Riu Dunamar: Amazing

Starting with an organized shuttle to hotel,getting an upgrade beautiful room,everything was just perfect. We loved the pools,manicured grounds.surely we will go back to enjoyment of the same.the food pleased every taste and plenty of varieties

Barcelo Maya Tropical: Beautiful resort, wonderful holiday!

This is our 2nd time staying at the Barcelo Tropical and it did not disappoint. The grounds are beautifully maintained; the staff were friendly and helpful, the beach and pool were fantastic. We would definitely return again!

Ocean Coral and Turquesa: Wonderful vacation and magical wedding

We had the most lovely time at this resort with our family and friends for our wedding. The resort experience was wonderful and all our guests had a great time and enjoyed the various restaurants and amenities. Our wedding was absolutely perfect, they accommodated everything we asked for and went above and beyond. Exceptional service at the wedding and the general resort. We will absolutely be back and highly recommend this resort.

Catalonia Grand Costa Mujeres: Nice Clean Resort

The resort is beautiful. The rooms are big and nice. The beach is great. The pools are good. However, the food could have been better. At times it was very bland and the only restaurant I really enjoyed was the Italian restaurant.

Platinum Yucatan Princess: Very pleased with our choice

Wonderful swim out suite with a great bed, good pillows and everything working, plenty of hot water under as needed under amazing rainfall shower head. Very good food and service from all staff and a special thanks to Catalina for her frequents stops by our swim out suite. All specialty restaurants were very good and buffet was well above what we've experienced at other resorts of similar ranking. Sunwing is showing obvious signs of dollar shaving efforts, no Wifi on plane not even a magazine to [... read more] scan and pass the time and use of infield terminal is great for departure but upon return awaiting baggage is much longer than normal. Very much reconsidering the Elite plus add on we chose for next vacation, seats are very narrow, I'm not at all a large person, just tall and we had front bulkhead whcih didn't provide much extra legroom. All in all a very relaxing time, quite enjoyed our stay.

Royalton Hideaway Riviera Cancun: Stay away from this resort

Value proposition? Zero HUGELY Overpriced for what they can deliver. Stayed at Hidaway Diamond Club - top tier price for a two-star motel quality. Daily struggle to get your room clean (forget about turndown service), VERY dated furniture and rooms desperately needing a complete renovation (shower drain covers missing, handles of the shower valves falling out, grime and calcium buidup on the "rain" shower heads, one of the bathroom sinks constantly clogging, closet doors "partially" working, th [... read more]e same with the balcony doors). The Front Line staff - FANTASTIC, the management - utter failure, not caring, not giving a damn, wholly dedicated to push their version of a "vacation club." Add to this the fact that they are extremely short-staffed, old dingy beach towels (that are constantly in short supply), room towels that were at one point white, but not in recent history, Old, breaking down beach loungers, beach bars that looks like they might present some health/safety hazards. One thing is for sure: we will never stay in the Royalton property again.

Occidental Costa Cancun: Clean and friendly

This hotel has lovely openness to it. It took far too long to check in with only 3 people working the front desk. They did immediately pull us aside to sell us on time share at their sister site, and while pleasant they are persistent. The property was very clean and well maintained. The food was fresh daily and seating readily available, we never waited more than 2 mins for a seat. The room we were given was impressively large with a great size balcony. I found that the bed was more firm that I would have liked and the same can be said for the pillows. The resort is very organized when it was time to leave they were expecting and looking for us. The people are so great! for the package I purchased this trip was exactly what I was looking for.

Grand Sunset Princess: Amazing Resort

This resort is absolutely beautiful. We booked sunset, but ended up staying on thr riviera side because of renovations. The room was beautiful, and clean enough. The service was always great. The buffet food was always great. The a la cartes were okay. Not my favorite, we tried 3. The beach was great. We loved the BBQ by the beach everyday. One con was we found them a bit pushy right when we got there to talk about excursions and tried getting us to do a time share presentation. Riu Latino: Nice Resort

- New hotel - everything was fresh and inviting - Public bathrooms - felt that there should be more bathrooms closer to the stage and restaurants. [Staff did a good job keeping them clean] - Rooms - Kept exceptionally clean but the view was AWFUL - our two rooms were on the second floor. We booked courtyard view [ it should have been called rooftop view because you could only see the roof ]. I was very disappointed because this was something that I would not have wanted. Entertainment - pool entertainment was exceptionally good and evening was average, however, the hotel gets really quiet at around 11:00 there should be something available to entertain longer. Beach - way to far - they did do a good job trying to keep the seaweed clean. No bathroom or bar close by. Would I go back - Probably not - found that you had to walk a lot to get where you want to go. Very disappointed with our hotel view. Many of the hotel festivities had to be shuttled to the sister hotel. Hotel was far from everything. Be aware - Cancun charges Environmental tax at the hotel and Vista tax

Our trip central helper martine reid was so nice to deal with. I would recommend anyone using her for a family vacation or a couples vacation she was always available no matter what time of the day and updated me with the vacation prices

Riu Palace Peninsula: Amaizing hotel

Everything was perfect, hotel, food, fun, the Riu parties were super fun, as were the DJs, beautiful, first-class service, all the waiters were super friendly, variety of food and delicious, the bar was 100% full with drinks, super fun, we had an incredible time and would return to the same beautiful hotel

Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres: The resort EXCEEDED our EXPECTATIONS

This resort was elegant,beautiful welcoming and simply stunning. The have amazing sitting areas with firepits and fountains throughout the resort.The hospitality and service at all restaurants was exceptional. The rooms are beautiful and spacious.Staff were all incredibly kind and helpful, they went above and beyond. The beach was pristine just Beautiful.This is now one of our top resort destinations. Truly Relaxing

Riu Latino: Best resort I’ve ever been to!

This was a great trip for all of us. I took my 3 adult (20 something) kids to Riu Latino. It was perfect for them! We all loved it. Something for everyone. The Riu parties were really fun. The hotel/rooms are pristinely clean. Service was amazing. The staff work extremely hard and I was more than happy tipping everyone as a result. Entertainment was impressive. Best I’ve seen, to be honest. And the food, really good. The buffet was unbelievable. Pretty much anything you wanted to eat was on that [... read more] buffet. I loved that they had food stations cooking on site in small batches so foods like, steaks, fish, pastas, Mexican, etc. were always fresh. All the restaurants were very good as well. We are foodies and eating did not disappoint. Pools are great in that you had a selection from quiet up to drunken pool bar and everything in between. Beach was beautiful. Pristine water and gorgeous white sand. Can’t say enough good about this resort. It hits every 5 star for sure! The only thing I would say could be nice, is a boardwalk from the resort to the beach as it’s a long walk in hot sand but that’s minor:) Great trip all round!

Barcelo Maya Tropical: Excellent Trip

This was our second trip to Barcelo Maya. We stayed at Tropical this time and again we were very happy with our stay. The room was clean and no issues; little humid but not much can be done with that. Food was good and lots of variety to choose from if your picky. The beach is beautiful and pools were warm. We will return.

Great hotel complex. Very clean and beautiful throughout. Standard room was great with cold AC. Buffett food was good to very good at the main Buffet. Ok to good at poolside Buffets. Beach was great with very Little Rock’s to worry about. Sargassum was light to none existent. Staff are courteous and timely.

Secrets Puerto Los Cabos Golf & Spa Resort: Wonderful Resort

We had a wonderful vacation at SecretsPuerto Los Cabo’s. The rooms were a little dated but very comfortable. Mini fridge was restocked daily and room service was awesome. The food at this resort was delicious and plentiful. No reservations necessary for A la carts with the exception of the Japanese restaurant if you want to sit at the grill,however if you want to just get a regular table you can order off the menu. We were there the last week of April so hotel was not at full capacity and we nev [... read more]er had to wait for a table at any restaurants. Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating but watch out for time share pitches both at the hotel and the airport. We were in a swim up room in the 300 block. This is a large resort and it is built on a hill, so if you have mobility issues request accommodations closer to the main buildings. We really enjoyed the swim up as the main pool could get pretty rowdy. It was nice to retreat to a more quiet space when we wanted to. The swim up with garden view is quite far from main buildings, ocean views swim up is closer. They do offer transportation with golf cart. We often would walk down as it was downhill and then get a ride back because it is uphill. If I was younger it’s not a bad walk but I am a senior so the walk back was sometimes challenging. The beach is very dangerous and the black flag was up the whole week we were there. It is not a swim able beach even at the best of times so if you are a beach person this isn’t for you. There is a wonderful beach bar with swing chairs and lots of lounge chairs with drink service and tiki umbrellas for shade, on the bluff above the beach. We spent a couple of pleasant afternoons there. The sound of the waves crashing on the beach was very relaxing. Overall it is a beautiful resort and we enjoyed our visit there.
