Grand Decameron Cornwall Beach: Great Ocean Views

This smaller sized hotel meant no line ups at meals and bars. Great location 10 min from airport and walking distance to the “hip strip”. Loved that all the rooms had an ocean view! Food was plentiful with lots of choice for all tastes.

Royalton Hideaway Blue Waters: The name don't match the location !

The ground and public areas are very good. Dining , in general, is good. Service ( except the check in) are very good. The room is run down, i.e. the bed mattress on both bed are sacking, the patio door outside handle is missing. If you try to conserve energy by closing the patio door when you stay outside, you can't get back in. The view from the B building are terrible, facing roof top and hotel kitchen. Although when we book the trip, it is suppose to be Luxury room, without extra US $  [... read more]350 upgrade fee, we end-up in this type of room. The check in process is terrible, unless you pay extra to become a diamond member, they just keep you waiting and waiting. It take us hours to get the room with a kitchen view.

Riu Negril: Fantastic experience

The food was awesome, resort was clean and not dated. Cleaning staff could have done a bit better in the daily room clean, but not a big complaint. Entertainment was good, not amazing. Staff were all friendly. Had a great stay and would go back.

Dreams Rose Hall: Outstanding resort!!!!

We just recently got back from our vacation at the Hilton Rose hall resort in Jamaica Montego Bay. I cannot emphasize the outstanding service that we got from the people working at the resort. They were all extremely friendly and were always asking if we needed anything else or what they could do to make our stay better. The resort was clean and the food was amazing !!! I can’t describe the amazing time we had one of the best places I’ve visited to date!!!

Riu Reggae: riu reggae montego bay

the hotel and staff are amazing i have been there 4 time and every time as been amazing the food is very good the grounds are spotless the rooms are amazing would recommend to anyone that needs a break from kids , this is adult only

JOIA Rose Hall by Iberostar: Paradise. That is all.

So this was my first time going to a tropical destination and resort. And I must say, we were spoiled! First of all, we got a complimentary upgrade to our room as soon as we checked in. The staff handed us mimosas and took our luggage just after stepping off the bus. AND a cool towel. Talk about service! All the staff had smiling faces the ENTIRE time we were there. Jewel Runaway Bay Resort: Enjoyable vacation

Great food, beach and people. Rooms are aged and in need of repair and updating. Air-conditioner not working properly, also sliding doors wouldn’t slide and the safe needed to be repaired before using, the room door electronic lock needed repaired twice, Although the staff responded quickly and were friendly it was still an inconvenience.

Couples Negril: amazing resort

Best of the best. This was our fifth time at this resort, we already recommended it to others who have gone, we also took another couple .... and we will definitely be going back!!!!! for the record, this is the only resort we've been to more than once.

Riu Reggae: Amazing resort!

Everything was great, clean and comfortable! Love the atmosphere, the staff, the entertainment and the food. Interaction with staff always a pleasure. Cannot say anything negative! Great vacation!!!!

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Nice resort but......

The grounds were well kept and attractive. The beach area left a little to be desired. Some areas of the beach appeared rocky and overrun with seaweed. The pools appeared well maintained. Unfortunately it rained for three of the four days we were there however staff were very good about drying up the water so as to prevent slip and falls.

Riu Ocho Rios: Fantastic Resort

My family and I stayed at Riu Ocho Rios for seven days and we had a fantastic time. The atmosphere, food, staff, facilities and various activities were second to none. Over the years, my family and I have been to several Caribbean resorts and Riu is overall the best by far. Since our return home, I have and will continue to recommend Riu Ocho Rios to our friends, family and any/all acquaintances. Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Just average

The grounds are well kept. The pool areas are very slippery. The breakfast buffet has a huge variety will not disappoint. However if you want a la cart good luck unless you plan on eating after nine. Be sure to bring faceclothes as they are hard to get. The beach area is knee deep. Definitely not a beach unless you go over to the kids side of the resort where you will be approached to by weed and smell it all day long. Hit the snack bar instead it's worth the walk compared to cold fries and burgers. Overall this resort is just average nothing luxurious about it what's so ever. Will not return

Grand Pineapple Beach: Disappointing

I was so looking forward to going back to Jamaica, it had some great things, the beach, ocean, Rick's cafe, margarittaville. The food on the resort was the exact same food every meal, ran out multiple times well before meal time was over. The staff was not attentive. Our room was usually cleaned at dinner. Our first room had a running toilet, not safety chain, remote for TV didn't work. A safe was not available the day we arrived. It is a great place to meet people do to the size of the resort. [... read more] We were supposed to be moved to a king room mid trip, I confirmed the day before, to be told the next day that no one had confirmed. I wasn't going to ruin my trip by getting angry, so we waited another day to move. Overall we had a nice time but wouldn't go back.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Great trip to Jamaica

Loved the hotel facility and the daily activities they had going on. We took a family trip for our daughter’s first vacation. We would definitely recommend this hotel to another family. Unfortunately we did not have the opportunity to use the kids club as it was under renovation during our stay.

Sandals South Coast: Loved Everything about it!!!

We had a great relaxing vacation. There was a quieter pool that we spent most of our time at. Did not have to make reservations for Dinner. Food was great. The staff was very accommodating with any needs we had for the room or at the restaurants. I really liked how there was a restaurant for breakfast not just the buffet restaurant. Hedonism II: Website not exactly accurate

The food and entertainment was above average. The beach is beautiful. But the website description is not accurate. There is nothing "prude" anywhere at the resort. Expect nudity every where including breakfast lunch and dinner in all the dining rooms.

Royalton Blue Waters: Nice resort, grumpy staff

The grounds were beautiful and the rooms are the cleanest that I have ever seen in carribeam. It is worth it to upgrade to diamond club. Difficult to eat if you require a celiac diet as very few are knowledgeable on this.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Amazing time

We had an amazing family vacation here. The staff was outstanding the food was good, although repetitive. The rooms were comfortable, however being on the main floor you could here late night noise. Great access to pools. Beautiful beaches and plenty to do with children. A great family experience

Sandals Dunn's River: Great Resort!

The staff were amazing. Service was second to none and food was delicious. Grounds were clean and the pools were lovely. Ocean was do warm. We would definitely recommend this resort. Weather was perfect.

Royalton Blue Waters: Less than expected

The beach was beautiful and clean. The rooms were slightly run down as was the entire resort with regards to the buildings. The power went out numerous times throughout the week. On a daily basis there was a shortage of jerk chicken, some liquors and ice. The staff for the most part were accommodating and friendly. We had to ask every day for the bar fridge to be restocked, the shower handle fell off with every use. It was difficult to get reservations for dinner and the food was often cold. The [... read more]re was only two small elevators in the Blue Waters “3” building being used by staff and guests for a 7 floor building.
