Iberostar Coral Ensenachos: Amazing resort

It was paradise!! The beach is just wow!! The staff is wonderful, very friendly and helpful! The food was ok. They do their best to make your vacation wonderful. The rooms are large, spacious and very clean. The hot tub is a bonus! I would go back!

Valentin Perla Blanca: Awesome resort

Stayed for a week there wife ky husband and have zero complaints. The staff are absolutely amazing and go above and beyond for anything you my need. Amazing excursion to sign up for or activites to participate in. So much fun had ??❤️

Vila Gale Cayo Santa Maria: Beautiful resort

Our first visit, sure won't be our last. This resort is what luxury should be but well within reach of anyone's budget. The grounds are spotless, the pools lively and fun and the beach is absolutely amazing. Calm water clear as glass. We ate and drank under the loving care of the happy and helpful staff. It was our best vacation to Cuba to date.

Valentin Perla Blanca: Heaven on Earth

Spent an unforgettable week from March 18 -March 25 2025. Rooms were clean, food was plentiful, no shortages whatsoever. Could always find something good to eat. Drinks were cold, Cappuccinos were excellent, especially at the Lobby Bar. Beach may be the best yet, and we have been to Cuba 20 plus times! The One Gallery Hotel: Beautiful Resort

I loved everything about this resort. The food was amazing, the staff were as always extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were great. The entertainment was good as well. Lots to do. My only complaint is they need to do more entertainment during the day at the pool side. Amazing staff, definitely have our favorite bartenders n can't wait to see them again. Most beautiful beach I've ever seen in my life, the chicken sandwich at the bar n grill is a must try, buffet was great, no shortages of anything... very impressed.. only downside was the long drive from airport but that's ok beer was available for purchase to get our vacation started ..

Melia Cayo Santa Maria: Great people work here!

The workers at this resort were amazing! From the beach, snack bar, pool, buffet, lobby bar, front desk, gardeners and A La cart all the staff were friendly and went out of their way to make our vacation a memorable one. The resort is a bit dated but they were working on some updates when we were there. The beach made it all worth it!

Grand Aston Cayo Las Brujas: Great Getaway

Cute hotel which is needing a little fixing here and there but that won’t discourage you to stay there. Food is flavourful and drinks plentiful. Beach waters are beautiful indeed but may need to walk a minute or two to find solitude as it’s busy and the chairs/loungers are always full or broken. I liked that there were elevators. Showers were always hot. Pool bar waiters were Unreal. Damien was waiter in main lobby and so nice. Loved the coffee and wine was good.

Memories Paraiso: Welcoming and warm

I had a great trip recently to Memories Paraiso. I discovered I was in "premium class" a few days in. In particular I would like to thank Mulvalie(sic) for her kind attention. As a solo traveller I greatly appreciated her consideration and inclusiveness. Overall this friendliness of the staff could not be improved upon and it made for a superb visit. Paradisus Los Cayos: Great Resort

My husband and I spent 7 days at this resort. We had a wonderful time. The beach is fantastic, clear water with chairs and umbrellas. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were upgraded to a fantastic room which included a tub, two person shower, single shower and additional living area space with table. The food was good and there were enough options to choose from. I would definitely return and would recommend this resort.

Paradisus Los Cayos: Amazing beach, run down hotel, poor service

Beach is simply gorgeous. Hotel has a modern and appealing design, but too many things are broken or don't work. There were many days we had no warm water to shower. Many closures across the resort (pools, restaurants, etc.). Very poor service. Food is very basic, in line with what is to be expected in Cuba. Disappointing still for what a 5 star should offer.

Paradisus Los Cayos: Disappointing Stay

If you pay for the Royal Reserve you will not be disappointed, however we didn't, we had issues with.... The room: The safe, the door lock, the air conditioning, the water (freezing, or scalding, or missing altogether), a privacy door missing to the bathroom. Common areas: Look wonderful, however, if you're not a smoker you cannot escape it, and if you want a quiet break, unless you pay for the Royal Reserve, you will have trouble finding it. Loud music played either by the hotel, or the [... read more] guests, either way, it was unavoidable. Beach: The beach is one of the best I have visited, and I have travelled around the world. However, the chances of getting a bed on the beach was only guaranteed if you were out around 6am to claim them with a towel. Loud music was also intrusive on the beach. Food: The buffet food was plentiful, and lots of variety. However, the restaurants you had to book for, were disappointing, with portions that had you finishing and going to the buffet for more food. The staff for the most part were friendly and very attentive, however customer service were not on top of things, and let us down on a few occasions. Summary: If you like smoke, noise, and unsafe conditions in your room, this is the place for you. However, if none of those things are to your liking, avoid, or pay for the Royal Reserve.

Iberostar Selection Ensenachos: amazing beaches

Hotel was very good Nice clean room. Just ask for more towels or pillows they are very accommodating. Room close to everything Beaches were so amazing and free water catamaran,paddle boats, canoe. Food could be a little better as varieties were limited but had fresh fish everyday for fish lovers. Would go back for the price

Memories Paraiso: Better than expected

After reading plenty of negative reviews, I was prepared for various shortages and some less than cleanly facilities. While staying in March 2025, there was lots of food and coffee. The electricity never went out and the room was spotless. The grounds were well kept and the Paraiso side of the resort (pool and beach) were delightfully quiet. There were inconveniences with logistics and communications from the front desk, the public toilets were sometimes in poor condition and the restaurant expe [... read more]rience was disappointing. These were minor concerns compared to a spectacular beach and a full belly.

Melia Cayo Santa Maria: Beautiful resort!

Our family absolutely loved our stay at the Melia Cayo Santa Maria. Naybi was so great with our kids for activities all week. Plus, the beach is the most beautiful with the best service for drinks. The food by the pool bar is awesome for all meals of the day.
