Valentin Imperial Riviera Maya: Nice resort

We had a real good time at this resort. I would not class this as a 5 star but more a 4 plus. Food was good but it could be better. Would have liked to have the opportunity to do a la cate, when not feeling like dressing up for dinner. Our room was oceanfront, which was great, loved it. Real nice beach and pool. We do travel alot so will definitely keep this on our list, overall enjoyed the resort.

Grand Decameron Complex Bucerias Trademark: Exceeded our expectations!!!!

It was our first trip to Mexico. It was in first week of October. I booked my trip 8 days before leaving. I payed eight hundred n i was not expecting much as it was supposed to include flight ,hotel, food n drinks. In the flight only soft drinks were provided no snacks ( which was ok as the price was so low). Once there were in a shuttle to the resort 20-25 minutes. I really liked the design of the resort..... I would describe it as campus style that you walk around to see everything they ha [... read more]d to offer not like a usual hotel which is just a tall building. Hotel was older but very clean and nicely maintained. We tried Italian, Brazilian, Mexican and Thai restaurant s all were 👍. And even if you were not able to book any restaurant the buffet had more than enough choices... The beach was beautiful and the waves were light enough that kids could enjoy,water temperature was just right. Puerto Vallarta has a lot to do but in my opinion I would reaserch the places and go in a taxi n not with Vallarta adventurers.... I went to the city tour, San Sebastian, went downtown in a cab and spent the whole day there. Everyone I spoke to had been there atleast 5 times I saw many families with small kids ( I think kids under 8 stay free at the hotel, which is great value)...... I am planning my next trip already.....The staff is very friendly and hardworking...... And one more thing bring a giant glass or a beer mug..... :)

Riu Palace Riviera Maya: Loved it!

The hotel is a bit dated but is still beautiful and immaculate. The grounds are very well manicured and the RIU standard is very apparent. The beach is lovely white sand and the water is warm and rock free. The food is wonderful and the staff are amazing.

Grand Decameron Los Cabos: Great resort!

My husband and I, along with his mom and bf just came back from the Royal DeCameron a few days ago! We enjoyed our stay and the rooms were always clean and presentable! Thumbs up! The pool and grounds were always maintained and the staff was great, polite and always had a smile. Only complaint would be to have more than one bartender at the pool bars as it gets quite busy, especially when ppl order slushy drinks. Besides that.. Really no complaints. Royalton Riviera Cancun Resort and Spa: Wonderful family resort

The Royalton was a beautiful resort and was well equipped with multiple pools. Some of the highlights included the foam party in he pool, the wide range of choices at the buffet, the Hunter restaurant, the service and the unbelievable powdery soft sand. It is truly unfortunate that the Mosquitos are so bad and that everyone suffered such horrible bites. Also the consistency of the food and drinks could be improved.

Grand Sirenis Mayan Beach: Good Resort Experience!

Beautiful beach inclosed by lagoon, pools are respectable & very good Alacarte Restaurants (Japanese & Thai are worthwhile). Swimming with dolphins was cool! Recommend visiting nearby Tullum & Xhel-Ha.

Akumal Bay Beach and Spa Resort: Perfect honeymoon spot

This hotel was clean, really good service. We loved the size and being close to the beach. Our room was decorated with rose petals and a bottle of wine. We had enough restaurant choices for a one week stay. Would've loved to eat again at the Mexican restaurant.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Beautiful resort!!

Our stay the first week of Oct'16 was wonderful!! The resort was truly beautiful. The staff were fantastic. Even the ride in the trains to the beach were both fun and educational. The food was great !! Great quality and variety. Our only complaint was there were too many bugs at night and I guess cause we were on ground floor in our room. But that's the rainy season for you😏. Highly recommend this resort.

Dreams Jade Resort and Spa: Wonderful Vacation

The grounds were well kept and were constantly being maintained by staff. Staff very friendly and always wanting to make sure your stay was outstanding. The pool area was large and pool service was exceptional. All the restaurants very good with the Hibachi restaurant our favourite. The entertainment team did a great job and got guests involved. We had a very enjoyable stay.

The Fives Beach Hotel and Residences Playa Del Carmen: Very large...first class!!

The hotel lobby was the most "unglamorous" of the whole resort...small, non-decorated. The rooms are extra large into 2 distinct living parts..kitchen/livingroom and bed/bathrooms! We swam our way each day from our room to the beach area..great connecting pools. Dining was great variety and first class. Wait staff took time to get to know you and remembered your preferences. Beach was long and great for walking. Azuls is more of a condominium setting than a public resort.

Secrets Akumal Riviera Maya: Simply amazing

Been to many resorts along the Riviera Maya area such as Secrets Silversands, Excellence Riviera, Royal Playa Del Carmen and Paradisus La Perla Royal Service but Secrets Akumal wins hands down. The resort is brand new and the layout and landscaping is beautiful, but the best part is the beach with no sea weeds. The sand is soft, white and water is very clear where we went snorkeling and for the first time saw turtles. The bay is protected by the reefs and the ocean is very calm. The beach is pre [... read more]tty long about 2 kilometers so that you can have a nice walk in the morning with a nice sunrise view. The rooms were well decorated with a round hot tub and wall mounted flat tv. All of the restaurants were top notch.

Royalton Riviera Cancun Resort and Spa: Wonderful Stay at Royalton

We returned to the Royalton for a second time after staying there the previous Spring. It is truly an excellent resort. The food throughout (buffet and restaurants) is really good with lots of selection. The property is large enough that the pools and beach are not overly crowded. Grounds are well kept, and the hotel is overall clean and well maintained. Only complaint is the entertainment - it's awful. Paradisus La Perla Adults Only Riviera Maya: Paradisus Playa Del Carmen

Awesome resport and great customer service! The beach was stunning! Great night life close to fifth ave. I would Highly recommend this resort to families And couples. Something to do for everyone! This is our second time at the resort and we are definitely going back!

Grand Riviera Princess: Relax...Relax...Relax

From booking, to the flight, to the shuttle, to check in...... everything, was top notch. Everyone in the hotel was friendly, happy to help or just to say hello. The hotel was VERY clean, both inside and out. The hotel grounds were big but well laid out and something to do or see at every stop. The grounds were immaculate! the grass looks fake it is so nice... ( I did see them cutting it thou.... lol). The room was very clean and the housekeeper would make a different towel design everyday. The a la cartes were pretty good, some of the food was very oily, but overall very happy. The bar staff were amazing! Funny, friendly and very helpful. The front desk staff greeted us with a glass of champagne, and upgraded our room as it was our honeymoon. They gave us a free romantic dinner on the beach at "Chill Out" bar which was not included in the package. After reviewing different websites to find the best price, I chose Tripcentral.ca and do not regret it one bit and will not change for all other future trips. I was helped by Doug Griffin, and cant say enough good this about my experience with him. Doug was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and helped us with choosing an unforgettable honeymoon!, that was also in our budget. Thank you Doug for your help, and I look forward to discussing our next vacation. Overall.... AMAZING.... and would definitely go back

Iberostar Waves Paraiso Beach: Beautiful Paraiso beach

My wife and i really enjoy being there among all the Hotels we done before,food was good,the room was clean,the beach awsome and clean,nice big lobby,overall rate 4.5 on 5. We lack electricity and water for 7- 8 hours but was ok,the only thing we could say is that the shuttle was not comming fast enought,sometime waiting 15 minutes,specialy at supper or breakfast.

the hotel and people were great , too bad the ocean was not swimmable but can not complain , ocean view is the best and ala carte restaurants are great Alex at the buffet and Bibbanne at the steak house treated us like royalty

Ocean Maya Royale: Pests

I thought over all that the resort was good. The employees were pleasant. Even the beds were comfortable. The thing that was so disturbing were H10 people all over the lounge area trying to sell us on H10 one morning I counted 8 of them. Then even after refusing they called my room in the morning. This was way to much, I think if you want repeat customers this should be stopped or cut back. I know personally because of that I sadly will not return.

Grand Sunset Princess: Good Resort

The rooms, public areas, pools were very clean, aesthetically, especially the common areas this resort was very beautiful. 98% of the staff were exceptionally helpful. The buffet restaurants were good with one being much better than the rest as it had a theme every night. The food was never hot and even when we went to the Chill Out Restaurant and paid extra for the seafood dinner, it was not very warm and got cold very fast, that was disappointing. The A la Carte restaurants were very disap [... read more]pointing, we found the food very average in these places and actually enjoyed the Buffets more. The entertainment was great, although the main theatre was so cold that it was very uncomfortable in the beginning until more people came and then you body got used to the frigid temperature, we both actually came home with terrible colds. The music in the plaza bar was always great. As a whole the resort was a little too big for our liking and we spoke to many people who thought the same. Also the markings for the rooms were very poor so that it was easy to get lost , especially the first couple of days. I was surprised that our bathroom did not have any tissues, this is standard in most resorts/hotels. Also the common areas washrooms had no hook for the purse, again common in other resorts/hotels.Out of several hot tubs in the pool area, we did not have one that was working.

Akumal Bay Beach and Spa Resort: Akumal...Akumazing

Once again another awesome trip booked through Trip Central. If you are considering going to ABBWR do it. It was one of the best times we've had in Mexico. No load drunken party just amazing people, food, activities and snorkelling with the turtles.
