Sandals Dunn's River: Great resort

Grounds were consistently clean every day of the stay. The maids also did a very good job in the room when asked. Food was superb! Plenty of options as well besides the buffet. Also had many events going on throughout the day if you wished to participate. Awesome!

Couples Swept Away: 6th Visit

At Couples Swept Away there is a beautiful beach and resort. We have been there 6 times and we will go back for our 7th next year. The staff are amazing, the food is amazing, pretty much the whole experience is amazing. You can be busy on the resort with all they have to offer or you can relax the whole visit.

Royalton Negril Resort And Spa: Best resort

The hotel was amazing. clean rooms, fun friendly staff, fun nightly shows food was delicious and the butlers made sure everything went well through the whole week. I will definitely be rebooking next year.

Riu Reggae: Good Resort

Riu Reggae is a nice resort. The rooms were clean and the service was impeccable from the cleaning service, the front desk and the bar. loved the fact that the bathroom had two sinks. It was my birthday week and they made me feel super special decorating my room and giving me a little gift. the only thing i would suggest is maybe improving the quality of food but overall for the price and the hotel, it is very reasonable.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Good food

The food was amazing, the people at the pool were happy!! The custumer service at the lobby was a little too long! The Italian restaurant was not good and also snack bar. Pool close at 6pm it was a little early even the beach !!!

Great time was had by all. the hotel renovations were well managed and did not affect the stay at all. The beach is awsome for snorkeling and always clean. This is my 2nd time first time was for honeymoon.i definitely would go a 3rd time

Catalonia Montego Bay: Hotel review

Staying at the Holiday Inn Resort was amazing. We had a good time for the first 4 days. Our room was very clean and well kept. Staffs were very friendly and welcoming. Over all it was good. We both fell sick for the last three days. No sure what it was.

Royalton Negril Resort And Spa: Beautiful Location & People!

This is the first time we stayed at a Royalton resort, and we didn’t want to go home! This resort is breathtaking and we’d go back again. Spacious junior suite with comfortable king bed and spacious shower, and latest technology. We celebrated our 30th anniversary so they upgraded us to a swim up room. Pleasing pool, with lots of lounge chairs and cabanas. Get there early to reserve your space! Seven restaurants on-site, although we only had time to visit Grazie Italian, Armadillo Tex [... read more]-Mex, Hunters Steak House, Gourmet Marche, and Score Sports Bar. Good portions for all meals with great presentation. Nightly entertainment including Jamaica night, Bob Marley, Michael Jackson tribute, Beauty and Beast, and Steel Drums. As our plane was not leaving till end of day, they checked us out (still use facilities), stored our luggage, and provided us a courtesy room to shower/change later in day before leaving for airport…..this was nice! Jamaican people are very friendly and work hard to please. Whenever we saw someone going above and beyond we tipped. Tasmin from Sunwing/Nexus was a big help and available throughout the day to answer any questions we needed and to arrange excursions. Yah Mon! We loved Jamaica. Irie. You can’t go wrong with Royalton!

I intrested at the hotel was nice and clean I would recommend excellent hotel rooms and all property so beautiful it's very good place for vacation. Excellent stay, loved the rooms and hotel amenities. We all had a great time! Hotel gave us two connecting rooms as requested, this helped us to manage 3 kids as well as give us our own personal space!

Melia Braco Village: Great Vacation!

My partner and I recently came back from a one week stay at this resort and overall had a fantastic vacation! Pros: We really enjoyed that the resort was smaller; the buildings and scenery were beautiful and the grounds were extremely well kept. I loved that it was intimate and short walking distance to any spot on the resort. The rooms were large and very beautiful and also very clean (we stayed in a premium garden view room). The beach area was gorgeous and pristine; the water was crystal clear and sand was white and clean as they cleaned any seaweed right away. The perk about a small resort is that we never had to worry about not getting a chair or a good spot on the beach. We always got the same great spot. Drinks at the bar were great. Overall good was pretty tasty and there was always a pretty fair selection at the buffet. The a la cart restaurants were also good. I was impressed with the nightly entertainment and really enjoyed every night! Definitely much better than any resort I’ve been on. Cons: The main reason we chose Jamaica was for two reasons 1) the food 2) the amazing people. I have been to Jamaica before and raved about it to my partner who had never been. Unfortunately these are the two areas which disappointed the most. We are a very easy going couple so we still had a great time and didn’t allow anything to influence our overall experience but the feedback is worth noting. In terms of the food, it is quite limited. Breakfast buffet is standard but for lunch and the duration of the day, the only food option is again, the buffet. While the buffet offers variety, it can get very repetitive and boring. It surprised me that there was no additional option such as a pizza place, snack bar, or jerk hut; it would have been nice to have some options where we could order and eat by the beach. Which leads to one of my biggest complaints; the jerk hut was not operating for the entire duration of our trip. We inquired every day about it and got conflicting answers and were given false hope each time until someone was finally honest with us and said it is not operating due to low occupancy of the hotel. This was extremely disappointing and pretty shocking since jerk chicken is a major reason travellers love Jamaica yet there was no jerk chicken to be found the ENTIRE week we were there!!! Given that this was the ONLY thing my partner was hoping for on the trip, this was a great disappointment. I would really recommend they incorporate more jerk chicken options because there truly were not any authentic ones. The only authentic jerk chicken was on our final night during the “Jamaican street party” where they brought the jerk hut out and it was absolutely delicious; such a shame we went the whole week without it. Again, the food available was delicious but we just missed out on the main items of interest. Room service was convenient however usually arrived incorrect one way or another but this wasn’t a big deal for us. The staff at the hotel were also not very friendly. We encountered some very rude staff members who appeared miserable, did not greet us, or when I initiated a greeting, they did not respond or seemed disinterested. There was no real customer service provided and I definitely did not experience anyone go above and beyond the bare minimum. There were some lovely staff members who made up for it, but again, nothing over and above - more so just the general customer service I would expect. I was really hoping for more since my passed two times in Jamaica I had the most positive amazing experience with the people and it’s a shame my partner wasn’t able to have the same experience as I have. The overall vacation was lovely and we had a great time, the pitfalls just happened to be two of the most important factors for us when it comes to a vacation. Perhaps this was a coincidence due to us travelling during off season. I would still recommend this hotel! Great for couples, great hotel and great beach!

Beach was great. Very clear water and you can see small fish. Pool was nice and big too. Hotel is beautiful like a large castle. Very clean. Free WiFi in the lobby. Food is good. There is a buffet, 4 restaurants, and a snack bar. Lots of activities throughout the day if you are interested in that, and some nightly shows. The casino is mostly electronic games, very cheap to play. Disco and kareoke bar opens at 10 pm, but I never went to them

Couples Sans Souci: Amazing Resort

This was a memorable vacation. The resort was beyond our expectations. The room was very big, clean and OMG the Ocean View was the icing on our cake. The numerous swimming pools, and bars were very convenient. The food was Excellent and the Ocean was so clean and blue. Numerous activities to partake but even if you did not want to go out of the resort, your day was still great. The evening entertainment was Great, the live bands were amazing. The staff were very friendly and service was E [... read more]xcellent. The only down side was the TV which kept freezing every so often but who really cares about TV when you are having such a good time.

Catalonia Montego Bay: More than I had expected

I went to the resort not expecting much as it was inexpensive. I was totally surprised with the overall resort. It has great restaurants, a great jerk hut, above avg entertainment and the staff were great.

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Best batchlor party ever!

14 of us stayed there for our friends batchlor party. Everything from the food to the pool entertainment kept us having a good time all week long. We loved the Brazilian streak house and the beef patties.

Iberostar Selection Rose Hall Suites: Excellent Resort !

Resort grounds were clean and nicely manicured. Every area of resort was easily accessible. Lazy river was fun. Food was great & lots of variety. Staff throughout resort were all friendly , always approachable and made us feel welcome.

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Amazing resort, agent not so much

We ask and paid for 2 beds while only getting 1 king size one instead. Between 14 guys none of us got 2 beds. Had to ask for a cod. Plus our rooms werent besides eachother,(all of ours). Besides that our resort a.d stay was amazing layout of odd but the food and resort looks great. Beef patties should have came out more and pools open longer would have been nice.

Had an amazing stay at Grand Bahia last week. The facilities were nice and clean. The staff were great friendly and always tends to your needs. The beach was beautiful, white sand beach, clear blue water with a reef close by the swimming area. I wish we could have stayed longer and we would definitely come back to this beautiful place. Feels like home away from home.

Royalton Hideaway Blue Waters: Had the best time at this beautiful resort

Hotel was so amazing, clean, staff was incredible everyone always smiling. Entertainment was the best I have ever seen. Food was delicious. Pools were lovely, beach is awesome. Was more than impressed. I am already planning another visit to return to this resort.
