Royalton Negril Resort And Spa: An Awesome Resort

We stayed at this resort for the week before Christmas and fell in love!! It is a great resort, with an awesome beach, great service and lots of food options. We have been to the Carribean several times and this is our favorite resort so far!

Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: Very good value for money

Buffet - 9/10 Restaurants - 5/10 Beach - 7/10 : the only thing we didn't like is a lot of seeweed starting somewhat 10-30 m from the beach Room - 8/10 Cleanness - 9/10 In overall, very good value for money, calm sandy sea, service is good and friendly, rooms are big enough and clean, beach is clean, a lot of beds/umbrellas.

Sunscape Cove: Okay resort

Fairly nice resort, but could use some tlc in the rooms. The bathroom doesn't have much of a vanity, and no hooks to hang anything. The beds are pretty firm, and the pillows are not bad. We enjoyed the food in the two restaurants at the cove, and the Italian at the splash. We didn't care for the Asian, and found the buffet at the splash to be average for a 3 star. The staff were all wonderful, good at their jobs and very friendly. The beach had a lot of small rocks, which you had to step o [... read more]n to get in the water, and once you're in the water, there is very little area that is sand. A lot of the area is grass, which can have sea urchins. If you have water shoes you might want to bring them. You can also snorkel, although it's not the best. We snorkeled around the rocks, where fish like to hang out. The kids we saw loved the pool with the pirate ship and waterslides.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Perfect

We had a great time and such a great resort. The staff were all very happy, attentive and kind. Very much enjoyed ourselves and would go back to this resort for sure. It was our first time at this brand of resorts but everything was so smooth and easy.

Riu Negril: Great resort

Very clean-always cleaning common bathrooms. Food was great great, lots of options at buffet. Great drinks and service. Paul at the lobby bar makes a great Long Island ice tea!! Beach is nice. Overall great resort, no complaints.

Jewel Grande Resort and Spa: Exceeded all Expectations

After spending one week at the Jewel Grande I am not sure I can think of a single thing to complain about. The room, pools and beach were all immaculate. The food was absolutely amazing! Usually after a week my family struggles with where to eat for the last night or two. On this trip we had trouble deciding which restaurant because we wanted to return to all of them. I love travelling to Jamaica because of the people and Jewel Grande has some of the best!

Riu Palace Jamaica: Great resort

This resort was wonderful. the service was amazing. The food was endless and tasty. The rooms and facilities were always very clean. Lots of activities throughout the day. Couldn’t ask for a better vacation.

Grand Muthu Runaway Bay Club Caribbean: Loved it all!

Had a great vacation. 6 of us stayed the first week of December, ocean front suite and 2 garden rooms. Check in was smooth, requested fridges were in the rooms and paid for the safe at check -in. Food was great, plenty of choices at all meals. The 2 a-la -cartes were very good, would recommend going, seatings at 6:30 & 8:30pm for the one above the Buffet and 7pm & 8:30pm for the one at the far end of the resort. Daily activities were non-stop, something for everyone at the beach, pool and b [... read more]y the tennis court for archery (big favorite on this trip!) Steel band played during supper, then the house band, daily awards were presented and then evening entertainment. The disco opened at 11pm but we didn't make it up that late. Plenty of beach chairs, new ones were being brought in, less by the pool but you'd rather be at the beach anyways. Quiet pool was nice to visit, bar right there was never busy. The swing bar (Jetty bar) on the beach was very nice. Rooms were spacious with a large washroom and walk in closet. AC worked great and even though our room was by the road we didn't hear a thing and slept vey well. Nice comfortable mattress. Enjoyed our stay and will return!

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Awesome resort!!!

Everything about this hotel was awesome. The grounds, rooms, washrooms, dining rooms, pool and beach were all so clean. The entertainment could have been a little better but wasn't bad. I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and I will definitely come back again! But stay longer!!!

Grand Decameron Cornwall Beach: Great Ocean Views

This smaller sized hotel meant no line ups at meals and bars. Great location 10 min from airport and walking distance to the “hip strip”. Loved that all the rooms had an ocean view! Food was plentiful with lots of choice for all tastes.

Royalton Hideaway Blue Waters: The name don't match the location !

The ground and public areas are very good. Dining , in general, is good. Service ( except the check in) are very good. The room is run down, i.e. the bed mattress on both bed are sacking, the patio door outside handle is missing. If you try to conserve energy by closing the patio door when you stay outside, you can't get back in. The view from the B building are terrible, facing roof top and hotel kitchen. Although when we book the trip, it is suppose to be Luxury room, without extra US $  [... read more]350 upgrade fee, we end-up in this type of room. The check in process is terrible, unless you pay extra to become a diamond member, they just keep you waiting and waiting. It take us hours to get the room with a kitchen view.

Riu Negril: Fantastic experience

The food was awesome, resort was clean and not dated. Cleaning staff could have done a bit better in the daily room clean, but not a big complaint. Entertainment was good, not amazing. Staff were all friendly. Had a great stay and would go back.

Dreams Rose Hall: Outstanding resort!!!!

We just recently got back from our vacation at the Hilton Rose hall resort in Jamaica Montego Bay. I cannot emphasize the outstanding service that we got from the people working at the resort. They were all extremely friendly and were always asking if we needed anything else or what they could do to make our stay better. The resort was clean and the food was amazing !!! I can’t describe the amazing time we had one of the best places I’ve visited to date!!!

Riu Reggae: riu reggae montego bay

the hotel and staff are amazing i have been there 4 time and every time as been amazing the food is very good the grounds are spotless the rooms are amazing would recommend to anyone that needs a break from kids , this is adult only

JOIA Rose Hall by Iberostar: Paradise. That is all.

So this was my first time going to a tropical destination and resort. And I must say, we were spoiled! First of all, we got a complimentary upgrade to our room as soon as we checked in. The staff handed us mimosas and took our luggage just after stepping off the bus. AND a cool towel. Talk about service! All the staff had smiling faces the ENTIRE time we were there. Jewel Runaway Bay Resort: Enjoyable vacation

Great food, beach and people. Rooms are aged and in need of repair and updating. Air-conditioner not working properly, also sliding doors wouldn’t slide and the safe needed to be repaired before using, the room door electronic lock needed repaired twice, Although the staff responded quickly and were friendly it was still an inconvenience.

Couples Negril: amazing resort

Best of the best. This was our fifth time at this resort, we already recommended it to others who have gone, we also took another couple .... and we will definitely be going back!!!!! for the record, this is the only resort we've been to more than once.

Riu Reggae: Amazing resort!

Everything was great, clean and comfortable! Love the atmosphere, the staff, the entertainment and the food. Interaction with staff always a pleasure. Cannot say anything negative! Great vacation!!!!

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Nice resort but......

The grounds were well kept and attractive. The beach area left a little to be desired. Some areas of the beach appeared rocky and overrun with seaweed. The pools appeared well maintained. Unfortunately it rained for three of the four days we were there however staff were very good about drying up the water so as to prevent slip and falls.

Riu Ocho Rios: Fantastic Resort

My family and I stayed at Riu Ocho Rios for seven days and we had a fantastic time. The atmosphere, food, staff, facilities and various activities were second to none. Over the years, my family and I have been to several Caribbean resorts and Riu is overall the best by far.
