Jewel Paradise Cove: Fantastic resort

I thought the hotel was very good I have been here four years now. The staff are absolutely amazing the only thing I think they need to upgrade is the alcohol to more premium and better the wifi other than that I love this resort.

Riu Reggae: Loved Riu Reggae!!

Riu Reggae is a fabulous hotel, and as an adults only facility, it’s a perfect place for a couples escape. The 3 Riu properties all together make for a great place to take long beach walks. The staff are friendly and helpful. Loved our partial ocean view room. It had lots of space, and a big shower stall. The balcony overlooked all the action. The drink menu is extensive, and the rum selection is vast. The entertainment at night is great. The only annoyance I can recall is that the dining room staff are too fast cleaning up tables. A second trip to the Buffett will generally find you coming back to an empty table. Some people might be put off by the occasional airplane flying over, as the resort is just off the end of the main runway of Sangster Airport, but in all honesty, you really don’t notice them; the disruptions are very brief. The Sunwing rep was onsite every day and looked after all our excursion and sightseeing requests. In short, we had a FANTASTIC time! The weather was perfect. Would definitely recommend Riu Reggae to anyone. Thanks Jean for helping us pick the perfect sun spot getaway destination. Will be in touch for our next adventure.

Breathless Montego Bay: Amazing Vacation

My wife and I had an amazing time staying at Breathless. One word to describe the resort was luxurious. Few things that could be improved are room cleaning times, room service and nightly entertainment.

Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall: Great relaxing time

We have been to this hotel before. The grounds were nice and they were kept clean of litter. The room was adequate but starting to look a little worn compared to our last room on the same floor. The restaurants are still amazing

Jewel Paradise Cove: Awesome Vacation!!!

Being first time vacationers we were very nervous about travelling. Eliana was awesome with answering my questions and concerns and putting my mind at ease. The booking and information went very smoothly. We had a most amazing vacation from start to finish. The hotel was great and we can't get over how great the grounds were kept. We upgraded our room when we checked in and there were no issues. We were quite happy with the room. We noticed the fridge was not stocked but was not a big deal for [... read more] us and went out on a stroll to explore the grounds. On our return the fridge was stocked and all was in order. The service was most excellent and all employees encountered were very friendly. We especially liked that there was a main beach and also a smaller quiet beach. There were quite a number of swim up bars and restaurants on the grounds. We especially liked the many private settings and nooks throughout the grounds that you can just sit a relax for some private quiet time.There were also alot of activities available so there was never a dull moment. The food was absolutely amazing at the Japanese restaurant and the entertainment that went along with the preparation of the food right in front of us was pretty awesome. Ofcourse we can can't leave out the ever famous jerk hut...lol. Our checkout was seamless and the airport transfer arrived as scheduled. Overall, our experience was absolutely wonderful and we will definitely plan to revisit this hotel.

Royalton Hideaway Blue Waters: Absolutely wonderful time

Food was amazing, staff was so friendly. Claudia took wonderful care of our room. The jerk hut had killer jerk. I do wish the water was open later. I will 100% recommend this resort to everyone. Service at Tripcentral was also the best. Thank you, Julie, for all your help and follow-ups!

Sunscape Splash: Great space, wonderful stay.

Lovely grounds equipped with everything you might need. Friendly and accommodating staff. Great amenities and lots of choices when it comes to food and drinks. Rooms were nice and the view was great. Would visit again!

Riu Reggae: Awesome Resort!!

Beautiful scenery, rooms so clean and spectacular!! Food absolutely delicious! Staff so friendly and caring, and so much fun to be around. Overall a great resort and a great place to spend a vacation!! Ya man!!

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Beautiful resort with great beaches!!

Hotel, staff, grounds & beaches were the best we have seen! Love the snorkeling in the “cove” beaches!! We saw three weddings during our week stay and noticed a plaque when checking out that it was ranked the best “Wedding and Honeymoon Resort”, I would agree 100%!! I would highly recommend this resort! We are booking for October 2020 and bringing our 3 children, significant others and our granddaughter because we loved it so much!!

Breathless Montego Bay: Satisfactory

Food was ok, not great. The room in our hotel was “tired” multiple things were damaged: The door broke off in front of the fridge The fridge stock wasn’t that great. The fridge itself was broken. The shower leaked out the bottom of the glass at the floor. The hotel gym was FAR too small for the amount of equipment in the room, and the pictures I saw of the gym were ENTIRELY different than what was delivered. Room service food was deplorable quality. The beaches were nice bu [... read more]t a bit of a walk from our room. I’d give it a 4 star rating at best. I’m unfortunately not as Impressed with the hotel as I’d hoped to be. Our room was close to the pool and getting to sleep early when we wanted to was almost impossible with the music playing. :( Also had to call the front desk multiple times to request more water bottles for the room. And they only showed up half the time I ordered them. We saw multiple different resorts while picking others up while going on excursions and they looked far superior. But most importantly, Beverly Russel of JTL tours was the best thing about the entire trip. She was fantastic. I’d recommend the hotel strictly to have the pleasure of working with her. 👍. So although I’ve left the “recommend this hotel to others” set at “no” ill be honest and say it’s 50/50

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Great Resort

We loved this resort. It’s not too small and not too big. We loved being able to move around. The beach is great as well. The grounds are very well kept. The food was really good: there were all kinds of meat, several types of fish, tons of vegetable options. The service was good as well, majority of the staff members were friendly. We found that the only unfriendly employees were the omelette cooks at the buffet and bar attendants at the lobby bar. The only downside were a bit outdated rooms. [... read more] Especially the bathrooms. The bath tub was grayish because of its age and overall the bathroom looked like it needed some renovations. Also the curtains in the room were a bit dirty. Overall we were happy with our stay.

Royalton Hideaway Blue Waters: Beautiful Resort - Gorgeous Beach!!

We just returned from a family vacation at Royalton White Sands. I would recommend the Diamond Club upgrade. It was worth it. Check in was quick and smooth. Our room was clean, towels changed twice daily by a very friendly cleaning staff. Grounds and public areas are immaculate. All staff were very welcoming, polite and warm. Dining was terrific. The buffet choices are terrific with something for everyone. Food was hot and flavourful including a very good kids station. No a place for a quiet vacation!!

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Great vacation

The resort is beautiful and very big. The restaurants for the most part are in the same area which is convenient. The beach is not great for walking. The service was excellent as long as you tipped. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The resort has been undergoing renovations but there are still areas that need updating. The carpet in the hallways where the elevators are need to be removed. The smells from the carpet are sickening, also the lighting in these areas need to be improved as it i [... read more]s very dark and dingy in the elevator areas.

Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: Good Resort

The Iberostar Rose Hall Beach is the lower end of three Iberostar all-inclusives on the same stretch of beach. The other 2 higher end places must be great because the Beach is a really good place. The food and service were very good with a couple of minor service hiccups. The room was nice and the cleaning staff did an excellent job. But over all, this is a good place to stay.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: very nice resort

all was good except the staff was on edge not very happy. Also the westjet rep not on time the day of departure we missed our shuttle i went there multiple times nobody there they could of left the book out?? it cost 100.00 us for a ride to the airport

Riu Montego Bay: Nice Resort

This hotel is very close to the airport. (5 mins away) planes pass by taking off roughly every 10 mins depending on the day. The people in the resort make the resort. The grounds are nice, the rooms are decent, never used the spa or gym so not sure how it is there. Everyone is just so polite and making sure your having a great time. The food was ok if I had to compare it to the other hotels that I've stayed. It wasn't full on Jamaican food. There was barely any beef patties. I used to see the [... read more]m in another resort everyday during lunch by the pool. (My cousin was looking forward to eating them). Jerk chicken by the pool was not bad. Jamaica is known for their fruit. Papaya I saw which I was happy. Didn't see any mangos, & coconut. They had pineapple but it didn't taste ripe, they were still hard. They had other Tropical fruit but not my cup of tea. The beach is small, thank god the pool is pretty big, & everyone went or there would be difficult to find a spot. Pool is very spacious & lots of chair for everyone. I was disappointed that we (riu Montego bay) weren't allowed to go across to Riu palace or Riu reggae but both those resorts were allowed to come to us. Not sure if I missed anything else. I would go back to Montego Bay but probably not to this resort. (This resort will be adults only after April)

Royalton Negril Resort And Spa: Beautiful resort

Upon arrival we were greeted by Madonna who helped with a very easy checkin then escorted us to our room for the week, it was very elegant and we were so happy to see where we would spend our week, the view was incredible! Madonna checked on us a couple of times during the week, she was very helpful and friendly. The restaurants were fantastic especially enjoyed Ocean Pointe, what a view! There we met the friendliest waitress Shimma, she went above & beyond our expectations to be friendly and ta [... read more]lked about the island and Jamaica, our last night the restaurant was closed but she came to see us at the sunset and helped take our picture in this beautiful place. We again had the pleasure of the talking to Shimma at the Dorado restaurant where I had the best lamb chops ever, my husband had the lobster bisque and shrimp fettuccine and Shimma took such good care of us. We also had the pleasure of the best maid service at any hotel, her name was Patricia, extremely friendly and such a good and efficient maid service. We enjoyed talking to her and looked forward to running into her daily. We went twice to see the entertainment shows Michael Jackson & Reggae night and enjoyed the shows very much. Overall very impressed with the Hideaway resort and look forward to returning again in the near future.

Jewel Runaway Bay Resort: Amazing !!!!

Everything about this family vacation was truly amazing! Monika was so helpful and professional! We highly recommend her. The resort was fantastic, the people are beyond accommodating, food was great and rooms were very clean! The Waterpark is amazing just like the staff.

Riu Palace Jamaica: Great resort!

The RIU Palace Jamaica was a great resort overall with fantastic staff, diverse dining options, access to RIU Reggae and Montego Bay facilities and restaurants, and great location from airport. There was a minor issue with our room the first night and after talking with our Sunwing rep we were upgraded from our room at no charge. All staff was friendly and attentive to our needs as guest. Would definitely consider this resort in the future.
