Majestic Colonial Punta Cana Beach Resort: Great resort

The hotel is beautiful lush gardens with beautiful pools and beach. The food was really good and a lot of options.arw favorite was the steakhouse. The rooms are nice and spacious could use some updates. Service was ok some of the workers could be better for sure. Over all it's a nice resort

Grand Palladium Select Bavaro: Outstanding!

My wife and I stayed here for 2 weeks. The hotel grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The beach was amazing and the service second to none. The buffet restaurant and food in general was very good! Lots of selection and high quality.

Riu Republica: Not satisfied

The grounds were not clean enough. The drug dealers are all over the place, including on your staff. The pool water was dirty. The food was bad except for Ole which was pretty good. Bar service was very bad. The beach/ocean was amazing.

Riu Republica: Great spot to kick start your weight loss journey

The food is absolutely terrible. Room is dirty and house keeping is spotty. Booze does the trick. I would advise looking at other Riu resorts in the area as there are far nicer ones. Great place to party!

Bahia Principe Grand Bavaro: Don’t pick the Bavaro Resort

The compound had about 7 resorts, don’t choose the Bavaro one. The customer service there is terrible, they give you dirty looks the whole time and they only speak spanish. The buffet also has a terrible smell that makes you nauseous when you eat. Pick the Punta Cana one or any of the other resorts. The entertainment was good and we still had access to some other resorts so we were able to enjoy ourselves.

Serenade Punta Cana Beach and Spa Resort: Pros and cons

Let me start off with the pros This resort is beautiful very clean in the rooms are amazing. The staff for the most part was extremely friendly and very helpful. Now for the cons if you were a beach person and love to go into the ocean this is not a place for you the beach is awful. There is a terrible smell of sewer throughout the resort. Serenade All Suites Adults Only Resort: Seranade All Suites Punta Cana

It was absolutely fantastic. the room was very accommodating and the service was excellent. being our first time on a resort we couldn't believe we didn't have to pay for anything but tips. We would definitely go again and recommend it to friends

Serenade All Suites Adults Only Resort: Wonderful Time!

The Serenade Adults only resort is beautiful. We found out it is only 5 months old, so they do have some kinks to work out, some of them being, running out of towels by the pool and the food at the buffet not being replenished fast enough. The resort did not feel crowded. With 3 pools, everyone was able to spread out. Although we had access to the family side, we were not allowed to go to their restaurants, which was a little disappointing. Every time we went to restaurants we were approached with people trying to sell us spa packages or excursions. All in all it was very relaxing. Just the trip we were looking for.

Bahia Principe Explore Esmeralda: Bahia Principe luxury Esmeralda PUJ

Usually we go to Mexico but because of the seaweed we had all of our last travels in the Playa del Carmen area we went this time to Punta Cana. Unfortunately we had 4 of the 7 days again a lot of seaweed. The good thing is that there wasn’t any rock on the beach or the ocean. The room was great. Everything you need and clean. Because there are 6 or 7 Bahia hotels next to each other and you can go to most of the restaurants. There was no internet at the beach. They had those routers on poles at the beach but they didn’t work. Wifi on the rest of the hotel grounds was okay. One main pool with loud music, a “quiet “ pool and in the middle a pool with bubble tubs. All three pools were kinda warm. Overall we loved it and made a good choice for this hotel.

Lopesan Costa Bavaro Resort: Terrible experience

Do NOT go here, especially if you have children or need special accommodations (disability, allergies, etc). I wouldn’t recommend this resort or destination to anyone. The staff was incredibly rude. We spent more time trying to sort out our stay with no resolution than at the pool/beach. The pool decks were covered in cigarette butts and empty cups and the beach front was unkept by the resort.

VIK Hotel Arena Blanca: Good resort

The grounds are well maintained, food was very good, lots of variety, we did have a few issues with the room, but the staff took care of everything. It’s an old resort and it needs some upgrades. The staff is very friendly, no complaints about that.

Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: Amazing resort!!

Room was fantastic! Always clean. Staff was very nice and always helpful. Restaurants/food was great will a lot of variety!! Activities were great. Night life was awesome will great entertainers! Already planning to go back!

Bahia Principe Escape Aquamarine: Loved every second of this trip!!!!

This resort is perfection. I am a picky person so need a very clean resort. This resort was very clean! From the rooms to the grounds, to the buffet to the pool area, everything was well maintained. Some things were a little dated but it didnt matter it was very clean. The food was great! Royalton Hideaway Punta Cana: Good Time

Overall the resort is good....we found that some staff seemed to be complacent and not really interested. The Hideaway pool staff were very good. Always attenuative. Food at the buffet was very good and plentiful. A la carts were good and there was rarely a line. We have been to other Roylton resorts and will continue to use them again.

Serenade Punta Cana Beach and Spa Resort: Beautiful Resort

This resort is new and well maintained. The rooms are very nice and clean. Our swim up pool was excellent and clean. The grounds were well maintained. The food was good but not excellent. The drinks were also good but not excellent. The staff were excellent!

Riu Bambu: Absolutely loved everything!

We had gorgeous weather the fist 2 days. The beach had very little seaweed. Day 3 we had a day of rain so we went for a drive to BelleMare Mall. It wasn't a mall but rather a gift shop. Things were lovely but highly overpriced. We went to the BlueMaa on day 4. Much better stores. For the remainder we went to most Riu parties. Great entertainment every evenings. The beach had lots of seaweed and so we preferred the pool for the duration of our stay. She is a lovely soul and always had a smile. We loved our stay and can't wait for next year!

Grounds are beautiful,the food was outstanding and gorgeous beaches.Rooms were nice and beds very comfortable and always clean.Staff were very friendly Our Butler Edwin did a wonderful job with all our request and always answered the messages we sent him soon after.Would come looking for us on the beach if he couldn't reach us by messages

Secrets Tides Punta Cana: Nice Resort

Pros: Nice Beach, great rooms, lots of staff on hand, no problem getting seats at the beach or poolside, great food, gym was great, shows were ok, very quiet when we were there: Cons: regret we didn't have 2 weeks for our holiday

Majestic Colonial Punta Cana Beach Resort: Just what we were looking for

Excellent staff, and the grounds were immaculate. Entertainment was available but we never attended, fine with us. Grounds very large and easy to walk. Honestly we were looking for quite time away and this place delivered.

Grand Bavaro Princess: Not like it used to be

This was my 6th trip to this resort, the first time there since 2018 and all of the "upgrades". The staff, as usual, were the absolute best, they are and have always been my favourite part of the resort. I was very impressed by the new buildings and the new pool area in the Platinum part of the resort. I was not a huge fan of the new Platinum Lounge. They used to have a different selection each day. The Absolute favourite part of the trip, as usual, was the Platinum Beach Bar!!! The people who work there are the absolute greatest, they should really work hard to keep all of those people working there, as I'm sure they are the Best!!!!
