Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta: Amazing resort!

The overall resort was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pools were clean but most of the time you had to reserve your spot in the morning. The food was really good and they always had an event for each night. Very entertaining!

Riu Santa Fe: Amazing Resort!

Grounds are beautiful and well kept. Rooms were always cleaned and stocked. Food was amazing, especially the buffet, so much selection. Staff were all friendly Entertainment was great and good music! Overall, a fantastic week and I would love to go back!

Las Palmas by the Sea: cHeap and cheerful

The grounds were well kept,the adult pool staff did a really good job of keeping kids out! The room was clean,but sparse ,no dressers,had a problem with the remote and they were right there to see how they could help.They couldn't fix the remote,but within 10 minutes I had a new t v and a working remote!!The bartenders did an amazing job of serving people in order,wouldn't let people but in front of me .I had a great time.I was a solo traveller ,the solo inclusions were not what were advertised  [... read more]there wasn't a cocktail party,no room service wi fi in the room didn't always work,there was no solo dining table.But,didn't bother me to much,I made friends the first day,and had a blast.

Grand Palladium Select White Sand: Good Resort

We arrived at the hotel at 10:30 am after being up all night. Although we were the only guests arriving on that flight, our rooms were not available until after 4:30 pm.The rooms are a good size. The only room complaint would be the horrible plastic mattress protectors. The hotel complex is very large and all 5 hotels share the restaurants. We enjoyed the Mexican restaurant the most. The food at the buffets is fairly good but there is very little variety from day to day. Beautiful beach with a l [... read more]ot of chairs and shade options. There is a lot of coral in the water, so it is best to swim in the roped-off area. There are a couple of small reefs where we saw many fish, even a couple of sting rays. Due to the wind conditions, there were yellow flags for 4 days and red for three, so there were no paddle boards, kayaks etc. for the red flag days. We were a party of 5, and 3 of us were ill with gastrointestinal problems after we arrived back in Canada.

Hyatt Zilara Riviera Maya: Impossible not to love this resort!

This is an "ultra all inclusive" which does not disappoint. The resort only has 291 rooms and over 500 staff which means you get great service. The food was top notch. The service was amazing. All of the staff really want to make sure you have an excellent stay. Great value for your money. I highly recommend and would stay here again.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Unforgetable Anniversary at a wonderful resort

We went to celebrate our 8th anniversary and it was my husband's first time in Mexico and we really loved the resort The rooms were always clean and we had a great service in all restaurants and wherever we went. Everybody works so hard to make your vacation an unforgettable one. We took the trolley to the beach many times and we hardly waited more than 5-8 minutes . We had an amazing dinner on our anniversary celebration. We had a romantic grand dinner with rose pedals and candles listening to the tenors. It was really unforgettable and very romantic. We were told that the special dinners are done every 2 weeks so we were glad to be there for one. The Sian Kaan buffet was great as well, so much variety and they have a different theme every night so lots to choose from. Beach area is very nice. A bit shallow but nice with fish swimming around you. We spent time at the Sian Kaan beach area and Akumal. They were both nice and bar service was great in either area. For lunch, we tried the Akumal buffet, which was good , the snack bar at akumal area and we tried the paella at the beach area at Sian Kaan. Overall, there were so many choices and all had great service. Room- We loved our room, 42112, it had a very nice private balcony and it was located by the pool with the entertainment. It was just perfect for us and very well decorated. Overall there is so much to say about the service and the resort .We were truly amazed by everything and will go back on our 10th anniversary. Cant wait.

Ocean Coral Riviera Cancun: great

THE HOTEL AND THE ROOMS WAS AMAZING. THE FOOD WAS GREAT AT ALL THE RESTAURANTS.IF I HAVE 1 COMPLAINT THEY SURE CAN USE DIFFERENT MUSIC BY THE POOL IT WAS THE SAME 10 SONGS OVER AND OVER. BUT THE REST WAS GREAT AND THE BEACH WAS KEPT CLEAN

Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda: Very Good

Grounds were clean but over grouth needs attention. Pools were clean but could use some maintenance (Grout repairs). Pool canopies for shade need replacement. Beach (not so good) but services very good. Food and staff were great.

Sandos Caracol Nature Resort and Water Park: Great resort

Food was great, staff was very friendly, Rooms were always clean plenty of towels in our room .pool towels were always available. Lots of fish to see in the ocean bring water shoes. Good service from all staff. Monkeys were awesome as were all other animals. We booked a day trip snorkelling with Mayan adventures our guide for the day was amazing as was the trip. Evening shows were good. We emailed the resort a week prior to our arrival and pre booked the Japanese restaurant was very good. Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda: Great vacation!!

We had a great vacation! The grounds were beautiful and very clean. Our room was very clean and staff called us to make sure everything was up to par. The food was delicious and many choices at each meal. Staff was very friendly and spoke English well. Lots of room in the pools. Was disappointed about the ocean as people were not swimming in it due to being dirty. That was the only negative thing about our vacation. I would definitely recommend this resort to others and would go there again.

Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas: Great resort

Great food, rooms good grounds fantastic. Great location with easy walk to cabo by beach if you wanted. Short cab ride if needed, only thing that would be better is a walk in shower instead of shower/tub combo.

Valentin Imperial Riviera Maya: The best resoet

We have just returned from a 7 days trip to VIM resort. Both of us, my daughter and own joyed the resort immensely. Everything was great from the beginning to the end: check-in, food, grounds, service, beach. We will return!!!!

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: SIAN KAAN Trip

Nice resort, Amazing grounds food very good with lots options at the buffet and the restaurants. Loved having access to A La Cartes every night. Book as soon as you arrive! They can fill up quickly! Our Favourite was Alux! at Sian Kann Great luxury dinning and the Los Corales! casual Brazilian at the Akumul.. the friendliest waiters! The only recommendation i would have is more variety salad dressing choices and deserts not a lot of flavour at the buffets mabey have less options and perfect a few! Good options with pools, quiet if you want active areas if you want. Cooler than the beach and the other resort pools , which was nice after a few hours in the sun. Loved the Jungle idea lots of trees and shaded areas or sun if you wanted. We were surprised coffee was not very good. The Beach was awesome! At Siann Kaan nicer that the others! some areas, at the other resorts, walking the sand was rough.. I would bring water shoes next time Snorkeling right on the property too! don't even need Snorkeling Gear... the fish are just there! Bring your own snorkeling gear... lots of windy days they wont give u equipment on red flag days.... but in the roped off areas it is very safe... so have your own to have more time to snorkel. bring a water camera! Lots of Entertainment and things to do at the Beach and in the Evening. Rooms Quiet and comfortable clean... surprised there was not a couch and just chairs in sitting area... but we were Seldom in the room. Service was good an the staff nice too .. and mostly helpful. I might mabey learn some more spanish terms so we can converse a little more, would make things a little easier! We had a great trip Bahia is a good Chain. We stayed here and 6 years ago in Punta Cana... and not Cookie Cutter at all like i thought they would be! Would definetly recommend this property! We are glad our friends recommended it..Oh we took a shuttle on our own back to the airport... split with another couple well worth staying at the resort a few hours more and having a relaxing breakfast before heading back home.

Secrets Aura Cozumel: Beautiful scenery relaxing resort

Resort colourful loved the palm trees. Restort is clean relaxing food was good. Steak Hamburgers. The Buffett not enough selection sometimes cold. Beach sand a Little coarse. You require water shoes or there are two paths to walk thru the coral reef to clean sandy beach in the ocean. Overall everyone was pleasant and available to assist you Very friendly Excellent resort. Will go back again.

Dreams Vallarta Bay Resort and Spa: A Home in Paradise

Never have we felt so welcome and relaxed as we did at Now Amber. The words of one server in the buffet will resonate with us forever. When we attempted to apologize for adding another part to our table his response was "do not apologize this is your home". This is one example of the excellent service we received by the resort.

Dreams Vallarta Bay Resort and Spa: Love Now Amber

This was our 3rd stay and this time we brought 2 other couples who were as impressed as we are.. I absolutely love this resort.. Everything is top notch. Drinks are good, food is excellent, rooms are fantastic, grounds are kept nice, bathrooms are clean and the entire resort is well looked after. The staff is by far the best ever! From waiters to front desk to housekeeping to bus boys.. Location is fantastic as well..

Ocean Coral Riviera Cancun: Great resort for an amazing vacation

This resort is absolutely beautiful with a panoramic view of the ocean. The resort is clean. The rooms are clean. The food is amazing. Definitely would go back. Beach has a few stones in the powdery white sand but nothing to worry about. There is seaweed that washes up on the beach but the resort staff are cleaning the seaweed up a couple times a day and so it's really not an issue. No issues with mosquitos.

This was our second time and we just loved it!!! The layout of the resort is one of the best we've been to. The food is great and service is excellent!! The bar staff was super and the drinks were awesome!!

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Great Resort

This resort exceeded expectations in all areas. Service was excellent throughout the resort and always with a smile. The food was varied and many choices with buffet selections changing daily. Quality of food and drinks was very good and included international liquor. Accommodations could use a renovation as they are looking a bit dated and tired. Housekeeping service was average with turn down service provided only one night of the seven we stayed. Beach was very nice and clean and the drink se [... read more]rvice was a nice bonus. The water at the beach was too shallow caused by the man-made reefs, however without the reefs the ocean is much too rough to swim in safely. Overall, would highly recommend the property. You will not be disappointed.

Ocean Coral Riviera Cancun: Excellent stay

We were there April 2016 after reading favourable reviews. We can say we had no complaints except being coerced into attending a time share like breakfast for a new hotel in the chain. We did not attend but my sister and husband did and despite the 150 usd hotel credit, they said that it was torture. Beware if this. Loved the food beach and staff. Would go back for sure !
