Now Garden Punta Cana: Amazing Resort

We upgraded to the Now Larimar when we arrived to be closer to friends a d we were very satisfied with our experience. The room was clean, the staff was wonderful, the beach and pools were great. We have no complaints! Thanks for a wonderful holiday!

Dreams Royal Beach Punta Cana: Worst vacation ever

I did not have high expectations when booking this trip, I just wanted a beach, pool, and to relax with a drink. Somehow, I was still dissappointed. This resort is poorly maintained, the food inedible and staff unhelpful. It was a complete waste of my vacation days and money.

Beautiful resort, fantastic food, great service but disappointing preferred club extras. One big draw to the resort was that there was international beverages but they ran out every morning after two drinks! Also, we were unable to use a cabana for the whole trip as they were always taken (people payed staff to reserve them even though they said it wasn’t allowed) Chairs were hard to come by at the preferred pool too. Dreams Jade Resort and Spa: Absolutely amazing service

My family and I just enjoyed 7 nights at this wonderful resort. It was a beautiful resort with wonderful service. We stayed in the preferred section. The rooms were spacious and the pool was quiet. Just what we were looking for. Our only complaint was that the pool concierge reserved all the seats at the main pool. It wasn’t until the third day that we figured out to ask him for lounge chairs and the beach was a bit rocking. We would definitely would consider going back on the future [... read more].

Nice and clean resort good location. Beach is rocky friendly staff. Pools are nice.Dress code for male at Italian restaurant is ridiculous. Food is good. Would recommend this resort. Nightly entertainment is ok.

This hotel was amazing. never had better service like this before. Staff and servers were the best. (a special thank you to Gabriel and Luis from the buffet restaurant and to Jessica who made sure we had plenty of drinks at the pool.)

Second time to this beautiful hotel and it was even better than the first . It’s the staff that makes it really outstanding . Food is really good . Blue water grill for lunch and dinner outstanding . Other a la cartes good too . Drinks good , beach good , pools good . Preferred club ocean front the way to go! Thank you Now Sapphire!!

Great service, awesome people. Smaller resort which was nice so you could walk everywhere instead of wait for a trolley. All restaurants located at the front with coffee shop and casino. Great nightly entertainment as well.

Dreams Royal Beach Punta Cana: Been here twice and will be returning

This hotel is great we were upgraded for free to pool view room for being a returning traveller . We opted to pay another $300 upon arrival to upgrade to preferred . The front desk told us if we return again the room and preferred upgrade will be free . We were located in room 1156 . Outside our door was our private check-in/out as well as our own private preferred bar with all premium drinks . Pools were very clean . Beach was well maintained and spacious . Dreams Royal Beach Punta Cana: Wonderful vacation

Having never been to the Dominican Republic before, we initially found this resort to be a little tired and in need of some TLC. Having said that, after taking some long leisurely strolls down the beautiful beach, we found it to be one of the nicest in the area. Restaurants on site were a bit hit-and-miss. The French restaurant was amazing, food and service. The Hibachi Grill was well worth having to get a reservation for. The Mexican restaurant was also very good and the main buffet offered a large assortment of amazing foods. We only ate breakfast there. Everything was within a short stroll of our room including the beach which I can't say enough about it. We did notice on our many walks that the beach at this resort was absolutely one of the best as far as size and huts providing shade. We upgraded to preferred status and took advantage of the excellent beach bar service as well as Castaways Restaurant/Bar. It was very well located to the beach and pool areas. Weather was perfect which was a real bonus!

Dreams Onyx Resort and Spa: A Wonderful Week Away In The Sun!

Just back from our second trip to Now Onyx in Punta Cana. This resort is top shelf with excellent staff and service, amazing food and pristine beaches. Great for kids - especially the Explorer's Kids Club. Katy & Leidy are amazing with the children! Also wanted to recognize Estefani, Miguel and Danny for excellent pool side drink service! You won't be disappointed with this resort.

We had a really great time at the Now Oynx, Punta Cana. The hotel and pools were clean and the food was amazing. A few things.... We were pulled into a sales pitch for the Unlimited Vacation club that took over 2 HOURS. We were promised a $200 voucher for the spa so we stayed but it was terrible. It involved at least 6 different sales people (why so many people?). I come from a sales background and the whole presentation seemed confusing and just too long. The Spa, is super expensive! Dreams Vallarta Bay Resort and Spa: Wonderful Resort

We were very impressed with the grounds, our room, the food, the staff, and the location (close to town). The week we spent here was so relaxing. There was always a lounge chair available by the pool or beach, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We avoided the talk about time-sharing, but it was a bit awkward. It is so nice to put on after being in the sun all day, and I didn’t bring any with me, as usually there is a bottle of skin lotion.

Dreams Onyx Resort and Spa: Family Vacation

We are four families (8 adults 6 children) who just came back from the Now Onyx. The resort was everything we hoped it would be and more. It is not too big so easy to get around. There are several pools and the most beautiful pristine beach! Our grandkids (ages 2 to 7) loved the kiddie pool which was nice and warm. Resort was perfect - beautiful landscaping, pools and beach were great. Rooms and all public areas were impeccably clean. Food was excellent and all service was good. The entertainment staff were really enthusiastic and great fun. Would not hesitate to return there and recommend to friends.

This has been my first trip with my family to Punta Cana and definitely will not be our last. This resort is beautiful and what is great about it is that it has easy accessibility to everything; from pool to ocean, lobby to cafe, ice-cream parlour, and hamburger shop. The resort is also very well maintained and very clean. Service was great and the staff and entertainers are so friendly and easy to talk to. The food is good, however it would be nice to have more than one buffet restaurant to go to. The only thing that I would have like to see is a variety in their foods. Everyday was the same, no variety for the breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Dreams Onyx Resort and Spa: Amazing resort

The Now Onyx in Punta Cana is the best resort we have stayed at. We were in bldg. 5100 with a swim-up room. The service was the best we have experienced. This resort is definitely a 5 star. The beaches were great, no difficulty in getting lounges any time of the day. The pool area had lots of activities and also no difficulty in getting lounges any time of day. Our favourite restaurant was Spice.

The good: beautiful grounds and pool, beach is nice (lots of seaweed and big waves when we were there. Facilities are nice and new - it’s only been opened a year. The bad: despite being only a year old, the rooms already have a lot of issues. Mould and musty smell, improperly functioning AC, TV that breaks and you call multiple times but it’s never fixed, which meant we couldn’t access any of they hotel info such as which restaurants are open when, mini fridge broke but we did manage t [... read more]o get that fixed, spa tub on the deck that drained onto the deck. The ugly: the food. It’s pretty bad, especially the buffet. Things sit too long and the hot food is cold while the cold food is warm. Some of the specialty restaurants are ok (the grill and the French) but I am still recovering from the food and I have a strong constitution (it’s almost been a week).
