Amazing Resort

Fun Fun Fun Resort!!!!

We had a most wonderful time at Iberostar! Super friendly staff, well kept and clean grounds and the food was absolutely delicious! Will definitely be going back in the near future! Out of this world experience!!!!!

2nd Time

We stayed at the Iberostar Beach Resort, and it did not disappoint. The hotel has done some minor housekeeping items that seem to make a big improvement. Last time we went which was December,2015 a busy time the resort was in desperate need of some maintenance which appears to be all completed. Only item which I could state is there was some construction going on with the Steak House (which) is located on the beach, the noise was a little annoying, so we stayed at the other end. I wo [... read more]uld have like to have been notified as most other travelers had been sent emails from their carriers. The food has loads of variety, we did do 2 a la carts, the Samurai and the Jambalaya both were good. The shows that we went too were great, the staff really do put a lot of effort into what they do! Drinks were good, beach clean, and the staff were great, we would go again.

Fantastic Resort!

The STAFF IS A+.. we went with another couple and had one of the best vacations of our life's. The food was good, the people were awesome. Great place to vacay as a family or as a couple with lots of daily entertainment and prizes. The nightly shows were awesome but after the show the resort was kind of dead- only complaint. Lastly, the rooms in the beach resort are mehhh.. but suites and grand rooms looked amazing. Especially if your bringing young ones, worth the upgrade. Exceptional Resort

I highly recommend Iberostar Montego Bay. It's an excellent hotel. Extremely clean. Lovely rooms. The grounds are well maintained. Great architectural design in the common areas. Staff is very friendly, helpful and accomodating. Food is AMAZING! Our best vacation yet!

Great hotel!

This was actually a great hotel to spend a week. Rooms were clean and food was amazing! Disco was good, music great! The beach is small but you can walk along to the other Iberistar properties. The only issue we had was with the check-in. It was incredibly disorganized and we had to wait 45 minutes.

Nice Resort

Beautiful resort, good location only 20 mins from the airport food was good for us because we are form the Caribbean and was looking forward for Caribbean foods drinks were good they make nice cocktails pools were nice and beach were OK the only down side is some of the rooms smells like mould

Best trip home ever!!

I went to the Iberostar Rose Hall for my birthday, and my twin last minute got sick and couldn't make it. Depressed, alone, and on vacation... And the staff made everything perfect! Not only did they have a cake for me (which they replaced quickly once they realized ants got to it before I did!), the entertainment staff celebrated with me at the disco, and everyone at the front desk made it a point to say "Happy Birthday" all week while I was there! I truly felt at home, and being Jamaican/Canad [... read more]ian, it's a feeling you can't beat. I paid no one for this, and out of the kindness of their hearts, made me feel like family. I will be back. No question. Thank you guys!!!

Great resort!!

This resort was great. The buffet always had a lot to choose from and everything was very tasty, the jerk chicken was amazing and they had the best whipped cream ever. The room was clean and spacious with an ocean view. The staff were very friendly. The beach and pool areas were very nice and the trees on the beach provided shade when needed. The weather was perfect. I would recommend this resort to my friends and family.

Amazing resort and Staff!

This hotel has everything you need when you think if a southern vacation! Amazing,friendly staff, good food at all 3 restaurants and buffet, yummy drinks at all bars. My 2nd time there and I wouldn't hesitate to go back! :)

Fantastic All-Inclusive Experience!

I loved the staff and their continued enthusiasm. They are very hard workers, but also know how to enjoy themselves which I think made my experience more relaxing and fun as a guest. Also the food was amazing!! I love sea food and there was not shortage at every dining experience. and it was great to try some more authentic Jamaican food. It was all delicious!

A must go-to

Everyone is amazing and friendly, rooms are tidy with a awesome view, food is spectacular, drinks are refreshing, beaches are wonderful. Only minutes away from Montego Bay airport. Go to the luminous lagoon!

Fabulous Resort

Our family of five (including 12 year old child) loved this resort! Everything was fantastic. Delicious food, clean rooms, mini fridge stocked daily, rooms cleaned daily...great entertainment including water aerobics, dance lessons, kayaking, sailing, parasailing, scuba & snorkeling. Beach was great and lovely pools.

Awesome resort

Smaller resort & loved the layout. Everything was close & easy access. Food was the best ever, lots of variety & always fresh wherever we chose to eat. Japanese restaurant was awesome & everyone should try iit. Rooms were clean & well maintained during our stay, never had to ask for anything. Customer service was excellent throughout the resort, staff always asking if you were happy with the facilities, activities or whatever you were doing. I've been to lots of destinations & have to say this w [... read more]as probably the friendliest ever, both staff & other guests, just a great atmosphere all over the resort. Another positive for me was the short drive from the airport, maybe 1/2 hour & check in was quick & efficent. Would not hesitate to recommend it or go back!

Awesome Resort

This was our 3rd visit to this resort and it didn't disappoint our expectations . Will be going back again and again . The staff are great as is the management . Also on hand are great people to help you set up tours .

Irie

the beach is very nice long enough for a fifteen minute walk end to end.The food at the buffet was always fresh with variety every meal. Iberostar obviously choose their employees with the clientele in mind , from management to service and entertainment we feel treated special.

the whole experience was wonderful. A very relaxing vacation. Nice beach. Great food,fabulous,helpful staff. The only negative was the room. It was a little tired and hot water was an issue sometimes. Great pool and pool bar.

Very Disappointing service

Location is great. Food was excellent. Gorgeous resort. Excellent entertainment. The service was very very poor. It's very unfortunate as the resort itself was perfect but the hotel staff were awful. Front desk was the worst. Put us in the wrong room, took 2 days to sort out. No one was ever helpful. 4 days in a row they would send us all over the resort to talk to different people as everyone would try to pass us off to other depts only to be sent back to the original place. Would never go back [... read more] because of the workers. The run around they continually gave us ruined our vacation.
