Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Amazing Resort

This resort is amazing and the people are friendly. Our family enjoyed our stay and highly recommend or add into your bucket list. The Bahia Principe Coba is kids friendly and my younger daughter loves the beach and the pools :)

Excellence Riviera Cancun: Clean Amazing Resort with Excellent Service

The Grounds are meticulous and the service was great. The restaurants are very good. The rooms are spotless and spacious. The entire property is beautiful and I would definitely recommend it. The resort is very close to the airport which is always a plus.

Riu Vallarta: Well worth going

Completely impressed with the staff and the buffet meals, bar staff friendly and courteous. Very clean, very organized and well run. Only disappointment was the restaurants, steakhouse and Asian. Better off going to the buffet which was completely surprising since all other aspects of the hotel were of such better quality. I would not hesitate to go back.

The Fives Beach Hotel and Residences Playa Del Carmen: Passable resort

Grounds were nice, too many weddings and very small children especially if you need some peace and quiet. Wedding parties took over buffet restaurant on many occasions and it was ver hard to talk over the constant noise. Wedding parties also took over other restaurants so no advance booking could be done.Beach quite a distance away, water not good to swim in, very rocky. Had to have our key cards reprogrammed or changed 12 times during our two weeks stay. Would not chose this resort again. Housekeeping staff good, rooms were a little tired looking.

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: The best experience so far in my life!

The hotel was phenomenal. My girlfriend and I had a great stay as it was her first all inclusive experience. The grounds were extremely clean and the staff were super friendly and helpful. We had a few issues with our minibar but we didn't care, as the staff tried fixing it and replacing it several times. It was the effort that mattered. One of the best parts by far was the Bahia Principe App I downloaded on my phone. The staff were extremely friendly and useful, whenever I had an issue or a question they were right on top of it. It's rare you see such great customer service anymore. The best part was our view from our hotel room, being conveniently located next to the infinity pool, the bar, the ocean and the outdoor restaurant, we didn't need to go far! The food was fantastic as there was a little bit of everything. Our representative and everyone we dealt with was professional and precise on their services provided. We will definitely be booking with tripcentral again. Thank you so much!

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Resort of no Public Relations

Overall look of the place was great beautiful in fact. Very clean except the pool by the stand up bar always mercky. Our room key did not work, out luggage took forever to come. they could not hook me up to the internet even tho it was free, we asked for extra beer for our room they would not give it to us and we were all inclusive. The coffee pot leaked they would not fix it I'm not going back

Grand Sunset Princess: Best trip and resort!

My recent stay at the Grand Sunset Princess exceeded my expectations. Everything was taken care of, ran smoothly and great guest service. I was there for a family wedding and they did an amazing job. Was one of my very best holidays ever! Beautiful resort! Thanks!!

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Huge Resort but amazing and beautiful!

My normal pick for an AI resort is small and reef close by. The Grand Bahia Principe Coba doesn't fit this bill...however this does not take away from how amazing of a place it is for young families! There is an amazing water park and pools. Shows or kids and the food is the best I have had....I would say better than the food I have had in Jamaica. I would suggest that anyone going here, study the map before they leave and try to understand how the trams/trolleys work. We got really lost first  [... read more]day. Also note that the tram/trolley stops running to the Coba beach at 6pm and its a really long and confusing walk back. So if you know these tips before you get there, your already ahead of the game! I would go back with my family (two children 6 and 8, hubby and mother-in-law), it was an amazing place.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Second visit and better than the first

Fast and friendly service. Great food. Relaxation. Jungle smells and sounds and wildlife. Peace. Easy transport throughout the complex. Great entertainment. This was our second trip and we will return again.

Grand Sirenis Mayan Beach: Paradise resort

Can't say enough amazing details about our resort. The grounds were spectacular, the room was gorgeous and clean, all the staff were so friendly and always willing to help, the food was out of this world-gourmet, especially the a la cart restaurants!!

Catalonia Yucatan: Great resort!

The resort was nice! I like how there were different areas with different vibes. The beach wasn't amazing but it was very nice. The service was great all staff was welcoming. Food was great, some days better than others. Breakfasts were the best!!

Sandos Caracol Nature Resort and Water Park: Beautiful resort

This is the most beautiful resort we have been too. Everyone was extremely friendly and the grounds were amazing. Beautiful views. We loved seeing all the animals freely walking around the resort. The food was so Delois's and the selection was amazing too

Finest Playa Mujeres by Excellence Group: Wonderful Resort

Everything about this resort is great. It is a more expensive resort and smaller in size but that means nothing too far away. We never had trouble getting into a restaurant or getting lounger in the sun or in the shade at the pool or at the beach. Food was great. Room was great.

Iberostar Selection Paraiso Maya Suites: Great Resort!!!

This is our second time to this resort and our recent visit it has surpassed our expections especially the new revamp of the Kidz Clubs which has many flexible activites for children young and older to be involved in. The whole Ibersostar ecosystem is very accommodating doesn't matter which resort you visit. I would definitely visit again. Bahia Principe Explore Coba: beautiful resort

We stayed at the Grand Bahia Principe Coba, mayan riveria May 2016. This was my first time in Mexico and I will go again. The buffet and the al acarte great. The rooms very well kept and the staff was always cleaning.

Excellence Playa Mujeres: Great place to vacation

Everything was very clean, beautiful grounds and wonderful service. The room was stunning and all of the restaurants we tried were delicious. Overall this was a top notch five star resort. Will definitely book again when there is a promotion available.

Margaritaville Island Reserve Riviera Cancun: excellent

very good. rooms and food could use an upgrade but this is just a suggestion not a complaint. excellent service. lunch buffet might be more convenient. shuttle service to town also suggested. overall excellent

Sandos Caracol Nature Resort and Water Park: Nice resort, average food.

The grounds of this resort were well kept and clean. The pool areas and rooms were very nice. I have been to Cuba twice and went to Mexico for the food this time. The food was average to me. The water at the beach was unusable due to big rocks that you could not see and trip over. The people were great. The resort is a three tier of areas that you can use.

Viva Azteca by Wyndham: Great Resort

The hotel is beautiful. The food was above average at both the a la cartes and buffet. The drinks were very good. The staff was amazing. The only downside was the animation staff was not very interactive. I would highly recommend this resort.
