Sunscape Sabor Cozumel: great resort

the resort was great wish there were resturants to choose from since they only had 2 , the pool was good could have been bigger but was very quite during the day witch is nice and the staff was amazing.

Dreams Cozumel Cape Resort and Spa: Would expect better for a 4-star

The cleanliness wasn’t great. Unless you believe putting scented spray is cleaning. We had to call numerous times the front desk to get towels or toilet paper and it took several hours or days each time. The beach is not for swimming: rocks and weeds. The tv doesn’t have any channel working due to weak wifi. The food was okay, but even though it says they accommodate gluten allergies, the staff doesn’t have a clue what it means (milk? Not what I expected for the price.

El Cozumeleno Beach: Low key, pleasant and relaxing vacation

The hotel is older, somewhat dated but not without charm. Very clean, staff is amazing, food was fair so no complaints. Bed a bit too hard for my liking but yet I slept well after a day outside in the sun, water. I do wish newer and more comfortable chairs on room balcony and perhaps wifi throughout whole resort. Dreams Cozumel Cape Resort and Spa: Dreams resort a dream

DREAMS CAPE RESORT COZUMEL I FOUND THE RESORT TO BE CLEAN AND RPOMS VERY LOVELY. Grand Park Royal Cozumel: Amazing Resort

Staff was fantastic view was amazing from 9th floor. Food was good and the snorkeling was amazing. Shopping was very close as was the airport. Representative was very helpful. Entertainment was very good. Bartenders were great and willing to please.

Cozumel Hotel and Resort: Improved from last visit. Great Location

My husband and I visited for 2 weeks at the beginning of February 2023. We have been to this hotel several times before, but not since Wyndham took over. We were very pleased. Highlights: snorkeling right out front of the hotel. Coral wall was as amazing as ever, except for near the entry. I swam to the left from there to almost the pier. Husband happy with bacon from grill (if he asked Virgilio.) Cornelio and Miguel both outstanding waiters, some of the other staff could be more attentive. Coffee was terrible, very weak, it used to be so delicious there! We started to get cappuccinos instead. Usually, they were better. Snack bar no longer was a buffet, but rather was cook to order. Keira and Luisa happily took orders and food was fresh and quite tasty. Loved the shrimp quesadillas. There were some special meals, like a fish fry one day at lunch on the beach with live music and one evening there was a Mexican night at the Gran Salon. I wish we would have known about these in advance, as we missed these special meals a couple of times. Beds as hard as ever, which is my preference. The hotel itself requires repairs, which repairmen are seen doing almost daily. I enjoyed interacting with the activity staff. Excellent Spanish lessons and stretching classes, from Iyuli and Alonso, and Juanita and I taught each other. Gabriel refereed the very fun pool volleyball, which I loved! They also did a fabulous night show with lights and shadows. I especially loved the shadow dancing! So talented, Iyuli! The hotel has a policy of cutting off armbands at noon, even if the guest's flight is much later. This is a very poor policy. Hopefully, the management will reconsider this. Also, apparently smoking is no longer permitted in public places in Mexico. (I am surprised by that, I would be surprised if that won't affect tourism.) We had an amazing time, a very enjoyable 2 weeks. I would love to return.

The Westin Cozumel: Amazing resort

Grounds are little limited with no palapas but well maintened. Rooms with stunning view were well maintened, public areas clean, food and drinks were great. Staff and service were outstanding. Will be likely back at some point.

El Cozumeleno Beach: It was an okay resort

The grounds were okay. Lot of rocks to climb over in ocean. The staff were very efficient and friendly. The food was repetitious and very limited choices. Extremely little entertainment. Difficult to obtain chairs or pulapos due to towels dropped on them early in the morning!

Playa Azul: Perfect resort for a quiet, relaxing stay!

We loved this smaller hotel in the north end of Cozumel. It was quiet even with a beach club on either side. Hotel lobby is beautiful and has a little library area if you want to borrow a book. The rooms are a little dated but very clean and have a Mexican charm. The bed is very comfortable! Air conditioning worked great and always had hot water in shower. We loved being right at the water and we were able to walk a distance each way along the beach. We would definitely come back to Playa Azul!

Occidental Cozumel: Great week had by all!

Stayed Jan 21-28. All rounded wonderful week. Beaches are limited due to hurricane erosion but found a beautiful spot at the end with lots of shade and sun options. Bar Service on the beach was great and enjoyed the daily pool aquifit with Axel. Treated ourselves to a Royal level package and really enjoyed the upgrade. Private dining room was especially delightful for breakfast as well as a couple of international dinners. Spoiled our group of 8 with a beautiful show in preparing bananas flam [... read more]bé and Mayan coffees. Reservations for the entire week at dinning rooms with Mediterranean being our favourite. Will definitely keep this resort on list of return options❤️

Occidental Cozumel: If you go upgrade to the Royal level

The resort is beautiful and clean with a very friendly staff. If you go upgrade to the Royal level. With it you get a larger room, in a private off the main path setting, your own hot tub pool and a restaurant that you can use for all three meals if you wish. Royal allows you to also book in all the other restaurants. We were greeted with a bottle of wine in our room and a bowl of fresh fruit. The majority of people were 40+ in age (although there were younger people and families) and was v [... read more]ery quiet at night. We never had a problem getting chairs at the beach or the pools. Restaurant meals were leisurely and not rushed and we were offered specialty desserts and coffees to top them off. Would definitely return.

Zel Cozumel: Planning on returning

Cozumel Palace: Great spot

Very nice hotel, great restaurants, snorkelling right out of hotel dock, great shopping near by. Housekeeping service was fantastic. But the best part are the people. Just to name a few - Bestabe, Allen, Juan, Perla and so many others. Service oriented, efficient, but first of all making us feel special. I can say that we found many, many friends out there. Thank you for your big heart

Dreams Cozumel Cape Resort and Spa: Beautiful setting

The resort is physically beautiful size properly for our taste. It is experiencing a learning curve in terms of service and English language skills. The food is the service restaurants was excellent quality and interestingly prepared.

Grand Park Royal Cozumel: Grand Park Royal

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. As soon as you enter you are in awe. The staff are friendly and service is pretty good, has 3 pools which have a bar each and lots of restaurant options, snacks drinks, etc. Only two downfall for this hotel I would have to say is the quality and variety of food is not the best but it's OK. Other one is that because of where it is situated doesn't have a huge beach front, rather a very small private beach. Overall I think it's one of the better hotels in Cozumel.

Grand Park Royal Cozumel: Staff is great

The biggest thing I would like to address is the courtesy of staff. Faustino in Guest services was over the top helpful with organizing our excursions. Sarai Borges and Livorio provided us with great service and smiles. I found these bartenders to be very kind, helpful and if they didn't have what we wanted - they were very creative and helped make our stay even more pleasant. Kudos to the staff. El Cozumeleno Beach: Perfect Family Getaway

The hotel was clean, extremely friendly staff, very accomodating. The buffet does not have a lot of options but the a la carte menu is a great idea. We ordered from that menu mostly for lunch and supper. The rooms are simple and have large balconies and the beds are very comfortable. I love how the resort is so close to the beach. Sunscape Sabor Cozumel: Wonderful staying!

Amazing trip! The hotel looks good. The room are wide and comfortable but need some maintenance. The service, food and entertainment activities were great. What i did not like that there was no wifi service for free of charge at the room. I have enjoyed a lot the beautiful sunset and Mango Tango drink. I highly recommend Sunscape for low budget trips to Cozumel!

El Cozumeleno Beach: Not the best.

Food sucked. Food ran out often. Listed amenities were not there ie. Internet or only available for extra costs. Staff was amazing though! Absolutely fantastic staff. Probably wouldn't go again. I need more characters so I'm just filling at this point.

Occidental Cozumel: Very disappointed

Occidental changed and for the worse. The service is awful, nobody made us feel special there whatsoever. They had a clear lack of food and the resort generally felt badly taken care of (insects in the rooms, damp beds from humidity that the ACS just aren't able to keep up with) We weren't even greeted with a welcome drink, and asked a passer by if we could get.some drinks, the drinks came in plastic cups...you can tell a lot by the first drink. We would have stayed there despite all this has we been able to book scuba trips, but even that was "fully booked and nothing they could do" We changed to a different resort. A WestJet rep helped us, but not Kevin, it was a 3rd party rep that helped over the phone and had us transferred for an additional $200. We were satisfied with the other resort, it was a lot better and a lot more positive in general. So all in all - I learned a lesson. Not going to use West jet again...they don't even include a piece of luggage on the plane, not much is offered and they pricing is pretty high. I may as well have gone to Cuba with the experience I had. Sorry, but this is the honest opinion. Hope you improve
