Love This Resort!

This was my family's 3rd time at this resort. There is so much to do here within the resort. They have a water park that the kids loved and the wifi throughout the resort is nice. The food was great and the staff in every department were always nice and helpful. Not much bad to say about this resort. Would recommend it to anyone.

Beautiful resort!

The grounds were beautiful and well kept. We were on the bottom floor of building 8 and it was clean as well as we were surprised that there was no bugs...The food was good with variety of choices for everyone. Excellent entertainment at both Memories and Royalton during the evenings.

Fantastic water park

Grounds clean, people friendly and dinners were delicious at the a l carts. Water park is the best I have ever seen on vacation. Rooms are spacious building 7 is the best place to stay. Close to the airport if travelling with children.

Great stay for the family!

Nov 2015. Resort and staff were great. Diamond club is worth the extra cash. The butler you get with the diamond club is amazing. They arrange everything for you and the private pool and beach areas are very nice. The kids loved the water park and the pools. Beach was Clean nice but the waves were too strong to swim. Visit the Royalton resort attached. Very nice! Stay there if you have a bigger budget. But with the diamond club you also have access to most things. Lots of fun for the kids

Memories Splash Punta Cana is a great resort for parents with kids. The Water Park and activities will keep them busy all day. Start the day at the pool when it is still quiet, move on to the Water Park and its wave pool and slides, and finish the day at the beach. Don't miss the beautiful sunset before going for a shower and get ready for a nice dinner to one of the restaurants or the buffet. Great stay in a nice family resort

The grounds are very clean friendly staff around the resort. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The only down side is that it is not located on the beach however you have access to the beach through the Royalton. Like the restaurants and no need to make reservations is nice. The pools are great as well as the water park. I would return again.

AMAZING VACATION!

Our stay at Memories Splash Punta Cana during the week of Nov 8th to the 16th was EXCELLENT! The accommodations were clean and modern, all staff (including waiters/servers, housekeeping, bartenders, groundskeepers, etc) were great and always with a smile and willing to help. Great time and would def. return....have already given great reviews to friends and co-workers since our return! Gracias...Gracias...Gracias!!!

Fabulous Time

We enjoyed our stay at Memories Splash Punta Cana. The resort was very well maintained, Food was excellent, Beach beautiful.The staff is amazing. Especially Valentin and Emillio. They went above and beyond!!!!

Wonderful!

Nice resort, not too big. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Food was good. Plenty of choices. Memories is attached to the Royalton and you have to go through it to get to the beach. Not a big deal. Jump on the tram and walk a few minutes and you're there. Sands bar is right there as well as the lunchtime buffet. So we stayed on the beach for most of the day. Never had a problem finding loungers with shade. The waterpark was alot of fun even for someone over 50. The best thing about Memories [... read more] is the staff. Always so welcoming and kind. They genuinely want you to be happy. We had a wonderful time and I can't wait to go back.

Awesome resort

Great resort! So much to do! Fun waterpark (not just for kids), water sports at the beach (we sent paddle boarding), fun atmosphere watching the Jays game at the sports bar, made use of the Royalton amenities with $15 day pass. Lots of selection for food (buffet and a-la-cartes). Drinks much better at the Royalton. Definitely recommend!

Bees, Bugs, poor service

Service was inconsistent. Staff were not that friendly. Grounds were not that well kept or clean. Room was decent size, however housekeeping was inconsistent. Drinks were good. Pools were a good size, but not cleaned well around it. Watch out for bees around the pool and lots of mosquitos at night. Food was just OK. We've had better at the Bahia Principe and even resorts in Cuba and Mexico. Only A la Carte we enjoyed was the Under the Sea. Would not return back or recommend to anyone.

Amazing resorts to relax

Love the pool and the food a lot o choices and all the staff from pool to dining ,bar they are all friendly staff. Good to recommend to all my friends and relatives. Wants to go back again with lots of friends and family. to enjoy

Perfect for all ages!

we loved the pools, water park, restaurants, shows and beach! Everyone was friendly and it was very family oriented. We felt safe and comfortable and enjoyed all the meals. Shops were located right outside for souvenirs and a medical centre on the resort. Hotel rooms were updated and clean. Would go there again!

Way better than Expected

We booked a Last Minute trip - (booked Wed evening, left Sat), and selected Memories Splash from our available choices. Boy were we surprised! From the speedy check in, to the check out a week later, and many visits to the Front Desk because we'd lost or deactivated our room keys, the Front Desk team were amazing. We were in Building 7, as requested at the time of our booking, no issues, rooms were plenty big, beds comfy, linens clean and crisp. Housekeeping does an amazing job of keeping the ro [... read more]oms clean, and in a timely fashion. The food was the best I've ever had in the Dominican and I'm there about 2-3 times in a year. The choices, the quality, the freshness left absolutely nothing to be desired. The A La Carte restaurants were equally as good, and we ventured over to the Royalton one evening for Japanese ($15/person) which was also very good. Best restaurant for me at least was Under the Sea - but only by a slim margin as the Italian and Mexican were equally as good. Service was perfect at all of them, as it was at the Buffett. Not a problem finding a beach chair, palappa, or lounger at the pool the entire week. the fact that you had to walk through the Royalton to get to the beach was probably my biggest issue of the week (and only issue). Usually I go to Adults Only resorts, however at this one you hardly ever heard crying children, I think they were all too busy doing activities! Would definitely go back, and highly recommend it to families, singles. There is just so much to do, and such a nice resort and excellent staff to do it with!

Very clean and spacious, would definately return.

The beds were only doubles, so we upgraded. Staff always friendly. Food was very good, the Under the Sea restaurant was the best. The waterpark was a blast, we have kids. For kids I say between 7-11 years old, the waterpark would only work for the wave pool. Slides had a height restriction. Access to Roylaton was a great bonus, bar there and pool to swim in. Beach was amazing, clean and water warm

Amazing just Amazing

This hotel is incredible, when we walked into our room, the first thing i did was take a picture. Out of 12 vacations in the last 3 years i have never done that. The grounds are wonderful, the pools are clean. The staff go beyond to help serve you. The A La Cartes yummmm is all i can say. The Belimi bar wow, amazing drinks. Once we tried one, we went back each night before supper. Refreshments, being restocked daily, the maids doing as clean as it was when you came into the room. Beautiful Resort

I really enjoyed the excellent entertainment at this resort and the fact that it was a five minute tram ride to the beautiful beach and facilities at.the Royalton. Our room was large enough to have an extra bed in it because there were three single women. Can't say enough about the always pleasant staff.

Average hotel

The rooms were a little dated but clean, food was good, enjoyed the quiet pool. A distance to go to the beach but worth it. We were able to use the facilities at the Royalton but you had to pay $15.00 a person.

Very Family Friendly

Very clean rooms and hall ways. Family friendly hotel and staff. Good food in main buffet. Organized pool activities everyday. Needs a larger lobby area to help customers get settled in. More nightly shows or activities needed.

Great family trip!!!

Overall, the experience was wonderful. I traveled with my partner and two and a half year old. We had the Diamond Club package. While it was nice to have a few of the perks (dedicated beach area, beach cabanas, 24 hr room service and conceirge, spa amenities etc.), I would do without a second time around. The grounds were beautiful and the sister hotel, the Royalton was very nice. The wait staff were super friendly and accommodating. The beach was gorgeous, little on the rough side unfortunately for my toddler. But best for last, the Waterpark on the grounds!!! What a smart thing to do. My toddler loved it!
