Ocean Riviera Paradise: Amazing Resort

Rooms are big and georgous Food was amazing Bar staff served you at pool side and on the beach Wonderful nightly entertainment Grounds well groomed This place has everything....even monkeys Layout of resort is well done, gives you the feeling of strolling along a street.

Hotel Roc Casa del Mar: March Break Trip to Cube as GREAT!

Beach and water was amazing. Rooms were clean and all staff were friendly and helpful. We felt very safe! The food was not the greatest - a lot of selection on the buffet - pizza/pasta/bread/sweets, but not much in the way of fresh fruit or veggies.

Playa Vista Azul: Good resort worth the money

Facility was in good condition. Clean and well maintained. Only facility issue was the shower. The water temperature was either hot or hotter, no matter how much adjustment. Food was ok at best. Lots of variety but so so quality. Air conditioning was excellent. Worked great and was the most quiet I’ve experienced. Pool was good, but the color was green, weird by design. Staff were ok overall. Some gave great service some were poor. Bell boy was way to obvious looking for a tip, even though he  [... read more]didn’t take our bags to the room. Excursion to Havana (one day excursion) was disappointing. Too much guide talking and not enough seeing. The stop at the citadel was just an opportunity to expose use to vendors. Also didn’t visit the market as advertised. Sunwing flight was delayed going out, but sunwing made up for it.

Ocean Coral Riviera Cancun: Some good, some bad

Quick trip from airport to resort (less than 30 minutes). However, location of resort was not in place where you could walk into Puerto Morelos. It was over 3 km on busy, narrow road to walk out to main highway to get public transportation. Pubic areas - well maintained, lots of seating Beach - not swimmable due to the large of seaweed. Room - large and clean, but regularly no hot water and lack of water pressure. Pool - little space around the pool (narrow brick area), so the chairs [... read more] are pushed up against each other and cannot be moved. There are very little places to get any shade at the pool and the few umbrellas are not effective. Had to go out at 6 am to get chairs. Activities - very few activities at the resort. The standing activities did not always occur or the stated planned location. Restaurants - food was very good in all restaurants, with the exception of Route 66, which was terrible. Walk up to the specialty restaurants without reservations was great, only a few minutes to get a table.

Ocean Blue and Sand: Ocean Blue Sand Resort

We were very happy with the resort. It was beautiful. The rooms were very clean, the staff were very friendly, food was great. Beach was amazing. The pools were amazing. The drinks were good. Wouldn't recommend the steak house. The wait for dinner was extremely long. Grounds were beautiful. I would definately return to this resort without hesitation.

Hotel Roc Casa del Mar: Just returned! Loved it!

We stayed at this amazing resort from April 10 to 17. Just loved it and had the best week! Beach, location, food, rooms and staff were all great! We will be returning in November! Can't wait! Cuba is our favorite vacation destination!

Ocean Blue and Sand: Would recommend..

Great property, very clean, good food, good service. Main issue is not enough shade huts on the beach. Difficult to get into steakhouse restaurant as it is not very big. We would definitely recommend this resort.

We were very please with Ocean Riviera Paradise resort it was very clean the food was amazing the grounds were very well kept I would go back again we were in the adult building & the adult pool beautiful the beach is very nice also

Ocean Blue and Sand: OK Resort

The rooms are very tired. Maintenance issues in the room are not addressed in a timely manner - i.e. no air conditioning for 3 days and no offer to move rooms. The front desk needs proper training upon check in as they did not tell you all the pertinent facts about your stay at the hotel - you had to go find out for yourself. The beach in front of the hotel is in trouble with the erosion although the full beach is beautiful. The animation teams are good and many people enjoyed their activiti [... read more]es. The pools are wonderful except for those parents who think floating their baby by the swim up bar with a dirty diaper is a good thing. The food was good and selection was great. You really feel the class difference with the Prestige staff and patrons even though they are not really segregated from the full resort as most other resorts are set-up. Overall was a nice vacation but would not recommend to people if they are looking for a relaxing resort without screaming kids. Will go back to the Punta Cana Princess next time.

Ocean Riviera Paradise: Good, but a few links to be worked out.

A very clean and well-maintained Resort. The staff were very friendly. The food at the buffet was delectable, as was the Italian and Japanese restaurants, although some of the other restaurants need work. The menu at the Seaside Restaurant was especially disappointing. The thing I found most frustrating about this Resort, was the lack of information regarding the children's activities. The only reason we knew what happened was sadly we looked up and there was foam floating to the air. My children were very disappointed. Valentin El Patriarca Varadero: Good Resort

The hotel was good with friendly staff. The best part of the stay was day bar, beach and the pool. Liked how we could exchange money, buy souvenir at the convenience of the resort. Food needs to be better, did not enjoy at the Al Cart either. We got there at night and night bar and food was so bad that was really disappointed.

Our hotel was really nice, and in the adult only section right beside the pool. Staff was very friendly and willing to help with anything. The layout of the resort was great, although the beach was quite far from our hotel. The breakfast buffet only opened at 6:30 am and we left at that time. It would’ve been nice to have a small breakfast before leaving. The water pressure on the jacuzzi was slow, but not a deal breaker, you just need to think ahead before wanting to use the jacuzzi. Ocean Coral Riviera Cancun: Great resort!

The hotel was incredibly clean and well maintained. Our room was perfectly cleaned every day.The pools, even the lobby were always looked after by the hotel workers. A special thank you to Miguel who worked his magic with kindness and patience. It was greatly appreciated. The only low point would be the pressure sales tactics for the Premium program which is essentially a time share. We were told it would be informational in the case we would want to go back. It down right pressure sale techni [... read more]ques with less than a human touch. Actually the ladies we talked to where rude and lacked kindness altogether. It was the only challenge met during our week.

Valentin El Patriarca Varadero: Resort starting show it's age

The restraunts where great but fill up fast so you should be in line at 6 to get in early the staff was great and so was the entertainment the food was often cold at the buffet and the same every night the beach was wonderful but not a lot of shade.

Playa Vista Azul: Pretty good stay

We liked the resort the food wasn't bad but the front desk staff was very rude the rest of the staff throughout the whole resort were 👍 the Italian ala carte was the best Blue Moon also good never did get to the seafood place

Ocean Blue and Sand: Amazing Vacation - Amazing Resort!

After experiencing a bad experience a few years ago in Dominican Republic, we were hesitant to book, but so happy we did!! The food was fantastic at both the a la cartes and buffet, grounds were clean and beautiful - well cared for, rooms were quiet and clean with good amenities, beach was great, beach bar was fantastic, staff at all restaurants and bars were friendly, fun and made you feel welcome! The grounds are laid out well with the restaurants all being all together in the same area, just  [... read more]through the lobby. The rooms are connected via courtyards all the way down to the beach on either side of the pools as well as a wide walkway made to accommodate the carts to drive you wherever you want to go on the property, making it accessible for everyone. The beach buffet had wonderful food every day. Overall, this property is well worth the time and money spent there!

Playa Vista Azul: Fantastic resort and Awesome Staff

Just got back from spending a spectacular week at the Ocean Vista. First of all Thank you Amanda! Booking with you was very smooth and excellent. Our check in was very easy and the rooms were modern and clean. Service was perfect and the people were so friendly and treated us excellent. We also enjoyed the music entertainment at the Lobby bar at night before the show. Loved everyone at the pool bar, where we had the best time. Henry Ernesto, Livia, Mayrelin, Yos and Yeni, You guys were so much fun!! Lobby has an amazing view which overlooks the infinity pool and the seafront. Both beaches were beautiful and the lunch buffet at the small beach was amazing as well as the people there. Loved getting to know Rachel-(such a sweetheart) Staff at the buffet are also very nice, there was always a good variety to choose from. I looked forward to my omelette in the mornings just to see Erlennys( she made my morning with that big beautiful smile. We visited all the à la cartes and enjoyed them very much too. We also enjoyed our daily visit to Mike's cafe, the girls there are so friendly. Cant forget our new friends at the Theatre Bar Mirunga, Alejandro,Neston and Adonis. They went above and beyond everyday to make our stay that much more enjoyable. Really enjoyed getting to know them. Lastly we can't forget the groundskeepers who worked hard everyday to make it look spectacular . Cant wait to go back next year!

Ocean Riviera Paradise: Great new resort!

We went with a group of 8 people, everyone from our group loved the resort! The rooms were nice and clean with a nice comfy king size bed. The bathroom had 2 sinks (Great for 2 people to get ready) and a nice rain head in the shower! We were in the adult section by the adult pool and buffet - the building closest to the lobby. The buffet was be [... read more]autiful and had a great selection. we also ate at the beach buffet too, not as big but did the job! We enjoyed the Blue Moon restaurant for breakfast a few times too. Everyone enjoyed the a la carte restaurants! They are first come first serve - except the Japanese a la carte you need to make reservations for. There were lots of pools to choose from as well as the beach. The beach was rocky, but if you walked down a bit we found a sandy spot to go in. Everyone loved the coffee shop! it was big and had a great selection. We went everyday after dinner before the shows -all of which were great! We also went to the disco which was fun if you wanted to stay up past 11pm. Route 66 is the late night snack restaurant which we would go to after the disco. The lobby was beautiful and a nice place to sit for a drink after the shows. We also went to the bowling alley one afternoon, that was lots of fun! And the ice cream parlour was good:) All in all we had a fabulous time and would go back!!

Hotel Roc Casa del Mar: Amazing hotel and trip

We had a remarkable trip and stay at Ocean Casa del Mar in Cuba. The rooms, service, activities and restaurants were great. Many choices of activities are available for everyone to choose something that interests them. The mightily shows are a must to see. As this was my first trip to a resort in Cuba food and variety were of a concern to me. I can truly say we had a wide variety of food to choose from and all my pre-concerns were answered. Everywhere we went we received an open welcome by the employees. 2nd to none. I will definitely go back because of the service provided by the employees, atmosphere and the great beaches!

Playa Vista Azul: Beautiful Resort

No regrets booking this beautiful resort. The staff are amazing, especially the pool bar, as well as the buffet. Always greeted with a big smile, or a high five. Food was very good for Cuba, the resort was very clean, and easy to navigate. I would return in a heartbeat. 😎
