Cofresi Palm Beach and Spa Resort: Awwesome resort

Rooms were fabulous.. Very clean and safe..great service.. Alot of steps to walk but shuttle sevice was great..excursions were great as well as the entertainment..staff was friendly and helpful.. Restaurants were well organized and food great..

Royalton Splash Punta Cana: Amazing resort and vacation!

I can not say enough nice things about this resort and vacation. We were spoiled from the moment we checked in! We were given a free room upgrade to a jacuzzi suit. The staff, the grounds, the service, the amenities, the beach, the pools, everything was absolutely perfect. We did not want to leave and come back to real life. Everything was clean and perfect. All the staff work hard and it shows. The food is not up to Canadian standards but I had no problem finding something to eat and certainly  [... read more]did not go hungry. Grand Palladium Palace: Nice vacation

We just came back from staying at Grand Palladium Palace. First I will start with the front lobby, it is very nice they have live entertainment nightly which is nice, great if you want to sit and relax and enjoy the music. Next we were in a loft, there was 4 of us 2 adults and 2 children 10&12. The room was nice, clean, there was some wear and tear on furniture. Next the food, the buffet is good, a good selection, I find the food to be very tasty. What I did not like was the service, the wait staff was slow to clean up a table to sit and also were not quick with clean up of plates on table. The buffet close to the pool was great, great service great food. The a la carte you don't have to make reservations but if you want a spot you must go at 5:30 to reserve for that day. Entertainment was ok not that many activities going on a bit in the morning at beach and then again at 3:30 by pool they did not post this anywhere. I like a bit more variety. Also the entertainment crew which were great Julio, Julianna and Lilianna were a lot of fun. The only thing I didn't care for is constant need for the hotel to keep asking for reviews. They would take you to the lobby and wait next to you while you fill it out. Lastly the night shows although I found them amazing dancers beautiful costumes, it was too much dancing every night. There were no other kind of shows , I like when they get the guests involved as well or change it up. I did forget 1 thing I do enjoy my coffee/cappuccino but only the lobby has this, they do not open till 9am. You do have coffee makers in room although I wish that there were places you could go and get coffee yourself . All in all I would say that it is a nice resort but they would need to change a few things. I would not return to this hotel again. We have been to Punta Cana several times and preferred the hotel we were at prior.

Barcelo Bavaro Beach: Amazing vacation!

The hotel was beautiful. Everything was very well kept. The food was delicious, pool was always clean, beach area was gorgeous! The animation team was so much fun and made the stay an incredible experience! I can't wait to go back to this resort next year!

Whala Bavaro: Not unbearable but not great

Not much to do, not much choice for food but beaches and ocean r amazing and once we upgraded to a suite room was much better than the first room which was right by the road and noisy. Always found something to eat but not much at all for snacks. Hotel is getting pretty run down, staff r friendly but don't do anything to make u feel special. Get what u pay for but at the same time have stayed at way nicer places for same or less. Still had a great time and made a ton of friends!

Iberostar Waves Costa Dorada: Wonderful Vacation!

My husband and I stayed at the Iberostar from April 3rd to the 10th. We had a room overlooking the pool in building 7 on the second floor, as requested. We found the service wonderful from the front desk staff to the bartenders! The layout of the resort is great - not very large and easy to find your way around. The food was better than most all-inclusives we have stayed at and the nightly entertainment was above-average too. We hired a taxi and took the cable car up the mountain which was close by and enjoyed some amazing views - well worth checking it out! We liked the beach as it was wide and offered lots of areas for shade or full sun. The pool was very nice as well - large with a whirlpool in the center and a great swim up bar. We are confident we will return to this resort!

IFA Bavaro Village: Very nice resort!

The entire staff was absolutely awesome, friendly, professional, happy, the best ever! The food was very tasty, the drinks were very generous. The rooms were huge, comfortable and stylish. The resort was very nicely laid out. Although the beach was breathtaking with the many palm trees adorning it, the beautiful white sands were often marred by the seaweed that continuously washed up. We noticed that other close-by resorts had tractors to keep this at bay, but IFA just had a small group of men w [... read more]ith rakes and wheel barrows...very hard to keep on top of it. The nightly shows left a lot to be desired. Same old let's-embarrass-the-audience games, every night. It would have been nice if they had brought in some real entertainment. All in all, wonderful vacation!

Vista Sol Punta Cana: Great little resort

I have stayed at 4 different resorts in Punta Cana in the past 7 years; all of which were rated 4 stars. I really liked this one. It is clean, pretty and most staff are friendly (bartenders could cheer up a bit). It was sometimes difficult to get a drink served at the buffet but there are alot of self serve machines around too. Loved the location, it was close to everything including the airport which I liked way better than being too far off the beaten track. Catalonia Royal Bavaro: Excellent food!

We enjoyed our stay at the Catalonia Royal Bavaro. The restaurants, food and grounds were immaculately kept. However, our room was quite dated, the furnishings somewhat shabby and the maid service a little inconsistent. I would not categorize the Royal Bavaro as a 5 star hotel in comparison to others we have visited.

Vista Sol Punta Cana: Hidden Gem

I had tried not to go with high expectations however this resort completely exceeded all of my expectations. The food was really good on the buffet and had great variety. Our room was one of the renovated ones so we were quite pleased. The beach was great, the water is a little rough but still enjoyable. All in all fantastic time!!

Melia Caribe Beach Resort: a wonderful escape!

outstanding shopping and service! The food was delicious- with lots of yummy choices. The only drawback is that the resort is so large that anyone with mobility devices or have issues walking too far, will regret staying there. A 20 minute walk to the ocean is too far. Also, the pool is not very close to the main building either. If only there was a pool closer to the front of the resort!

Bahia Principe Grand San Juan: Awesome Resort!

Beautiful resort, clean, friendly staff, good food and very energetic entertainment staff. We even liked the ride from the airport to the resort, it gives you another perspective of people who live in the area, the driver even stopped to re-stock whoever wanted another beer, very impressed. While at the resort, staff were very accommodating and they work very hard to impress, always making sure we had enough to drink and that we had everything we needed.

Catalonia Bavaro Resort: Beautiful grounds

Grounds were gorgeous, food was good, needed more chairs on the beach, excellent shaded areas. A la carte restaurants were delicious, rooms were clean, spacious, staff was very friendly. Entertainment was not up to par compared to the rest of the resort.

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Great Beach, terrible Customer Service!

I was part of a large group and the issues we had are too numerous to list here. There was no customer service from the resort management, the wedding co-ordinator, or the Air Transat rep. Pros were the beach and the grounds, rooms were ok and food was decent. The management at this resort do not care about your experience once they have your money. We heard way too many times that this was not their problem or come back in a couple hours and we will fix it. After three straight days of hearing  [... read more]this we gave up.

Bahia Principe Grand San Juan: First Class All The Way!!

From the delicious food to the clean room (housekeeping visits twice daily), the beautiful beach, friendly staff and the many activities offered by the hotel, this resort was amazing!! Did I mention how good the food was?? Best I've experienced at an all-inclusive yet!! The excursions available we're fantastic as well. Will definitely be going back!

Sunscape Coco Punta Cana: Awesome time

The Grounds were very nice and the the staff was awesome in terms of service during dinner or for drinks, awesome ambience and something for everyone to do. The beach was awesome. The entertainment was also spectacular!

Bahia Principe Grand Samana Roulette: Good Trip

This resort has amazing views from other resorts we have visited. The staff and other vacationers were very friendly. Kudos to Alex with all his energy and good energy that he passes on to everyone. Keep up the good work as you will go places. Grounds are very well kept. Rooms are showing their wear and time for an update. The beds are very hard and need to be replaced. Overall great time and will visit again!

Grand Sirenis Punta Cana Resort: Enjoyable Resort

Blau Natura Park Resort: Awesome Vacation!

Blau Natura Eco Resort was fantastic, clean and fun. The staff was hilarious and tried to keep those interested involved. The resort is older but I do not go on vacation to stay in my room is I'm ok with things not being updated! Good value for the price and simple fun get away! Definitely would go back again! :)

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Amazing Facilities

Largest complex that I have chosen to stay in and was impressed with the convenience of all the activities...BEST BEACH EVER!!!!!!!!!Food was amazing... On site employees did a great job of entertaining and enjoying the guests.
