The Bel Air: Marsiela made our trip !!

The good : never any problems getting a spot on beach or around pool, friendly staff, comfy beds, served drinks and food around the pool / beach . The bad : menu is always the same, food quality was not the greatest, you could only order off the dinner / lunch section at that time of day . Example : we wanted tacos for dinner one night but because it's a lunch menu would not accommodate , no seating area inside to Mingle (unless you go in the restaurant) hotel is outdated and needs a face lift.

Akumal Bay Beach and Spa Resort: Amazing spot

We loved our stay at this resort ...beautiful rooms , beautiful beach , beautiful people that work there and food was excellent . Cant say anything bad about this resort wish I was still there :( but can't wait to go back next year !!!!!!

Iberostar Selection Playa Mita: Great PLace to Relax!

We really enjoyed our stay. The grounds are kept very clean. Even the washrooms by the pool are spotless.The staff are very friendly and have activities going everyday from 10 am until 4pm. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. We forgot to lock our safe and the maid had security come and lock it and left a card stating that some valuables were left out and security had to come and unlock our safe. The food in every restaurant was enjoyable and fresh. All a la cartes are good. The Mexican a [... read more] la carte was my least favorite but the atmosphere is fun. They do a flaming tequila over beef and the flaming Mexican coffee. The café for coffee was good. They changed the chairs all around the pool from beautiful padded chairs to mesh chairs. They weren't nearly as comfortable and the original chairs looked more high end. There was never a problem getting a chair or shade. The infinity pool is perfect for all ages and warm. The ride to the hotel was 40 mins but we went directly there with no stops. The beach is 4 stories down from the pool area and I felt it was too disconnected but there is bar service on the beach and its very quiet. Never a problem getting a chair and the venders on the beach are not pushy. Overall excellent place, secluded, quiet and very safe.

Grand Palladium Select White Sand: Great resort

The resort is a paradise with a beautiful beach and breath taking ocean views. The staff is very friendly and helpful when waiting on you or giving directions. The food was fabulous in both the a la carte and the buffets. All in all our experience at the Grand Palladium was exceptional.

Fontan Ixtapa: Amazing Time

Me and my husband had a great time. Everything was really good and we enjoyed our stay in Fontan. Service was great , people very friendly, food good, location...... the only thing that need improvement is pool area. It was overcrowded (maybe one of those pools could be adults only since there is kids pool). But all together it was great time for us and we will be happy to go back again.

Grand Sunset Princess: Great time

Beautiful resort, wedding department needs someone manning the emails everyday as it's frustrating for a bride. Also, wedding department needs a dress rehearsal for the weddings to ensure song placement etc as mine was totally backwards and one missing. Kid zone looks awesome!! Wish the pools were open til 10pm as most excursions end at 6:30pm and there just isn't time to cool off after supper.

Dreams Puerto Morelos Resort and Spa: Beautiful resort

The grounds were well kept, the food was great and the staff were very attentive. This is a great resort for gluten free diets, best gf crepes we've ever had. We also enjoyed the meals in all of the restaurants and they would make any modifications to most things on the menu. The beach was never crowded and there were lots of chairs in the sun and shade. The beach was also great for taking long walks.

Catalonia Yucatan: Room and hallways very clean grounds well kept

Yes it's was a lovely place I would recommend it but if you ate looking for a great beach as this beach was nice but rocky but we were a where of that weather was great drinks where good meet a lot of people good time ..

Grand Oasis Cancun: The potential is there!

The grounds are well kept and the is lots to do. Bars, restaurants, lounges and beache were a very decent etc...the pools especially the party pool was toxic. They need focus on the pools everyday. The staff were all very nice as and surprisingly the timeshare agents did not harass us at all. The lows, room was so basic it had no dresser for clothes, bathrooms were grungy to say the least, had to pay for very bad wifi, had to pay for a room safe, our fridge didn't work so why keep giving me warm [... read more] pop and beer? Lastly the hallway noise at night really detracts from the ability to get sleep when you're tired and just want an early quiet night. By early I mean 11pm-12am the yelling and door slamming has to be controlled in room areas, big issue! They need stiffer security.

Villablanca Huatulco: Perfect hotel and area.

We had a fabulous week at Villablanca Huatulco. The hotel is clean, well laid out, staff are friendly and very welcoming and provide top notch service. the restaurant at the hotel had some of the best meals we had all week and the value all around is excellent. We fell in love with everything about it. It is centrally located to the beaches and is a less than $3.00 cab ride to the town centre. We will return I'm sure

Grand Decameron Complex Bucerias Trademark: This resort has it all!

Amazing two weeks at the Decameron in Bucerias. Perfect location, great amenities and wonderful beach for swimming, walking and kayaking. The yoga/stretching every morning on the beach was awesome and the food was very good especially the Italian a la carte! Must do's: day trips by local bus to Sayulita and San Pancho,cheap massages in town and in the beach and sailing from the hotel on a hoby cat. Best value for money all inclusive we've ever taken

Grand Oasis Sens: Beautiful resort

The resort was absolutely gorgeous. Perfect view of the beach, delicious food, many restaurant options. The service was impeccable. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Not far from the party life.

Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda: Great trip!

We had a lot of fun at the Bluebay but if your looking for a good beach this place will not be for you. Lots of sea weed and sand bags. Aside from that though, it was one of cleanest resorts/hotels I have stayed at. The food was great - lots to choose from. The staff were wonderful as well! There from time to time was a weird sewage smell it different parts of the resort but we were not too bothered by it. One thing I did love love was the resort has two pools that are spaced out from each other [... read more]. One pool is very quiet and nice if you want to relax. The other pool is by the beach and much louder. Down there they play music and games!

Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas: 5 Star Riu Palace

Beautifully kept hotel. Beautiful scenery/views. Delicious and plentiful food and drink. Lots of stairs on the property. A little too far from town to walk. Ocean/sea is too rough to swim most days. CDTA

Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya: Beautiful resort!

Overall the place was spectacular. ..very friendly staff ..food was fabulous (the main buffet was the best place for any meal) rooms are large. ..lots of wild critters to see...not much of a beach but it was great snorkeling! We will be returning one day!

Dreams Sands Cancun Resort and Spa: Good food and service but issues as well

The staff were great and provided excellent service. The quality of the food was very good, especially at the a la carte restaurants. The hotel is an old property that has been upgraded. The beds were excellent. We prefer firm beds and slept well the entire week. The bathroom was too small and had issues, sink and tub leaked. Our air conditioning unit leaked down the wall and onto the floor and ruined the plaster on the wall. We had to call to get the AC fixed twice during our week stay. They d [... read more]id fix it fairly quickly and repaired the wall damage. The beach is eroded and very small. If you walk to the left of the resort you can walk on a nice long Beach. The beach in front of the hotel smelled like sewage and rotten seaweed. This is a solid 4 star property that is trying. For the price, it is a decent place for a vacation. However, we would not return.

NYX Hotel Cancun: An okay resort

The room was clean and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel location was great because it was close to isla shopping centre. I found that the beach had a lot of litter and there was very little activies to do at night/day except to drink. I would recommend going with a hotel with more on-site activities.

Sandos Caracol Nature Resort and Water Park: Very family oriented, tons to do!

We went with another couple, spent 10 days there and still did not see/do all they had to offer. Their focus on the Mayan culture and the Eco activities was a nice,yet different touch. It would be a great place to take kids or a large group. They work hard to keep the place clean. We liked that you didn't have to make reservations for the a la cartes, and the most we waited was about 40 minutes -time to have a "before dinner" drink! The only disappointment was how rocky the water at the beach wa [... read more]s, very difficult to swim in but being able to visit the other Sandos resort which had a gorgeous beach, made up for that.

Sandos Select Club: Great Resort

The Resort was very well maintained the staff was very helpful in all our needs. Food was amazing and the beach was excellent. Great deal of variation for dinner lunch buffet by the swim up bar was excellent and bar tenders were great.

Dreams Vallarta Bay Resort and Spa: Fanatstic Resort!

My 80 year old mother and I had the opportunity to spend a week at the Now Amber resort recently. It was nothing short of amazing in every respect. The rooms, the food, the service, was high quality. If you looking for a place to have an awesome holiday, I would highly recommend!
