Grand Decameron Los Cabos: Trip was Great!!

The grounds and rooms were very clean!! Very friendly hotel with amazing staff that made you feel at home!! Beautiful beach to take long walks. Omar is great bartendar along with entertainment staff. Micquel our waiter was always there asking us what we wanted even before our drinks were empty!!

Grand Riviera Princess: very clean and beautiful resort

Excellent property and great food. The staff where very pleasant and help full and the room was spacious well appointed. On the second day in you should not have any trouble booking an alacart restaraunt though. And I did not like that two alacarts were pre booked for us by the resort because we were with a big group and they were all different. That was a minor thing though. Friendly Fun Vallarta: A Very Nice Place to Stay!

This hotel is a wonderful place to stay while in Puerto Vallerta! The staff are so hard working and wonderful to the guests that the name of the hotel rings true. The grounds, pool and beach area are immaculate and the service top-notch. From beach chair service of a tasty shrimp platter for two to the champagne and chocolate dipped strawberries surprisingly placed in our room, who could not but feel welcomed and special!

Valentin Imperial Riviera Maya: Excellent Vacation Spot

We thoroughly enjoyed the Resort. Grounds, rooms, restaurants are kept very clean. A great dining experience, especially the French & Italian restaurants. The pool area was clean, with an abundance of lounge chairs. Most importantly, the staff was very pleasant and helpful. Excellent Resort!

Plaza Pelicanos Grand: Lovely boutique resort

Attentive service by the staff, well maintained grounds, comfortable and pleasant facilities well laid out. Food good, and offered both hot and cold venues around the pool. We really enjoyed the intimacy and "family like" attitude and feel of this place. It wasn't mass production and yet it offered everything we needed to make our vacation enjoyable. It would have been nice to have had WIFI in the room and around the pool rather than just in the foyer, but, can't complain about the service, amenities, staff, or anything. Grand Sunset Princess: I loved it so much

I loved every part of this resort to the food ,people. grounds, rooms, lobby,pools beach and ect..... I would love to go back , we were a group of 8 ppl ,we just would like to see Free Wi-Fi in the lobby and more t.v s in the gym

Crown Paradise Club Cancun: Great family resort

Great hotel, grounds and beach. Lots of variety for food, activities and pools. Amazing staff. Pool culture is loud, energetic and busy. We stayed at the beach with our 3 kids which was more our speed. Only complaint is that the washrooms are far from the beach and main pool. Only an inconvience but didn't affect our overall experience.

El Dorado Royale: For foodies and relaxation!!

Overall the food is amazing! Definately read the reviews about the food, it is gourmet style and a la carte so portions can be small, just order lots of food! Recommend cocotal for buffet breakfast, and make sure to do Fuentes the culinary theatre it was really good!! In other reviews it says the beach is an eye sore, it's not that bad, but it's really not swimable with the rocks and seaweed. The pool is nice! Iberostar Waves Cozumel: lovely setting

the grounds of this hotel were really lovely. Lush plantings and very well cared for. Lots of interesting wildlife wandering around. The units were set beautifully among the palms and shrubs and each had a porch with hammock and chair. We enjoyed the buffet restaurants but weren't very impressed with the a la carte ones. Staff were terrific. The beach itself was large and wide and had lots of lounge chairs and many huts and palm trees for shade if you preferred to get out of the sun. The pool area was nice, again, lots of loungers. Rooms were decent although ours smelled very musty. Overall we had a good vacation but would not likely go back to that resort.

Excellence Riviera Cancun: Great place

This resort is as good as it gets. From the time you first arrive, to the time you leave, you will be well taken care of. The rooms are very well set up. ( I would recommend a swim up). Views are all good. Bar fridge well stocked and refilled daily. The grounds at Excellence are very clean, well looked after. And all restaurants are first rate. There is always something to do here. Nightly shows, games at the pool and beach, you are never without something going on of interest. Riu Santa Fe: Awesome Holiday !!

We just got back from a week here on Feb 29..was an awesome resort ! Very large, if you stay in 7 you have a long walk to the lobby and buffet, but the steak house was close and had very good food. Found it was quite the party place, lots of young adults, not easy to get room in the swim up bar pools. Very nice beach, although you cant swim in the ocean here. We went on some very nice excursions. Large variety of food each day, but every day had the same choices. Our room was classed as oceanvie [... read more]w, and if you leaned over the balcony, you could see a bit of the ocean. We were a party of 3 adults, and found the room a little small for us, and not really set up for that many adults. Lots of closet space, and bathroom was nice. Minibar was good :) Good location as far as getting to Cabo downtown, and to the marina, was a short cab ride. Go to Cabo Wabo !!!

Secrets Huatulco: Breath Taking

This was our first trip and we couldn't have expected more. The resort, the beach, the hospitality of Mexico was all just perfect. We did a couple of tours of Huatulco which were well worth the experience to get a true feel of Mexico.

Grand Decameron Los Cabos: Disappointing

The hotel is a 3 star at best. We had a great group of people which made everything better but it was limited in amenities even water. Service was poor, food was not good. There is only one a la carte.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Fantastic Resort

Wonderful food, great amenities (water park, lots of pools) and consistently great service. Rooms were large, the Coba area of the resort was great as well as the beach. There were always shuttles to take you to the beach or the shopping area (which was huge). We did the dolphin experience at the resort. While ridiculously expensive, it was well done and we thorough enjoyed. We will be going back again for sure!

Smart Cancun By Oasis: Great Hotel

Loved the Oasis Smart. The rooms and the public areas were all spotless. The bed was really comfy and there was lots of hot water. The staff were amazing. The pool area was really comfy. The beers were a good price at the pool and the food was really good - I had a mini burger and didn't know it came with fries so I ordered the vegi and blue cheese dip also. Glad I did - it was the best blue cheese dip I ever tasted and the vegi's were beets, asparagus and something they said was mexican potato. [... read more] Both were really good. The amenities that were left in your washroom were like you were at a 5 star hotel. We rented a smart car from the hotel - it was $170.00 u..s for 4 days including insurance and travelled for those 4 days just coming back to have dinner in the area and sleep. If you wanted to spend the day at the Oasis Palm and use the all inclusive and the beach it was 22 u.s. for the day but the shuttle didn't leave until 10:30 am so you missed breakfast - you can get a bus there easily if you wanted to have breakfast also.

Occidental at Xcaret Destination: 16 Person Vacation

Good resort, this was actually my 2nd time here. We went with a group of 16 just for a standard vacation. Resort put us all in the same block so that was nice. Food was amazing, everything was clean, staff was awesome. The hotel is getting a little older so you can tell the rooms are starting to date and there is some wear and tear, but I am not on vacation to be in a room so what can you do. Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Awesome vacation

Spacious rooms, beautiful grounds, great food. Very helpful , polite staff. Shuttles every 5 minutes to the beach or other resort. Fast checkin. room service was fantastic, no problems. would highly recommend.

We're very happy with BHP Coba. Staff are wonderful, accommodations comfortable, atmosphere fun. Ability to move between the different facilities means variety. We are having a great trip and recommend this hotel.

Occidental Tucancun: Exceeded our expectations!

My boyfriend and I stayed at Barcelo Tucancun February 17-24 and it exceeded our expectations. The resort was always clean and the staff were all so welcoming and friendly. Our room was spacious and modern with a gorgeous ocean view. Breakfast buffet and the Mexican a la carte were our favourites in regards to the food. Only negative is the swim up bar was not always open during the day, otherwise, highly recommend this beautiful resort!

Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya: Resort:

Resort itself was excellent. Room clean. Staff excellent, courteous, extremely helpful not pushy in any way, Check in and out was fast. Trip to and from resort excellent. Tours arranged through representatives on site great. Choice of many pools and spa services. Gym was okay. Al la Carte restaurants had a Mexican touch to the food which is not true to the cuisine of the country represented. Although the staff were fabulous. The buffet was always good and selection was great.
