Couples Negril: Loved this resort!

Great resort. The food, the beach and room were fantastic. I can’t say enough good things about Couples Negril. We will be back next year. We had a garden view room and we were very happy with it. My husband went scuba diving and thought the diving was much better an in Ocho Rios. This is our third visit to a Couples resort. We have been to Couples Tower Isle twice. We love Couples Negril just a bit more.

Couples Negril: Couples Negril I’m Back Again

I never wanted to go to the same place twice. Far too much to see and too many places to experience and choose from, until I went to Couples Negril. This small size resort with closeness to all amenities, beautiful grounds and beach, excellent service, great food, top shelf liquor and amazing entertainment makes this resort, by far, the only resort I've returned to (and I've been to 50+ resorts) .... it ticks all the right boxes.

Couples Negril: Amazing resort

Grounds always clean and beautiful, saw staff work on removing leaves in beach area, premises, and clearing glasses from tables, beach area, and grounds every day. Staff always greeting me and courteous.

Couples Negril: Wonderful Resort

We loved our stay at Couples Negril!!! Everything was very clean, service was impeccable, staff was courteous and very helpful, the beach was excellent and although locals could sell stuff on the beach, they were not allowed to come to you, you had to go to them! In addition, I have special dietary requirements...I have Celiac disease so everything must be gluten free plus I am vegan. I must say that they went out of their way to accommodate me with this!! The food was delicious!

Couples Sans Souci: Great trip!

Another amazing trip to Couples San Souci!!!! We had sun, sun and more sun the entire week. Food was beyond great, room was very nice and clean. Highly recommend beachfront suite. Water sports team were once again very accommodating and took us out on the Hoobie Cat everyday, did some jet skiing, and went on the sunset cruise (that was beautiful). Balloon bar staff excellent, swim up bar staff were more entertaining than fast at providing drinks. Beach bar staff were fine. Did find that the [... read more] resort itself would routinely run out of such things as Clamato juice or mint........vital ingredients for some of our favorite drinks. Bar service on the beach was hit or miss, non-existent on some days and other days were bringing us drinks without us even ordering them. Love how you can get beach towels whenever you want them all day long - this is a really nice feature at a resort. On a negative note the transfer to the resort was terrible. We arrived on Easter Monday and unbeknownst to us it is Kite Day in Jamaica and the traffic was insane. It took over 3 hours to get to our resort and no where to stop to use a washroom. The transfer to the airport at the end of our stay was not much better. In all our other stays at this resort we were driven to the airport in a small van with only guests from other Couples Resorts, however, this time, we were picked up by a small bus that only had 2 small side seats left and not another sole from a Couples Resort on the bus. This is truly not the best way to end an amazing week of sun, excellent service and great food. Honestly, if you are looking at getting away to relax, rejuvenate and reconnect with your loved one, this is the perfect resort for that.

Couples Swept Away: Tropical Paradise!

This resort truly is amazing! Beautiful beach, awesome food, drinks and service. The staff are friendly & accommodating. The rooms aren’t really fancy but have a rustic charm to them. If you are looking for a quiet relaxing romantic getaway for you & your significant other this is the place to be! (However, if you are looking for the loud party atmosphere you may want to look elsewhere. This resort has more of a quiet intimate setting.) Couples Tower Isle: Amazing Resort

This is by far our favourite resort. The service is top notch and the hotel and grounds leaves nothing more to be desired. We've been to several other chains on various other islands and nothing compares to this in our opinion, as far as value for price. There seems to be no request the staff are not willing to accommodate. The food is delicious and offers lots of variety at the buffets as well as the a la carte restaurants. We really appreciate the no tipping policy as it just makes our sta [... read more]y that much more relaxing. While this might be considered a quieter resort than some, that suits our preference. Having said that though, there is still lost to do throughout the day and evening. Check-in/Check-out is done quickly and efficiently and we really appreciate that Couples has its own airport arrivals lounge and shuttle to and from the resort. This was our second stay and we will definitely be back.

Couples Negril: Another great week!

Fifth visit to Couples Negril and still loving it! Smaller quiet resort but no shortage of things to do. Great food, amazing beach and water, staff are attentive and friendly. Grounds and rooms very well maintained. No tipping policy is great and does not affect service (staff won't take tips even if offered). This is true "all inclusive": from airport lounge to shuttle service to resort there are truely no worries.

Couples Sans Souci: Simply Awesome

The location was beautiful. The food incredible and the service out of this world. Relaxing and exciting all at the same time as the mood struck. I will be going back! The transportation to the resort and back to the airport was easy and non stressful, something I traditionally worry about. The staff were like friends. Couples Negril: Outstanding resort

Was very happy with couples resort. The rooms were nice, the beach was absolutely gorgeous. The staff were so nice and attentive. The pool and grounds were very nice. And of course the food was awesome. I would love to return to this resort in very near future.

Couples Tower Isle: Fantastic Resort

The resort is awesome as soon as you arrive. Staff are excellent. They remodeled the resort with new furniture and a nice face lift. The food is fantastic especially Eight Rivers. Everything is truly included from scuba diving to golf . I have been there 4 times and will not hesitate to go back next year .

Resort was out dated, rooms need mush help. Staff not very friendly. golfing was terrible staff at the pro shop very rude Over all Food was good. Room staff were good. Beach was very small but cleaned every morning.

Couples Swept Away: Couples Swept Away 2018

The hotel was fine, but certain areas have been neglected since our last stay, which was less than a year and a half ago. The price has increased huge, but the service and cleanliness has not even been maintained. Certain waitresses made us feel like we were such an inconvenience to them (at the Patois), the public washrooms were quite filthy as well. Very heartbreaking, as we have always claimed it was our favourite island in the Caribbean.

Couples Tower Isle: No Disappointments!

We had a great vacation at the Couples Tower Isle in Jamaica. I would highly recommend it to someone looking for a great beach. The rooms were clean! Food was good! Staff and evening activities were awesome!

Couples Sans Souci: Seven years of spending Christmas and New Year at this Resort!!

Absolutely love this place - it's home away from home. The staff are so friendly, we got the room we wanted, the grounds are beautiful and well kept and the beach is cleaned every day. Casanova is our favourite restaurant and we usually have breakfast at the Plazarina and lunch at the Bella Vista. This year at all the restaurants, we found that the steak was pretty tough but after talking to Pierre, (the manager) they will be changing their butcher. Couples Swept Away: Highly overrated resort

Beautiful beach, clear water, and a generally quiet property were the highlights. Unfortunately, little else at this resort lived up to expectations. Accommodations were in need of updating. Food was average at best with limited selections. Loud live evening music was played at the buffet well before dining hours were over so a late quiet meal at the buffet was impossible. Much of the staff were aloof and service, both at restaurants and bars, was terrible. A good drink was almost imp [... read more]ossible to find. I realize that marijuana is as common as cigarettes in Negril, but to have a couple smoking weed at the dinner table beside you during your meal on New Years Eve is unacceptable. Staff was aware of this as the waitress took a picture for them. Overall, a very poor value for the price.

Couples Sans Souci: Beautiful Resort but needs improvement

Food was less than desirable and the service needed some work. You would ask for something and just never get it. You always seemed to be bothering the staff. After saying at CSA, CSS was a huge disappointment. Wished we had returned to CSA. This resort wasn't anywhere near the same quality.

Couples Negril: Anniversary Celebration

We celebrated 25 years together at this resort a week ago. We had not been to Jamaica for about 15 years. We knew that for an all inclusive Jamaica would be our first choice for a destination. The fantastic food, beautiful beach and amazing relaxed vibe was just what was in order. We have travelled to many island destinations, Jamaica will always be our favourite. We look forward to our next visit. Couples Negril was just the right size for us. Couples Swept Away: Best Resort Ever!

Couple's Swept Away was simply the best place we've been to, in the Caribbean. The service is out of this world. Staff is genuine and incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was gorgeous and the bed was supremely comfortable. But I must say, the best thing was the beach and the food. Outstanding in every way. I will be returning.

Couples Swept Away Negril Jamaica is a fantastic place. You can relax and do nothing or you can be as busy as you like. The whole experience is wonderful. The staff are friendly, the property is beautiful, the water and beach are the best we've ever had the privilege to use.
