Disney All Star Sports: It's okay

Clean room but a bit small for a family of four (2 adults' a pre-teen and a teenager). Round table too big for the space. Should be a desk i stead. Not enough storage space. Bathroom way too small. Pool was great. We liked to have more the one pool option. Laundromat on site is a plus. Good diversity of food.

Vacation Homes: Good value for the money

The home was equipped adequately but we did find some of the appliances did not work . It was clean. We noticed it was becoming dated though but was good value for our money . We would book these vacation homes again !

Walt Disney World Swan: Location location location

The WDW Swan met all my expectations and was in the perfect location for a family visiting Disney. Being able to walk to the nearby Disney resorts provided some variety for meals and the water transportation to Epcot and Hollywood Studios couldn't have been better. The hotel did feel a bit 'conference-y' so sometimes areas were closed for conference events and set up but that didn't impact us very much. As someone with much experience at Disney resorts, the room size was incredible and it felt like a Disney deluxe accommodation at a Disney moderate price. The only negative comment I have was the Garden Grove restaurant. Honestly CANNOT believe that Disney allows this restaurant to stay on their Disney dining website and endorses it. The meal was terrible and the only option was a table d'hote so it was an enormous amount of food and waste. They did try to resolve our problems but ultimately, we spent a ton of money and really ate salad, bread and dessert - the mains were basically not edible.

Disney Pop Century: Amazing Resort

Rooms: Excellent (after all they are new), Rooms are minimalist decor and nicely appointed. Bathrooms are excellent with good quality bath products/ towels/ down pillows and duvets. beds are very comfortable. excellent stay and very accommodating.

The Grove: Great Stay

We chose the Grove because of 3 bedroom suites to accommodate whole family. Worked out great, able to cook several meals ourselves. Would recommend renting a car. Shuttle bus departure times to and from Disney resorts not that convenient. As well used car to get groceries from nearby Target as well to visit other attractions. Another benefit of car was that you parked at level of your floor and had direct entry towards your unit instead of having to wait for elevator. Disney Art of Animation Resort: So clean and tidy!!

We enjoyed our stay at the Art of Animation resort. Room was perfect, well kept and tidy. The Art and statues around the resort are fabulous (in typical Disney fashion. Food was excellent with plenty of choices for the kids. Would Definitely recommend!!

Caribe Royale Suites: Caribe Royale - just OK this time

A few years back, we stayed on the villas side & it was fantastic! This year, we stayed in Tower3 in the hotel rooms... not sure I would stay again - the $25 USD fees are excessive for what you get, plus add another $10/day to park... I felt like the additional fees were excessive & not worth it. The WIFI was down for 12+ hours, and we were still charged $25 for the day. As a courtesy, this should have been waived. I asked for a view of the pool, and our room was above the games area/bar. Great  [... read more]location when you have kids - NOT! Overall, we had a nice trip, nothing was horrible, but nothing was great for the money (except the pool).

Tuscana Resort: Nice ressort

The resorts is nice and very beautiful. The staff is very friendky and the service is great. The key card are finicky and don’t always work properly . The kitchen is not properly equipped and missing a lot of essential things like spatulas, utensils and glasses. When asked to restock towels, dishes clothes, dishsoap, etc they barely give you enough.

SpringHill Suites Orlando LBV: Nice Stay

Nice hotel with a great location, close to theme parks, Disney Springs and the airport. Free breakfast with ample selection was an added bonus. We did use the complimentary Disney Shuttle twice during our stay. But found driving to the parks and paying for parking more convenient. Kids enjoyed the pool area which was never crowded. Rooms were spacious and clean. No complaints.

Universal Cabana Bay Beach Resort: ok Resort

We stayed on the Americana wing of this resort for 5 days at the end of Feb. This resort seems a little dated especially in the rooms, bare bones, no microwave, old carpets, even had a sink backup one morning. Poor water pressure for morning showers. With that said the pool area was very nice, lots of towels available through out the day. Pool was warm as well as the lazy river. There is a food court/cafeteria on the premise however it's focus is on fast food fare, have to go to the Citywalk to find a good restaurant. Overall I would give it a 6.5

Sheraton Vistana Resort: Great resort, great location!

Just returned from a 4 night stay at the Sheraton Vistana. It was a girls getaway and this was perfect for us. The villa was huge and had everything we needed. The pools were great - that is where we spent most of our time. We ate at two of the restaurants and the food was good. The location is very central to outlet shopping and Disney Springs and it is very easy to get from the airport to the resort.

Buena Vista Suites: Great Location

The hotel has just finished undergoing a renovation and the place looks great. They have a beautiful pool area that has friendly pool side service with comfortable furniture all around it. The continental breakfast was decent enough to not force you off the resort to find better breakfast. the rooms were clean and roomy . The takeout pizzeria in the lobby was a bonus and italian restaurant was decent as well. This hotel is minutes from all Disney attractions , and minutes from dozens of other restaurants we were able to enjoy . ( Top Golf, Mario Andretti indoor carting, Machine Gun America to name a few ) . weather was beautiful and would consider returning .

Ramada Gateway Hotel Kissimmee: Great Pool!

Parking was free and the pool was always clean! It's a very family-oriented place. Wide range of channels on TV. Some rooms are carpetted, others are with hardwood floors. All the staff were polite. Walking distance to a Walmart. Five Stars!!

Universal Cabana Bay Beach Resort: Great resort with everything you need!

When you first step foot into the retro styled resort you feel like you jumped back in time. Though retro in styling, it is far from retro in amenities. You have restaurants, Starbucks, bowling lanes, pools with a lazy river, clean comfortable rooms. And let's not forget Volcano Bay waterpark is right next door. I loved that I woke up in the morning, grabbed some breakfast from the Bayside diner ,jumped on a complimentary shuttle to the theme parks and never waited more than 5 min's to get a sh [... read more]uttle. Service was fast, friendly and the food was good. I would definitely recommend the Cabana Bay Beach Resort to anyone. Not just families with small children. This resort caters to all ages. I was there with my 22 year old son and it was great. I do wish that there was a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport, however that was not of huge concern to me. I sure appreciated being inside Universal Studios and not requiring a vehicle. I give this resort a 4 out of 5 star rating. Rosen Inn Lake Buena Vista: Comfortable Accommodation Close to Disney

“We booked this hotel as a package through Sunwing. We knew from previous reviews that we were getting a basic accommodation. After flying in to Orlando and travelling from the airport to the hotel which was pre-booked and pre-paid, we were told that there were no available rooms. We were sent to a sister property at Pointe Orlando for one night. This was extremely inconvenient as we had plans to go to Tampa early the next day. We had to alter plans or take our luggage with us. The Rosen Inn w [... read more]as identical to the Clarion, just a bit newer or better maintained. We were able to transfer back to the Clarion the next day. For our inconvenience, the hotel offered free buffet breakfasts. We are still waiting to hear from Sunwing rep! Rooms Clean and comfortable. The beds were surprisingly comfortable with 4 pillow choices! The fridge and microwave came in handy. The lighting was poor near the closet. The toilet didn’t flush well and the tub drained very slowly. Despite having rooms facing the freeway, there was only light noise. We never heard anything from our neighbouring rooms. Pool Clean and warm. The lounge chairs had mildew stains. Food Buffet breakfast had a variety of hot and cold foods. The fresh fruit and Mickey Mouse waffles were a favourite. Evening buffet was good for cafeteria style foods. Hot dishes were hot and there were several choices each day. Gift shop There were a variety of souvenirs and snacks. The free shuttle to Disney picked us up at the hotel. All in all, this was a great value hotel close to Disney, shopping and restaurants, within a few minutes of interstate. I would recommend it for a base for exploring Orlando.

Rosen Inn Lake Buena Vista: Room for Improvement

We booked a Sunwing package to Orlando through Trip Central. When we arrived at the hotel, we were told they were overbooked and we’d be moved to their sister hotel, Rosen Inn at Pointe Orlando ! Not a huge deal, except we had plans to leave our hotel early for a day trip in Tampa and switching hotels provided a big challenge! Why offer a package if the hotel is not available to those who booked well in advance for all nights of their package! That being said, the rooms were clean and the  [... read more]beds were comfy. The only issue we had with our room was our toilet and tub were both slow to drain- we dealt with it, just something that could be improved. We took advantage of the pool- lots of pool towels and chairs/loungers available. Breakfast buffet was amazing! Full size and mini Mickey Mouse waffles, fresh fruit and a large variety of breakfast foods! Great way to start the day!

Holiday Inn at Universal: Could have been better....

We found most of the staff to be very nice and easy to deal with, but had some issues with the cleaning of our room. It was hit and miss, as one day we might not get clean towels left, and another day the only replacement coffee pods would be decaf coffee. This is an older hotel, and we found that it could have been a bit cleaner. On a good note, it was close to attractions. When booking I was under the impression that there was a continental breakfast included, but this was not the case.

Holiday Inn Orlando SW Celebration Area: Average

The carpet in the room smelt, the clock was off, the toilet flush did not work, I had to lift the top off and jiggle the plumber after use, my room was connected by a close door early to another room and I registered several complaints to the front desk to send a security guard to advise the resident to lower the noise level ~ eventually I had to change my room.

Champions World Resort: Good Value.

Nice Grounds. Parking was plentiful. Fridge and Microwave in room is a bonus. The beds are very hard. Requested King Bed and received 2 doubles. Was $30 to upgrade to King for some reason. Easy check in and out.

Universal's Aventura Hotel: Really Nice resort

Excellent friendly staff, fast room service, and informative staff. Negative, breakfast food quality and choices, in comparison to other resorts we have stayed in. The room we had seemed very plain, needed extra towel hooks in bathroom for convenience as well as more colourful, lively pictures on walls or britter paint colours. All and all very clean and well maintained. Yes, would recommend to stay at this resort, however go elsewhere for breakfast.
