Riu Reggae: Great trip!
Stayed at the Riu Reggae for 1 week. The rook was nice with a little balcony. We were on the first floor with a garden view. The view was some trees with a big wall behind it, but it was nice and quiet as it was away from the main beach/pools/stage etc. The food was decent, buffet was good. Our favorite restaurant was the Kulinarium. The drinks were great and the staff were very pleasant, welcoming, and fun. The entertainment was okay, very talented dancers!
Riu Palace Mexico: Nice Resort
The grounds were well kept, the rooms were adequate, the dining was good. The Staff from bar service, room service, cleaning service, the towel service, the Gardeners and entertainment was Excellent. Always there to help, Always Happy. Just Amazing People ☀ï¸ðŸ
Riu Palace Mexico: Good Time Had BY All
We just returned from the Riu Palace Mexico ,overall we had a very good Holiday, we had spent a vacation there seven years ago and enjoyed it then so we brought our friends and family down this visit. The travel agent Jenn Black was good setting up our trip, but we where to have a room set up for three people and when we got there we had two double beds and a couch with no pull out. We had to wait a day to get a room with a pull out,not sure who was at falt there all I know is we paid full fai [... read more]
Riu Santa Fe: Very good
Grounds and pools are excellent. Service good. Food good.beach beautiful. Good for walking. Entertainment at pools excellent and waterballon fights fun to watch. Room's clean and staff provided all request. Over all excellent vacation. Would return for sure
Riu Palace Pacifico: This is an excellent vacation location.
Rooms: Air conditioned and clean. Beds were firm and of good quality. Mini bar was stocked daily, with water and a good variety of drinks. The toilet worked well, and the water pressure in the shower was fine. Food: Amazing. Selection was immense. Everything I tasted was cooked perfectly and presented at a very high level. I was blown away by how fresh everything was. I honestly did not expect a buffet could be so well done. The specialty restaurants were of the same quality. Beach: 2 foo [... read more]
Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas: What an awesome experience
RIU Palace standards all the way around! You just know what you’re going to get when you stay at a FIU Palace. Staff work constantly to maintain the facilities and look after the guests. I always feel spoiled here
Riu Republica: Fantastic resort
The hotel was excellent. The hotel was very clean and staff super friendly and courteous. We went on two excursions. The catamaran 1/2 day was perfect crew were amazing and a lot of fun very helpful to get us engaged in the adventure we snuba and snorkeled was a great experience.. Room was great except we paid extra to upgrade room for view and had no view just a roof top which really sucked. our son travelling with us paid no extra and had fantastic view. We went on second excursion experienc [... read more]
Riu Palace Paradise Island: Great Resort
Met the General Manager and he is a great guy. Looks after the resort very well. Staff are nice and place is extremely clean and well run.Jackie (Jacqueline) in main buffet is the biggest asset to the place. All service staff should be trained by her.
Riu Palace Mexico: Amazing resort!
Lovely wide, long beach which is groomed everyday. No reservations needed for a' la carte restaurants and can go as often as you wish. Food was very good. Service was excellent. Rooms are starting to show their age, but still comfortable. Felt very safe and bonus being able to visit nearby Riu Hotels for shows and food. Nice being able to walk to Playa del Carmen.
Riu Palace Paradise Island: Comfortable friendly resort
Our Room was beautiful. Nice view of the beach. Food choice and quality was good. Service was excellent and very friendly. Drinks were strong and tasty. They kept the buffet open for our late evening arrival and opened it early for our early morning departure.
Riu Flamingos: Riu Jalisco Feb 2020
This resort is excellent and provides great value for your money. Food was great, nice beach, excellent bars all through the resort. I would just like to suggest adding a pathway to each end of the hotel nearest the pools. This would cut your walking time back to your room from about 8 minutes to about 2 minutes.
Riu Republica: Clean - Modern Resort(Feb 2020)
Very clean - modern style resort but you need to enjoy walking especially if in newest half ( They May want to bring in a golf cart run back & forth to the beach) If you enjoy sitting on your balcony be very specific when booking we paid the extra for non standard room and requested a nice view - knew it was going to be a courtyard view but our view sadly was of a cement roof - room was very nice but the view sadly took away from our experience as we enjoy sitting outside having our morning coff [... read more]
Riu Palace Costa Mujeres: Perfection
They nailed everything. The room, the food, the service, the pools and water park. The beach is beautiful and the weather was fantastic. This is a true 5-star resort in every way. We will be going back!
Riu Flamingos: Nice resort
Just returned from the riu jalisco. This property is very nice. We had no complaints at all. Staff was very nice and helpful. Always willing to help and always with a smile. The rooms are dated and small but they were clean and comfortable. Food was ok nothing fabulous typical buffet food. Did not like the Asian but then i am not one for sushi. Couldn't get in the steak house always lined up with a couple hour wait. Overall we enjoyed our week there. Will have to add that the sunwing rep was ex [... read more]
Riu Guanacaste: Good for an All Inclusive
This resort is good for people looking for an all inclusive...although if you want peace and quiet, you have to ask for a room (and be very adamant) overlooking the eco park with the monkeys. You can watch the monkeys playing from your balcony and you don't have to listen to the awful nightly entertainment. I did ask for one of these rooms upon check in - front desk assured me the room they first gave us was quiet, but very noisy and I mean noises you do NOT want to hear - thin walls (especially [... read more]

Riu Guanacaste: Beautiful resort!
Beds were uncomfortable, pillows were uncomfortable & very small, surprised for a Riu. Ocean was not great to swim in, beach was to be expected as same in Panama where I have been, not white & sandy. The resort itself was beautiful & clean, the food was good.
Riu Republica: Awesome Trip
For starters I would like to let everyone know that flying with Sunwing is a NIGHTMARE. However the resort was amazing. It was very clean, fun, great service and delicious food. Great resort for all ages.
Riu Palace Aruba: Beautiful resort
We were very impressed with the staff at the hotel. They were friendly and attended to our needs in every way. The decor could be modernized, but it wouldn’t change our minds about returning. The view is amazing and the buffet / restaurants are excellent. One recommendation would be to add washrooms to the restaurant level of the hotel. As it is now, you need to go to the upper level. As pleased we were with the facilities, we found the check in with Sunwing confusing. It seemed as if we we [... read more]
Riu Guanacaste: Great place to stay
Had a great time at the resort! Friendly staff. Ton of food to choose from. Great entertainment. Would highly recommend this hotel. Walking distance to monkey bar and turtle hatchery. Beach is great!
