The Fives Beach Hotel and Residences Playa Del Carmen: Wonderful Trip

We recently returned from a seven day visit to Azul Fives. We had a lovely time at the resort! The food was wonderful. Our favourite restaurant was the Sushi Restaurant. Staff were very helpful - in particular, Eduardo our concierge, Justina in the Brassiere restaurant and Paulina at the bar at Villa 15/16. The only negative I would say about the hotel is the distance one had to travel to the beach. Crown Paradise Club Cancun: OUTSTANDING STAFF

GREAT FOR FAMILIES, LOTS OF ACTIVITIES, CLEAN, SUPER FRIENDLY STAFF AT THE POOL AND AT THE FRONT DESK, ALL ROOMS OCEAN VIEW, BEACH WAS FABULOUS WITH GORGEOUS TURQUOISE CLEAR WATERS AND PURE WHITE SAND. ENJOYED THE STEAK RESTO, THE ITALIAN RESTO, AND ROOM SERVICE WAS ACTUALLY PRETTY GOOD FOOD NOT AVAILABLE ON THE BUFFET WOULD HAVE GIVEN 4 STAR EXCEPT: THE BUFFET WAS POOR WITH LITTLE SELECTION,

Moon Palace Cancun: Paradise!

This was our first experience as a family (we have 3 children) at an all inclusive resort and boy were we impressed! We stayed at the Moon Palace Sunrise resort and loved every single minute. The staff were more then helpful, respectful and it was obvious that customer service is of the highest priority to most of them. The food was delicious and there was a huge variety offered (even my extremely picky eater found food he loved to eat!). We were extremely tired and hungry when we first arrived, hoping to skip through check in quickly we were talked into an "information session" even though we were reluctant to commit to it (it was at a set time the very next day) we were strongly encouraged to go. When we met with them it was quickly apparent that this "information session" was more of a time share or next trip planning session. This was definitely NOT what we wanted to do (90 minutes of our vacation time we were not interested in giving up) When we said we weren't interested we were lead into an office while staff spoke in the corner with her manager. Finally the manager spoke to us and I just stated firmly but politely that we weren't interested. It was fine in the end but it did but a slight damper on the experience. But I'd have to say that over all we thought the experience was amazing; the view was spectacular, the entertainment was talented and the staff eager to help to make our visit an exceptional one! We loved Javier at the Barracuda steak house...we had the pleasure of his service on our first night and our last night!! We would love to return one day and highly recommend it for families and couples!!

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Amazing value for your money!!

This was our 1st time to Bahia Principe Sian Ka'an and probably won't be our last! Food was incredible, all staff from our check in to check out were amazing and very friendly. We always received an "Hola" and a smile from every staff member. Pools were small yet never had an issue finding a chair. It is a short ride to the beach and we never waited more than 5min for a shuttle. Rooms were spotless and cleaned everyday. NYX Hotel Cancun: Cozy, Intimate, Super Clean resort

I was very impressed with NYX Hotel Cancun. For the wonderfully low price and amount of stars, my expectations were fairly low. I was pleasantly surprised as soon as I walked through the door. I was embraced with a charming aroma. The air freshner they use smells like a really nice perfume. The front desk staff are super freindly, warm and genuine. Valeria is super at what she does. The bar has cocktails and bar rail for all inclusive travellers. All other alcohol (name brand stuff) has a fee. The bartenders are amazing. They work super hard and never with attitude. The best ones are Edgar and Edgar. One works at the pool bar, the other inside the hotel bar. They are very personable and geniune gems that work hard. Ask Edgar to make a Donkey's Sperm shot! Breakfast is buffet. Its pretty much the same food every morning but I loved the porridge and turkey sausages that I didnt mind. Lunch is ordered off a menu that also does not change. The salmon and seafood soup were my favs. Dinner is buffet and the entrees are ordered from a menu. Dinner and lunch is served on the beach. Very romantic and soothing. Hector is in charge of the servers for the lunch and dinner period. He is amazing. He always made sure I was OK and that things were "handled". He is a real cool kat. All the servers act with the utmost professionalism. I wish I could recall their names but Arturo and Elisio stick out. Also shout out to Kenny for taking care of our luggage. He is super friendly and always engaging. Aldo is the go to guy in the hotel. If you need anything or have a question, go to Aldo! Its definitely worth the upgrade to get a ocean view room. Waking up to a big blue beautiful sea of water every morning is priceless. The food was delicious. No real complaints there. The beach is gorgeous. Water has high tides. The hotel is spotless. Construction is going on next door but its not an issue at all in terms of noise. The hotel is 5 min walking to a major shopping mall outlet with high end stores. Short bus ride to the club district (6 min). I would definitely stay here again. Hands down.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Great Couples Retreat

Nice resort with a modern design. We had a penthouse suite with rooftop terrace which was a nice escape from the goings-on resort. Excellent, friendly staff. It was only a short tram ride to the beach at the sister resort. Was great to snorkel with the many fish on that section of the reef.

Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta: Wish we were still there...fabulous!

Just got home from a two week getaway at the Fiesta Americana.... was fabulous. The staff was out of this world, very clean resort, very accommodating.... drinks were good...pool was clean, food was great too. The only thing we would like to say is that they need one more restaurant, by the end of the second week we wanted something different...they have a lot of choice but no salmon which surprised us...besides that... nothing bad to say...we will definitely be going back!!

Grand Decameron Complex Bucerias Trademark: Fantastic resort

It is our 15 times that we go to this resort in the last 5 1/ 2 years and have recommended lots of people to the resort already and they all feel the same way then us, it is a 4 star resort with 5 star service.Every one is pleasant from the gardener, chambermaid, bartenders, waiters and the front desk staff.Going so many time now, most knows us by name and always shows their content that we are back at the resort. The person that is in charge of allocating the rooms gave us his personal e mai [... read more]l and told us when we go the next time to send him a note and he will make sure to reserve the room we want to stay in. The assistant General Manager asked us personally to write him a letter before we left to voice our opinion on some of the changes that was made and some of the changes that should be made. Enjoyed a thoroughly relaxing week at the beach despite getting a sunburn (my fault). If you've never been to an all inclusive resort, try it at least once, then decide if you want to repeat the experience. The one thing I felt would have been nice is if regularly scheduled bus (public transportation) would have been available to nearby towns. No tour excursions. Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Perfect first time Family Mini Vacation

My husband and I vacation yearly at the Adult Only location of this resit the Sian Kaan. We took my parents, sister, her husband and their 2 boys on a 4 day family vacation to Coba in late October. The weather was perfect. Not to hot and pretty much no rain. The resort was not busy and this made things more relaxing. The rooms were clean, well kept and spacious. The attention that the servers gave to the kids was great. The kids loved the "kiddie area" at the buffet that allowed them easy access to the foods they were mostly likely to want. They could go and serve themselves. My favorite meal of the day was breakfast. The variety of food was awesome and I loved being able to have fresh eggs everyday made the way I liked them. It was my parents first time travelling anywhere and they had a great time. It more than met their expectations. They said they would definitely go back and do 7 days in the future. Even though the resort was not busy, the staff did not give less than 100%. We were entertained daily with fun things to do. Late October is a great time to visit this Resort if you don't like crowded.

The Sens Cancun: Beautiful Resort !!

We just loved this place...amazing resort with plenty of amenities and lovely local foods. They have nightly entertainment every night. Swimming pools are beautiful. Some services are payable though (like wifi, laundry etc.). But overall it's a lovely resort and we would like to spend time there again.

Excellence Playa Mujeres: exceptional resort

This resort had all that you would expect and more... great staff, clean, good food. Would recommend to all. Staff went out of their way to assist...very helpful. The restaurants were easy to access and food was great.

Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: Beautiful Resort

Grounds were beautiful Service was great Food not good at all Ala carte was HORRIBLE except for Don Paulo Beach was very rough and rocky Front staff was very unhelpful and rude at times Room was beautiful but very damp and slippery Maid was amazing Bar service was great

NYX Hotel Cancun: Amazing Customer Service!

I truly can't say enough positive things about this resort. From the location, to the service, to the food ... it was all more than we could have hoped for. I travelled with my two adult daughters and it was the trip of a lifetime. The beauty of this particular resort in comparison to the others on the "strip", is that it is small enough that you could get to any part of the hotel to the beach, pool, restaurant simply by walking a few short steps. It is within a 5-10 minute walking distance t [... read more]o two malls, La Isla (designer shops) and Flamingo (souvenirs, etc.). The food I would rate as a 4 out of 5, but the presentation of every plate, from breakfast to dinner, was definitely gourmet, 5 out of 5. As it is an all inclusive, we were worried that "trough" food would be the norm, but instead, there was a sit-down, a-la-carte restaurant (whose menu changed daily), with a small buffet on the side. If you are looking for a party resort, this is not the hotel for you. The poolside bar closes at 11:00 and the lobby bar at 12:00. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a quiet, quaint and clean place to spend their vacation. Barcelo Maya Colonial: Amazing as usual

we have been to this resort 6 times and it did not disappoint! Many upgrades and service and food were fabulous. I would not recommend the bowling however. Very poorly run. Did not have shoes to fit the children and then offered bumpers on our 10th frame....geez thanks! We also were never asked if we wanted a beverage or snack which is included! When paying $15/person you kind of expect some service.

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Another fabulous vacation

We stayed at the GBP Akumal Nov 3 - Nov 10, 2016 in room 6011. This was our second trip to the same resort this year. There is a reason why we return to a place... excellent service, quality of food and facilities. Beach is clean and inviting. Highly recommended. We will be looking to return again in the new year.

Ocean Maya Royale: It wasn't all that we expected

We recently stayed at Ocean Maya Royale and we loved some things about it but we disappointed with the rooms and some of the service. We found the food very good but did miss seeing seafood at the buffet. Also liked that it was adult only. We found the amenities in the room were lacking and when we called to get things we needed we had to call several times and still didn't get all the items.

Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun: Such a perfect getaway

This resort was absolutely fabulous . The gardens and grounds were gorgeous. The infrastructure was thoughtfully built so that you could enjoy private and common areas. The pools were great. The staff were friendly and hardworking but never invasive. The ocean front and beach were sensational. We had a beach cabana daily which was private and very comfortable and the service was amazing. Our room was comfortable and well appointed. It had an ocean view and a private balcony which we used [... read more] often. It was nice to relax there after dinner and listen to the pounding surf and observe the excellent nightlife below. Meals and food were excellent quality and the service was first class. We were sad to leave this calming, and well appointed oasis. We are already planning our next visit.

Riu Tequila: Perfect

Second time in three months. Fantastic. Staff, entertainment, rooms, friendly, amazing food. Being an all inclusive 24hr bar should include pool free as I didn't want to carry cash. Entertainment was great but saw the same shows.

Barcelo Maya Caribe: awesome resort

we have been going to this resort for 10 years it never disappoints biggest draw for us is the amazing beach no complaints ...staff is friendly and helpful rooms are clean and food is good. have stayed at all sections of this resort except the palace.
