perfect vacation!!

My husband and I just got back from a week at the Tuscan Resort. The week was perfect!! Condo was perfectly appointed, grounds and pool area was beautiful!! I would never hesitate to return!! Thanks for a fantastic week!!

Coco Key Hotel & Water Park: Great hotel

Close to everything large clean rooms. Nice pool area and water park. Shuttle to universal was great. Did not use the restaurant so I can not comment on that. Small mini mart was good for water and snacks.

Rosen Inn International: Wonderful Resort!

This hotel is perfect for families who would like to be close to everything Orlando has to offer. It’s clean and the staff are friendly. There’s a convenience store which has great prices for food and souvenirs, a buffet breakfast and dinner and a shuttle directly to Universal Studios. My family and I has a great time! I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Comfort Suites Maingate East Kissimmee: We had a great time.

The hotel was clean. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was very good. They switched up the hot items each day. The pool was well heated, clean and had plenty of lounge chairs and fresh towels on hand. The shuttle service was shared with several hotels, making fora very crowded ride. Pick up and drops off site/numbers often changed with out notice.

The Grove: Not up to snuff

The rooms and structure are new and fresh but when you get SERVICE wrong in this industry , you're done. Good service is sorely lacking at The Grove. There is little staff around the pools...the activity centre seems to NOT want kids to show up, and if you leave a kids shirt somewhere--forget it. It goes into a lost / found abyss that you cannot access and provides nil chance of you recovering your belongings. How hard is it to get a Lost and Found service wrong !? There is also NIL recycl [... read more]ing at the resort and healthier food options are thin if either of those things are important to you. Shuttles are also non existent despite punchy resort fees...and only provided to Disney. You are FAR from everything...so if staying put is fine and effectively one resto with proper hours is suffice...you might consider the Grove.

Disney Art of Animation Resort: Amazing Resort!

All around great resort! Grounds were spotless... Pools well supervised... Rooms were clean... stayed in the Little Mermaid building #9 we really enjoyed the balcony outside of room... Was great to sit out in evenings!

Loews Royal Pacific at Universal: Express pass perks!

This hotel was everything we needed. Close to Universal Studios, good food available, Universal Express Pass included. The kids loved the warm pool. The room was clean and suited our needs. My husband LOVED the pillows. It was quiet too. I recommend this hotel, especially if you are trying to make the most of your visit to the amusement parks.

Disney All Star Sports: Loved All Star Sports

We really enjoyed our stay at the resort. Everything was clean, the food was good and the staff was very helpful and nice. The only thing we missed was a coffeemaker to have a quick cup of coffe and a fridge in the room to keep the drinks cold.

Sirata Beach Resort: Nice resort

While I had an nice time at the Sirata, I do question the word resort. Having to pay a resort fee which doesn’t include an umbrella at the beach? Resort kept very clean and staff friendly. The wifi was horrible. Unable to connect in building 1. Shout out to the beach service team.

Sunset Vista Suites: Needs a good interior renovation

We loved the location/area of this condo rental/hotel, and will be returning every Spring going forward, however to a different hotel. The rooms here have major wear and tear and therefore need a good renovation (carpets/upholstery/tile/paint,etc), as well as improved cleaning. Our floor had not been swept/vacuumed and therefore not moped before we checked in, and the place was just filthy overall (both our condo's as we rented two next door to one another). Daytona Beach Resort: Needs more attention to detail

This is a pretty old hotel like most of Florida hotels. Here is a list of good and bad points. Good - Large bathroom - 4 swimming pools - good location - good kitchenette with fridge, microwave, sink, 2 burners and dishes - sufficient parking in the parking garage - good wifi Bad - The hotel charges $15 US plus tax per day for a resort fee which covers wifi, parking, room cleaning. It should be included in the price of the package, not charged separately since it is a mandatory cha [... read more]rge. - Ancient A/C which doesn't work efficiently and is very loud - No safe in the room which is standard in almost every hotel nowadays - Beds and pillows are lumpy and need to be replaced - Housekeepers came to our room around 2:30 PM every day even though we asked for them to finish by noon. Our room was only properly cleaned once in a week. - Pools could have been cleaner. I never saw anyone clean them all week. - Super slow service at the front desk. Check in was 4 PM and we didn't get our room until 5 PM despite the fact that we let them know that we arrived at 1 PM. We didn't expect to check in early but did expect to be in our room no later than 4 PM. We had an Oceanview room with a balcony that you could stand on but was too narrow to accommodate a chair so pretty useless. The Oceanfront rooms appeared to have full size balconies. One other way that the hotel could be improved would be to have a dedicated adult pool outside and have the entire pool/bar area smoke free. There were a number of people with screaming kids that obviously did not respect anyone else that was at the pool. The smokers at the bar were right next to the tables where people were eating lunch. Also, there were dirty ashtrays at the non smoking pool. One of the staff should be monitoring the people at the pool at all times as everyone ignores the posted rules.

Caribe Royale Suites: All the resort feels!

This hotel was beautiful! When we drove up the lights and waterworks out front showcased what was to come. When we entered the hotel it had an instant resort feel. Which I was worried I wouldn’t get that resort vibe I had been hoping for since changing our trip from an all inclusive to Florida. The lobby was gorgeous and inviting. Not having to reserve a pool chair was great. We even came back for a night time swim. The lights and atmosphere was just like an all inclusive resort. Food and drinks were great. No issues with parking, hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. Really was an awesome stay especially for the value. Would definitely come back!

Rosen Inn Lake Buena Vista: Clarion inn lake Buena vista

Quite the experience at Clarion. We arrived there early afternoon and we were told rooms were being cleaned. We checked back several times throughout the afternoon. We had asked for ground floor and close to pool as I had a bad knee. Each time we asked we were told rooms were being cleaned. We watched as several people received rooms. At 5 we were told they did not have a room. After getting a bit firm they gave us a room on the 4the floor the room furthest away from pool and office. The [... read more]y told us to back the next morning and they would change rooms and get us a room as requested. We returned the next morning and were told we had to pack up and move out of the room before they would look for a room for us. We packed up and they told us to come back after lunch. We returned after lunch and they starting looking for a room on ground floor near pool. They finally gave us a room on ground floor the furthest away from pool as possible. Plus they were doing construction on the other side of our room. Staff not very friendly.

Bahama Bay Resort: Fantastic stay.

This is our second stay at this resort we loved it the first time and again the second time. The unit we had this time had a bit of updated furniture and a king bed. I can’t say enough good about the resort. Honestly can’t wait to return.

Coco Key Hotel & Water Park: Resort average

Grounds were nice, the rooms were a little outdated. It’s said every more had a microwave ours didn’t. Staff was great. Location was close to everything. I would not return to this hotel however the water park was great for kids,however the bigger water slides were under construction.

Ocean Pointe Suites: Wonderful Stay At Ocean Pointe Suites

We enjoyed a great week at the Ocean Pointe Suites . Our suite was amazing and staged beautifully. The kitchen was up-dated with all new appliances. The staff at Ocean Pointe were friendly and helpful. The grounds were kept clean and the pool and hot tub too. It felt so comfortable there and we didn't want to go back home.

Disney All Star Sports: Great place

This hotel was really good. Our stay was made more enjoyable because of the excellent staff. Our room was perfect for our family needs. The grounds were very well laid out and pleasant to walk around. We were very pleased with our stay here. The food court has a good variety of choices for meals and they are good quality and value.

Disney Art of Animation Resort: Art of Animation Resort

The resort is well located and close to the Disney parks. The resort is clean and the facilities are good. The check in was very slow and the room was not ready by 3:00pm, and we were not informed of the delay, or of when it would be ready. After further delays we ended up cancelling a dinner reservation. We were given a couple of free passes but they were loaded to our account under the incorrect park for the wrong day. They corrected it but we ended up wasting at least 30 minutes in  [... read more]the process. Overall the resort was OK. I would consider going back.

Ft Lauderdale Marriott Pompano Beach: Great beach location

Awesome beach / pool and restaurant in this hotel! Not much to do within walking distance. Had to ask hotel for certain things multiple times example: water bottles in your room which are part of the resort fee, clean sheets, etc. Also beware of “ocean view” rooms they are partial ocean view.

Disney All Star Music Resorts: Amazing Vacation-Exceeded Expectations

My 5 year old son and I recently went to the Disney All Star Music Resort. I was very impressed with the package I purchased through Trip Central.
