Hyatt Place Waikiki Beach: Budgetable for the price paid

clean room and most importantly timely housekeeping. It may not be the prettiest hotel but you don't stay inside your hotel room in Hawaii. Definitely get the job done at a reasonable price. Would recommend.

Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall: great staff and a relaxing place to go

The resort is very relaxing an staff do everything to ensure your stay is worry free. All of our requests we accommodated without hesitation. Restaurant selection was good and menus had variety. The beach is a bit rocky but there is one area nice and sandy. Jerk chicken wings at the sport bar are fantastic.

Hyatt Place Waikiki Beach: Great place to stay

We liked that it was close to the beach and shopping area.Good view of the ocean.Room was clean but was small.Friendly,helpful staff.The breakfast area was crowed and had very little shelter from the wind or the rain that we had.The area was clean and the staff were excellent at keeping it that way.The staff kept our room very clean and tidy everyday.

Hyatt Place Waikiki Beach: Great hotel location

Hyatt Place is a three minute walk to Waikiki Beach and easy walking distance to shops and many restaurants. Hop on and off buses and trolleys stop very close to this hotel as well. Pool closed for maintenance for part of our stay but able to use pool at nearby sister hotel.

Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall: amazing resort

The resort was beautiful! Room service was great.. nightly entertainment was also very good and food wasn't bad.. being a vegetarian is hard.. I would say there should be more options for people who are vegetarian but other then that everything else was great!

Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall: Trying hard to get it right.

We stayed at the Hyat Ziva from August 12th to 19th. This is a good, but not great resort. It has recently re-opened under new ownership. The rooms are a bit dated, but well-kept. The quality of the food was O.K., although not up to the calibre of a number of other resorts we have visited in Jamaica. One day, there were no beach towels available for a short period time. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Overall, it was a good holiday.

Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall: A++++

If your looking for a quiet relaxing place this is it. Amazing People! Great food drinks pools and rooms. The beach is nice! We had a great time. I would also recommend the bob marley excursion.something to see!

Krystal Grand Cancun: Worth almost every dime!

The hotel was clean and the people were friendly for most. I had all inclusive and I didn't like was that I couldn't other more that one drink at a time when you can order as many plate as you would like. I didn't like that we had access to the Krystal but the stasis treated me like I was not a guess and restricted me access to the premises.

Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta: Amazing!!!

We had an wonderful time at the Hyatt Ziva. We stayed there May 1st to 8th, but wish we could have stayed longer! The hotel and grounds are beautiful! All the rooms have a spectacular ocean view, they are very nice and comfortable. The food was great, loved the restaurant choices. All the staff was very friendly and caring, the front desk, the servers, cooks, hostesses, housekeepers, lifeguards, pool staff...everyone was so nice. Loved the beach and the pools. They had a special event every nigh [... read more]t we were there. One of the nights they had a mexican night right on the beach, with a beautiful buffet dinner and entertainment. I would highly recommed this hotel. It is located just 10 -15 minutes from the Malecon in Puerto Vallarta, but it is so much nicer than staying right in town, and the beach is private :-) We'll definitely be back!

Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall: Amazing resort

Complete 5 star resort. From service to most friendly staff, amazingly delicious food, variety of premium and tropical drinks, great ameneties, picture perfect beach. Kids friendly resort. Would definitely return.

Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta: Amazing AI Resort

What an amazing time at the lovely Hyatt Ziva. We arrived and received a hot towel and tropical drink. All of the staff were so kind, welcoming and helpful! There were not any language barriers which may cause some issues at other places. The room was wonderful and had the most amazing ocean view!! Did not require a balcony since the doors slide open and a nice ocean breeze comes in. It was so nice to hear the ocean waves crash at night and wake up to the sounds in the morning. We ate at Blaze for both lunch and dinner and both were really great. Had dinner at the Casa Grande, it was delicious, ordered the beef filet. I am not sure why people have gone to this restaurant and come out disappointed! Awesome margarita there too! Managed to have lunch and dinner at the Italian restaurant and also had dinner at the Asian restaurant twice! All of the food was simply incredible you will not be disappointed. I wish I had the time to eat everything off of all of their menus. We even ordered room service a few times and was so impressed with the quality of food. Spent a lot of time in the sports bar playing pool. They have a snack menu and the chips and guac were delicious! The bartender there was so great! We never had an empty glass! Wish I had gotten his name to mention here. Same with the waiter at the Asian restaurant the last night we were there, he was super awesome, next time I will remember names! Kayaking was such a great experience as well. I didn't notice a lot of the marine life when just playing in the waves. There were a lot of families there when we went, don't know if this is a regular occurrence or not but it wasn't really that bothersome, just didn't expect there to be as many kids as there was. I miss it already and hope to return in a year or two to try out more of the food!

Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta: Wonderful stay!

We spent an amazing week at the Hyatt Ziva April 17 to 24. The setting is beautiful with manicured grounds on a large private cove beach. All of the facilities are top notch and meticulously maintained by friendly and helpful staff. We hope to return with our adult children next year!

Hyatt Zilara Cancun: Average

Nice and clean with a very nice layout Service was good and the restaurants were ok The shows were average and the food was also average the entertainment was very average and doing it in the lobby you loose the. Sound and can't appreciate the show much

Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall: Amazing and friendly resort

We got upgraded to the adults only, Hyatt Zilara. Pool was great, food amazing and we didn't have to make any reservations for dinner. Staff friendly and helpful. Beach was limited with fence on each side. Very clean resort and safe. They had a water issue for 24 hrs. and didn't have a back up system so that was somewhat inconvenient. It was our before last day. Loved it and would go back.

Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall: Beautiful resort, amazing food, the best service!

We absolutely loved our stay at the resort! We were greeted by friendly staff who wouldn't allow us to lift a finger the moment we arrived. Our room wasn't ready, so they recommended us a restaurant to dine at while we waited. The food was amazing! Every day we looked forward to trying out a new restaurant...and were never disappointed. The rooms were excellent - clean and modern, with tons of privacy but only a few steps or in our case, a quick swim to one of the pool areas, restaurants or lobb [... read more]y. We quickly learned that the bartenders do not skimp out on liquor! And are quick to take your order and make whatever you want! The pools were clean and though there was landscaping going on throughout the day, we were never bothered by it. The only downside was the ocean. There were lots of rocks and the water was very shallow, so it was hard to do any real swimming or wading in the water. We recommend swimming in the water infront of Ziva and doing any beach lounging on the Zilara side.

Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall: Great Resort

The resort was lovely and the staff amazing. Really enjoyed the facilities - the fitness staff were excellent and the food was great. Horizons staff were the only ones that seemed sort of slow and not so customer oriented but overall great place. Beach is okay but not a long one for walking.

Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta: #1 in our Heart!

Wow.... the staff goes the extra mile to make our trip....Wonderful Thanks guys! It was our Anniversary and the room was decorated with hearts and flower petals all over the place along with a wonderful letter of Congrats from the Management along with cake & fruit.. We spend most of our time on the beach, and this beach is the Top beach in PVR. Migel & Christian made sure we were always topped up...and the food at the Thai restaurant served by Juan was out of this World. As well, Ezequiel,Ivan  [... read more]& Andres looked after us and were so much fun during breakfast and dinner at the Blaze. Never had a bad meal anywhere. Only concern was at the Mexican restaurant, the portions were so BIG....lol .... how do the Mexican's all stay so slim . Pizza was always hot and tasty yum. You gotta try the Hot Rock Massage as well as the Fish that clean your feet....lol. Will be heading back again for sure!

Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall: Great Stay at the Hyatt Zilara

Spent 7 days recently (Jan.30-Feb. 6) at the the Hyatt Zilara in Jamaica and I have no trouble giving this experience a very high overall rating! We were very pleased that we picked this resort. People and staff at Zilara were excellent. Our room was on the 3rd floor of the new Zilara building with an Ocean view. It was large with a great design and very modern features, lots of storage, etc. We were very comfortable. Overall I would say our experience at the Zilara were of the highest caliber w [... read more]e’ve ever enjoyed at an all-inclusive resort…. including compared to past stays at Sandals and several other 4 and 5 star resorts. Resturants choices and food are a high point! Lots to choose from and all were very good. We had no issues getting into the different spots. We spent almost all of our time on the Zilara side except for strolling over to enjoy some of the restaurants and evening shows on the Ziva side. The Ziva side was busier, …we preferred the more intimate, quieter Zilara side for sun and pool. The only negative I’d call out is the beach and ocean. It was more rocky and had more seaweed than I’d like… but I still went in for a roll in the waves every day. That said, the beach and ocean are still incredibly scenic as you look out on it from the resort grounds.

Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall: Well on it's way to a 5 Star Resort

This resort definitely had a bad start, but from first hand experience (Jan 23-31) can tell you that many of the issues people complained about in the first few weeks seemed to have been addressed. The grounds are lovely, staff amazing, best food I've ever had in a resort, pools are great. One more for pool activities and one for more relaxing which was a nice separation. The beach wa [... read more]s defintely not the best beach I've ever seen, however, I am learning this is less of a Hyatt issue and more a Montego Bay problem. Sounds like a lot of the hotels have variations of man made beaches. Wrong side of the island! Althought Montego Bay was extremly close to the Airport, it was very far away from all excursion and off resort activities. At least 2 hours one way for many things.

Hyatt Zilara Cancun: Worth the money

A real 5 start resort. The restaurants were excellent. The staff were friendly and the pool and beach area were top notch. I was there the first week of May 2014 for 7 days. Had a total of 30 minutes of rain. I have stayed at several other Mayan Riviera resorts but none of them compared to this. Easy access to shuttle bus right outside the front entrance. Mini mall across the street.
