Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Good resort for what we paid

The pools were great. The beach was not. The food was good overall but not great. The bar ran out of coke and dark rum. There were no Kleenex in the room which is surprising for a five star resort. Might return for a the right price. Prefer Negril to Runaway Bay.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Amazing experience

The area was spick and span. It was maintained quite well as the staff were super nice. Masks are still enforced in some spaces. The villas were also really spacious and were cleaned on a regular basis.

The Grounds are Beautiful the staff do an Amazing job keeping it looking Great Hotel was Very Nice Room was Clean Very Comfortable, Cleaning Staff did A Great job every Day fresh Towels we requested lots of water we never had a problem. Bar fridge was stocked up every Day Can’t wait too go Back

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Beautiful resort

Beautiful resort, rooms are a little dated, could be more upgraded. Grounds are nicely done, beaches are pretty good, not a long beach though. Cleaning staff were very friendly and very thorough. We love Bahia Principe resorts.

Bahia Principe Escape Samana: A keeper!!!!

This was our 5th trip to a GBP Resort and our First to Luxury Samana. As was mentioned in other reviews for other travelers this is a small resort which we love. It has a lot of stairs. Not the typical flat resort. The resort, staff and location is fantastic. Private beach and no other resorts around. What else could you ask for!!! Add great food at the buffet and restaurants and all the drinks you would need. We have to mention Jen Black at Trip Central who did a wonderful job with emails  [... read more]and follow ups. Air Transit was perfect. Clean plane that left on time and landed before scheduled time. A flawless vacation.!!!!!

Bahia Principe Explore Esmeralda: Amazing resort

It was our second time at this resort. Stuff is friendly, service is very good. Food is good. Everything is close by. Would recommend highly this resort. Will be coming back to Esmeralda. Thank you very much all of the stuff!

Very relaxing one week stay. Staff all very friendly and accommodating. Buffet and a la cartes all excellent. accommodations were excellent. entertainment excellent. shout out to Nerfri for leading all the fun activities!

Bahia Principe Explore El Portillo: Absolutely Amazing

Upon arriving at the resort the first thing you notice is the cleanliness. We booked the junior suite and it was just what we had expected. The moment my wife got off the bus she said we have to come back. The beauty of all the vegetation was incredible. Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Very nice

Very big resort, lovely rooms with huge bathrooms. Hallways to rooms that are carpeted are very grungy. Food was great in the buffet, there was an adult only breakfast Buffett a little further around the veranda that not too many knew about, a great find. Restaurants were good, make reservations as soon as you get there and don’t let them tell you they are full, you’ve paid for them with your all inclusive deal. The beach right out front of the resort has some big rocks in it but the beach over to the side of the resort is quite nice. If you walk a bit further around the beach there is a fenced off area beside the beach bar that is the nude beach.

This was our 14th visit to Esmeralda, giving us privilege to adjoining Fantasia, Ambar and Aquamarine. We 3 were all disappointed with the food, ordered skewered chicken, got a miniature pita instead . We were placed under a cold blowing fan and offered no relief. Portofino - Italian **** Minestrone soup, Seafood Linguini and Shrimp Risotto well prepared and efficiently served. Our favorite Ala carte restaurant of the week. Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Great time at the Coba

We just returned from the Bahia Principe Gran Coba and had a wonderful.time. We had no complaints about this resort. The room was clean, the food was great and the staff were wonderful. The only complaints we could have about the resort are that it is very large with alot of walking, and the beach area was not the greatest, but both of these things we knew about before we went. As far as Covid 19 concerns, they are very diligent on sanitizing the roomss and common areas and also strict on wearin [... read more]g masks in the restaurants, lobby and shopping areas. Which made us feel very comfortable and safe. The only legitimate complaint that we have about the entire trip is the length of travel time. Having to fly with a connecting flight through Toronto from Halifax and the 2+ hour bus ride fom the airport to the resort, made for a 14 hour day. We really only had 6 days at the resort because we didn't get there until after 6pm and had to leave again on the last day before 10am. Overall, this was a great trip. Our agent Robyn was great and Tripcentral made everything easy for booking and any request we had. I would definitely book again with them

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Overall good resort

We had a great time. Beautiful poolsand beach. Small amount of seaweed. Very friendly staff. Food was pretty good. Would definitely recommend for the price. Rooms are a little out dated. Be aware there are several resorts on the Property and you only have access to a limited amount of restaurants and pools. Property was clean.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Huge resort

The resort overall was nice. It’s very big, but easy to figure out once you are there. The rooms are clean, a bit dated as are most of the other buildings. I was disappointed that for a 7 day stay you can only book 3 a la cartes and there is no room service. The bus ride to the resort is very long as it stops at many other resorts and this one is the furthest- would recommend a private transfer. Also, there were no servers around the pools or beach area for drinks- had to get them yourself. Th [... read more]e beach area is very small with no food options, the area has a lot of rocks and coral- definitely need water shoes. The nighttime entertainment was really good with lots of variety. The staff are very nice, and helpful when they can be. There are shops located just a trolley ride away which was nice. There is also a doctor on-site which was great since I needed to visit after an unexpected incident happened. Overall the resort is nice, clean, good food, god drinks and very nice staff.

Bahia Principe Escape Aquamarine: Nice Resort

This is a very nice resort, the grounds are impeccable, everything is clean, the staff very polite and attentive. Bahia Principe is a very big Complex it has 5 different complexes, we were in an adult only " Aquamarine", it is not directly on the beach so you have to walk a bit to get there (5 to 7 min.) but there is always a lot of shuttle on the way that can pick you up and drive you directly to the beach. Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Resort was awesome

Dining great rooms were great shopping was close and affordable the jewelry shop was perfect pools were good didn’t really like the beach but we totally adapted lol too far from the airport but agian we adapted

Bahia Principe Explore Esmeralda: Sun and fun

We stayed at the Bahia Esmeralda in Dominican the hotel is huge I prefer a smaller hotel. The hotel was very nice adult pool that was nice when you had enough of kids. Franklin front desk was very personable friendly and helpful. The entertainment team was great Jennifer and Ledy went out of her way to make sure all ages got involved. Joselito very fun. There entertainment supervisor not friendly at all rather rude. Xendy from the Jasmine was so nice kind and helpful a positive addition to [... read more] your team. The beach was so nice be prepared to get up at 6 to get a chair, I suggested you bring clips to put on towels for the chairs. Over all a great trip

Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: Amazing time at Bahia Tulum

We were very pleased to see how Covid conscious staff were at this resort. All staff wore face masks 100% of the time. There was hand santizer available everywhere. Tables in buffets were sanitized after each diner. Guests were not permitted in buffets or restaurants without masks. When we left to go on excursions all transport and venues took temperature and again, staff were masked and guests had to be masked for entry. Very Covid safe!

Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: Great time at Ambar

We are repeat guests at Ambar, first time back since covid. Many new staff since last visit. Other than some issues at check in we enjoyed our vacation. Good friendly service especially in the restaurants MEAT, Limbo, Portofino a-la-cartes and at the buffet. Pablo, Frailin, Ricky provided great service. Ambar area of the beach very busy, if you want shade have to get down at 6am. Beach drink service they are always around. Mini fridge with chips, water, Pepsi, etc. Although it's a beautiful clean resort not "luxury" more like 4* but we like it at its price point provides value compared to other resorts we've stayed at.

Bahia Principe Escape Aquamarine: Great resort

We stayed in a Junior Suite which was large and roomy even for two girlfriends to share the one big bed. The rooms and resort was very clean, even the common bathrooms had attendance checking up on them. The buffet was ok, normally had the same items every time. To be able to utilize the other restaurants from the next door resorts was very nice. Would recommend to do that for supper, BUT was hard to get booked in at times. The entertainment at this resort was ok, but again u can wonder over to  [... read more]the other resorts to see bigger better shows. They do offer shuttle service to get around which is super great. The foam pool party during the day is a blast. The bartenders need to be trained more, none of the mixed cocktails were ever the same. There was 4 of us and we all ordered the same cocktail and was made by the same bartender and all 4 drinks were different

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Honestly Amazing

The hotel grounds are absolutely amazing. Our room was neat and clean. Room service came everyday to clean and replenish towels. Masks were worn in main lobby indoor settings and when walking into restaurants ! I loved how organized everything was. I went with 2 other adults. Buffet not as good as the restaurants which you do need to book reservations for. Bring water shoes to the beach lol. We did thank God. Beach was clean. Overall 4.8/5 ! Loo
