Riu Reggae: Riu Reggae, Jamaica

We have to say that we had a fantastic stay at Riu Reggae. The room was very clean and was as we requested, king size bed, top floor, very quiet area. Our room was always tended to daily with perfection. The staff were wonderful starting with the morning buffet, to the lunch and then to dinner. Also, the bartenders were always amiable. The food was kept in an air conditioned area with accessible doors which kept out the elements outside. There certainly was a lot to choose from in the buffets. You have no excuse to leave hungry! Overall, we have to say that Riu Reggae was certainly a good choice and have to thank Wendy at Trip Central for helping us make our choice! I forgot, the staff at the front reception desk were also so helpful . Thank you all at the Riu Reggae for a wonderful week!

Riu Palace Pacifico: Amazing resort!

The resort was very clean, the room was spacious and the staff was fantastic. We enjoyed all of the meals at the specialty restaurants and the buffet did not disappoint. The beach was awesome and it was just a short walk to Bucerías.

Riu Playa Blanca: Excellent Resort

The hotel and staff are accommodating and pleasant at all times. The food is top notch and abundant. Try not to gain weight. Panama is very humid and while the hotel and even a large portion of the dining hall has A/C be prepared feel damp. Luckily there always seems to be a refreshing breeze.

Riu Palace Costa Mujeres: Beautiful resort

Beach,and resort were beautiful,staff always helpful and friendly. Loved the beach bar service. The buffet food was full of variety and very good ,lots of seafood choices. We were disappointed in the speciality restaurants that we tried Roma and Japanese nothing special however steak house was good. We would go back again ,even though my hubby got sick ,tested positive for salmonella...but that could happen anywhere in tropics. Riu Reggae: Great Resort

The resort Very clean and well kept resort. Rooms were very nice, clean and enjoyed the mini fridge. The staff were all very friendly. The Entertainment was excellent. Great shows. The entertainment team is Very talented. Food was really good. Enjoyed buffet and restaurant. Nice no lines up for restaurants If you like early dinner. I would have liked to have plantain.

Riu Santa Fe: Not what i expected

The booking VIA tripcentral was amazing. Great service resort was not that good. Food below mediocre. Definitely a party resort and not as calm as i would have liked. The beach in los cabos is more dangerous than they want to tell us. you can not swim in the ocean making it a less desirable destination than other areas. I paid extra for the ocean-view room and had no ocean-view at all. will definitely never return to RIU SANTA FE. i would definetly book with Arrif Khan again he was splendid!!!

Riu Negril: Lovely!

My husband and I had an awesome time away in Negril, Jamaica. We stayed at the Riu Negril and it was fantastic! Overall the hotel is lovely, clean, spacious and food was good with plenty of variety. The beach is nice, the pools refreshing, the hotel staff were super accommodating and professional. The service was very good no matter where you were...the hotel bar, hotel shops, beach bar, jerk chicken bbq station on the beach, the spa - please get a message, it was incredible! Riu Ocho Rios: Amazing!

My husband and I stayed at the Riu from Jan 6th to Jan 13th. This was our first tropical vacation and it did not disapoint! The hotel was beautiful. It was very big and expect to do a lot of walking, but its all worth it. There were 4 a la carte restaurants and a buffet. We tried all of the restaurants and liked them all. The french cuisine place was unique but very tasty. The italian was half buffet (salad and appetizer bar and desserts) while the main courses were served. The steakhouse w [... read more]as delicious. We went there twice. The japanese restaurant was a buffet which was disappointing but it was really good food. You do not make reservations but if you line up around 6 it is quick to get in. They have a buzzer system too for those who do have to wait. The pools and grounds are very clean. The staff were all friendly, even the ones trying to sell you drugs (which is common in Jamaica). The entertainment staff was stellar. We loved all the night shows. They have a foam pool party and a beach party each week. The jerk chicken hut near the party pool is delicious. My only "conplaint" is the long ride from the airport. I would recommend getting a private transfer so you can go straight there,otherwise you are stopping at numerous resorts on the way which takes at least 2 hours. I give this resort a 5/5!

Riu Republica: Best Vacation ever!

Best vacation ever! The beach, pools and grounds all immaculate! We didnt attend the restaurants as the buffett met all of our food requirements. Our servers were the happiest people with super friendly personalities. Angel and Valentina! Yorgi looked after all of our pool side hydration and loved to call my husband "papa" very impressed with the whole vacation and we will be back!

Riu Playa Blanca: Good value - Nice location

Well maintained resort. Good food. No complaints from us. If you like one RIU, you will probably like this one. We have been to the RIU Guanacaste in Costa Rica, twice. This one in Panama is almost exactly the same.

Riu Palace Costa Mujeres: Best Resort Ever

This resort was a 7 star!!! Excellent beach. The sand is like powder and you can walk for miles. Food was excellent and I loved that you did not have to make reservations for any restaurants. Room was large and had its own bar. Only downsides: don't think our floor was washed or swept when we checked it. Bed was a little hard. Air conditioning in main bar was turned up too high - not comfortable to stay for long.

Riu Republica: Amazing resort Great staff

My wife and i stayed at the Riu Republica last week Jan. 30 to Feb.6 and enjoyed our stay very much.The staff and employees could not have treated us any better. The resort it self was kept amazingly clean and up to date with all of the facilitates kept spotless.For some reason the air conditioner was not working as good as it should have been. When i called the front desk about it they apologized for our in convenience and up graded us to a new room over looking the pool area witch was an amazi [... read more]ng view.Our stay could not have been better thank you Riu Republica .

Riu Palace Costa Mujeres: Good time at Riu Palace

This was our second trip to Riu Palace. We were there in Nov 2019 and liked it so much that we returned again on Jan 29th 2020. I must admit that the weather was a lot better in Nov but we still enjoyed all that you offer as a site. -will be back again! Ed .

Riu Flamingos: Sister Get Away

Although this was my 1st all inclusive, I have had numerous vacations including cruising, etc. Overall, the all inclusive was an ok experience. Unfortunately, the weather was less than desirable, as most days were overcast, 1 day rained which left 1 day of sunshine. I believe weather has an impact on any holiday review. Our assigned room was on the 2nd floor, which overlooked the buffet outdoor seating area. The room was somewhat noisy and extremely damp with a musty smell. The beach is beautiful and although the water is murky, there are lots of ocean swimmers. The pools on this resort are extremely cold.

Riu Emerald Bay: Nice Resort but needs improvements

Looks very nice on first glance, but needs some improvements.Elevators are a nightmare on the tower side! Check in was a joke, Didn’t get the room that we had booked and payed for,Then got a room in the new section but when I opened the door I walked in on a family just putting on their bathing suits😡!! So back to the front desk, finally after just about 2 hours and 5600 pesos later we finally had our new room, which was a very nice room! Pools are nice, dining was alright. Riu Montego Bay: Everyting Irie

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The buffet was good, Italian restaurant (beef) was excellent, the steak house was also excellent. Entertainment was as expected. Areas were well maintained and clean at all times. Assistance was provided to us when we wanted to leave the resort and we were well taken care of. The only negatives were the house wine selections were only good in the Italian restaurant, and a coffee machine in the room would be nice. Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas: Riu palace

Hotel was extremely clean and well kept. Room was nice. You can’t swim in the ocean which we weren’t aware of. Food was pretty good. The riu Santa Fe is very loud and we were very happy we spent the extra money on the riu palace

Riu Palace Macao: Truly a great resort

This adult resort is truly a 4 Star resort. Friendly and very helpful staff. Great facilities. Clean well appointed rooms. Good variety of food, beautiful beach and large pool. Plenty of lounge chairs by the pool and on the beach. Close to the airport. Being a non smoker I would like to see designated smoking areas.

Riu Caribe Cancun: Riu Caribe Cancun

Stayed January 30-february 6 Staff 10/10 Food 7/10 Room 7/10 Pool area 8/10 Beach 8/10 Location 7/10 We really enjoyed this resort. The staff was very attentive and professional any problems were taking care of.

Riu Palace Bavaro: Excellent Resort

At first presentation it was all we could have hoped for, we arrived late and grounds stunned us so well kept and clean, Room air conditioning was cooled for the humidity upon arrival. Location was perfect steps from Ocean or Pool, and staff we exceptional. Food quality was excellent. We will definitely be back to this resort.
