Riu Santa Fe: Great Resort

I highly recommend this resort. I was overall happy with my experience. The food was amazing and the rooms are renovated. The room service was good as well. This is both a party resort for young adults and a family friendly resort for children.

Riu Santa Fe: Amazing view, noisy at times

My view was spectacular. The rooms are big and cleaned daily . Some restaurants were great, breakfast buffet had lots of fresh food choices, fresh omelets, smoothies n juices, etc. The restaurant serving steak n salmon entrees was well received by our group. Some of their many buffets were mediocre unfortunately. The waitress and bar service was great too. We enjoyed the various theme parties, although four is a bit much.

Posada Real Los Cabos: Trip was changed to Krystal Grand

Would like to speak with someone at tripcentral regarding our trip which was suppose to be an upgrade. The change to Krystal Grand and being a 4 star resort is very misleading, lots of disappointments and would like to discuss. Not satisfactory to say the least.

Riu Palace Baja California: The hotel was not up to RUI standards

The room was clean, but the furniture was very tired, the couch was well worn and should have been replaced, the mattress sagged. The furniture around the deck was also very tired and well worn. The lounges had torn fabric, the metal frame was dirty and in need of paint. The food was bland - all the food at the buffet was tasteless! It didn’t matter what we tried it was bland. Restaurants Krystal and Guacamole were fantastic, both in terms of presentation and taste.

Riu Santa Fe: Just an OK stay at RIU Santa Fe

The hotel was okay but will not be returning. The food choices and restaurants were disappointment. I found the restaurants to close too early (9:30pm). Grounds were clean and so were the facilities..

Posada Real Los Cabos: Good and budget-friendly hotel

We enjoyed our stay at La Posada Real. Service was great, clean rooms every day. We loved the swimming pool, the bar and the food. Some staff were still wearing masks, especially waiters. We appreciated it. Will be back.

Riu Santa Fe: Great vacation

The resort was amazing! The special room I needed was available upon arrival which was great. Check in was smooth. I am very satisfied with my trip. Riu Sante Fe is a beautiful big resort with lots of amenities.

Riu Santa Fe: Beautiful place

This is was 1 of the most beautiful places I have ever been to. The staff was great, they were always cleaning something, everyone there had a smile on their faces. The bathroom had lots of water, the fridge was stocked daily. The food was good, the sand on the beach was incredible, I really have zero negative things to say about this resort.

Riu Palace Baja California: Great resort - Definitely a 5 star

The grounds are very clean. Staff constantly cleaning and sweeping. Staff is super friendly. The food was excellent and lots of choice. We never encountered any waiting lines. The pools were great especially the infinity pool very relaxing. Plenty of chairs available. Only downfall would be for anyone wanting to swim in the ocean. The beach is well maintained but the water is very rough . Resort is close to the town and Marina. Great views of the Marina and cruise ships.

Riu Palace Baja California: Amazing Resort

This resort was beautiful. The rooms were very nice and clean - had every amenity you would want, including your own Bar!! Spectacular view from our room. Restaurants were nice, just wish we were able to access the other restaurants (besides buffets). Overall would recommend, had a wonderful stay! The RIU parties were a huge bonus!!

Krystal Grand Los Cabos: Good for kids

I want to start saying that the service is good, very friendly and always ready to help it you ask, opposite of that the hotel was outdated, you can't swim in the beach but neither in pools they are for kids even the one for "adults" food and drinks bad. I recommend to rent a car and explore Los Cabos towns and food, really good.

Riu Santa Fe: An OK resorts

The hotel is OK. Food need improvements. Show needs lots of work. To much party in the middle of the day. Need to be more strict with guest yelling in the hotels pass 2 am or being loud at 5am. Hat dog and burger needs taste horrible.

Riu Santa Fe: Haven’t been since 2016 and it’s even better now

Amazing resort for the value, this is my 4th time going and to a nice surprise my room was fully renovated, there are more restaurants to choose from, the resort is still so clean, staff still friendly as ever, absolutely no complaints, if you are an ocean swimmer the waves are a little intense but a walk down the beach and there are calm spots. And the new riu party pool/club is amazing

Barcelo Gran Faro Los Cabos: Good hotel but where was the Premium??

We booked the most expensive room thinking we would have a nice balcony with a good sea view where we could lounge, read and tan (as we have experienced at similarly priced hotels) . Our room was the furthest from the sea with a view of the garden and pools. The balcony was small with two hardbacked dining style chairs and a small drinks table. There were only two restaurants, a sushi "restaurant" (we were advised by another guest it was poor quality and personally I rate sushi fast food not restaurant food) and the main dining room which was a very good buffet but certainly not restaurant quality. The remaining two "restaurants" located side by side were open on alternate nights and shared the same staff. Neither was great (screw top low quality wine, dishes served resembled the menu name (particularly the Italian food). We ate at the restaurants a few times but were frustrated with having to line up each afternoon to book for that evening, we were advised by reception, upon arrival, to book early as the available restaurant space ran out early. We used restaurants outside the hotel at additional cost and bother. Our room was very nice and well serviced however the air conditioning had a minimum setting of 18C, we generally sleep at a lower temperature so we had to keep the ceiling fan running and put up with the noise. The bathroom had wardrobe style doors facing onto the main room which reduced privacy and did not limit noise at all. I do not recommend spending the extra money for a premium room.

Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas: Fantastic Stay......Great Resort

The Hotel is definitely 5 star. The staff is very helpful and their service is great. I would highly recommend the Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas to anyone and everyone......!! Close proximity to town if you want to shop. Lots of activities in the resort and surrounding areas.

5 stars all around. Comfy beds, no issues with AC, beautiful location, amazing staff, awesome food, warm pool and cold drinks. No issues other than the plug beside our bed wasn’t working properly. Highly recommend.

Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas: Top Resort

This is one of the best resorts we have been to for sure . The constant cleaning and sweeping keeps the grounds exceptionally clean. The food was top notch , the buffet was simply excellent, wide variety of meats , Fish, tons of fruits salads and veggies , and local food as well. The Infinity Pools were relaxing , and fun as well as the water workouts were “just enough” on vacation. Due to the size it’s lots of walking and stairs . Barcelo Gran Faro Los Cabos: Would have to say less than 4 star

Getting towels was an issue had to go to the front desk 3 times first day 1 bath towel no hand or face next day 2 bath towels only challenge to get smaller towels wish there was more specially dinner Italian and Mexican were excellent Japanese wasn't good no hot food only sushi 1 waiter and 1 cook felt sorry for them entertainment was good resort was clean staff was friendly it was great to escape the rain in Vancouver margarine only would love butter

Riu Santa Fe: Great Resort

I was at the resort in April 2023 and had a wonderful stay! The rooms had recently been renovated and were nice, food was good (lot's of variety), never had to wait too long for a drink and the grounds were beautiful and impeccably kept. For me the only downside was the evening entertainment which I found to be lacking. Having said that I would definitely go back!

Krystal Grand Los Cabos: Cheap and Not so great

The hotel was a 2 star at best. The rooms size were ok but still not in good condition and the beds / beddings and pillows were terrible. Stains on the sheets - disgusting. Felt like a cheap motel just sad. Did not feel relaxed or clean enough. Cleanliness was definitely a problem as soon as I was given my room I had to change to another then another. There was hair in my soap box which leads me to believe that they just reuse the soaps from old guest to new. There was hair on the “made up be [... read more]d” which leads me to believe they did not wash and give me a fresh room and hair on toilet and washroom floor. Gross. Did not feel sanitary whatsoever. Mold in my sisters room on the walls and in bathroom. Rooms were not cleaned on the daily. Had one shower towel to use for 2 people had to call for extras, for hand towel and floor towels, felt this hotel had no standards at times. It’s unfortunate. The staff were kind and helpful but thats it. food was basic and not tasty at all, below basic normal restaurant standards. Buffet too small too cramped and very limited selection and just did not feel clean all around. The only okay thing about this place were the staff and the beach/ocean. Would never go here ever again.
