Couples Tower Isle: Good service resort

Room-clean Public area-clean, some area needs repaint Service-excellent/Bar service needs more smiles Beach-small Food-good, buffett needs more varieties Excursion-good Nude island-selling point, unique Piano Bar-guests well participated, enjoyed a lot especially on Sept 11th, the 26 years old piano guy did a phenomenal job Activities-Ok. Game/Excecise Room-good Overall, the service of this resort is beyond good and I would recommend to friends however when we went for breakfast with our backpacks(we are a group of 4) on our last day, although we sat beside the service station with 3 waiters we've got no attention from any of them!

Couples Tower Isle: Service oriented resort.

Small resort, clean and service exceed expectations. Like the no tipping policy however still observed staffs accept tips. Food was good but lack varieties. Entertainments was good at night. Location is too far from the airport.

Couples Negril: Amazing resort!

We returned to Couples Negril after 2 years, and it was just as beautiful as we remembered it to be. We love that it is small and everything is accessible by a very short walk. So many water activities are included- no need to bring out the credit card at every turn. The food is absolutely spectacular, and the staff warm, friendly and genuine. We love the special dinner for repeat clients- made us feel like part of the Couples family. The beach was beautiful with lots of shade trees and am [... read more]ple chairs, and the floaties for the pool and ocean are partly what made us return. This resort is a piece of paradise. My only comment is that I think the rooms, particularly the bathrooms, should be updated. The tiling in the pool is also looking a little tired in areas. These are very minor things, and our parting words to the staff were, "we'll be back". Couples has the right formula for success, and we truly can't wait to go back.

Couples Swept Away: Happy Honeymoon!

The resort boasts an incredible beach and amazing dining options. It may not be as ostentatious as some resorts but they make up for that in spades with incredible service and a variety of inclusions that are rarely free at other resorts. The pools may be small but are kept clean and who wants to hang out in a pool with crystal clear waters at the beach. The red flag service is great! Not all room categories are the same b [... read more]ut the Atrium suites are open air concept and do not allow for a quite nights sleep. Bring ear plugs (helps a bit) but be warned of incessant noise form 8 at night until about 5 in the morning. My wife and I seemed to be in the minority in being first timers at this resort as almost all the people we spoke with were returning guests. Having spent a week at CSA I can certainly see why people return year after year and plan on becoming a return guest as well.

Couples Negril: It was absolutely perfect!

Beautiful !Staff were great! Meals perfect. Loved everything there. Would definitely go back again. Thank you for helping us making a perfect vacation happen. We enjoyed having the choice of four different restaurants each evening to choose from. Buffet was also great.At the buffet restaurant in the evening there was a menu also,which was excellent. Service was beyond! Staff were so always there to offer a helping hand. Mini Bar was always full at your choice. We loved it.

Couples Sans Souci: Wonderful Resort!

I would describe this resort an a tropical medieval castle, with multi levels of the stone walls and steps surrounded by dense lush tropical trees. It was generally quite peaceful.The staff were always very friendly and willing to help in any way. We were disappointed with the beach, as the sand was hard and had debris on it. We really enjoyed the mineral pool and smoothie bar.

Couples Swept Away: Great Beach

Spent 7 days at Couples Swept Away, room was great, we would recommend a second floor room, better views. Food was good, lots of choice although I think they need 1 or 2 more sit down restaurants. Staying 7 days we felt we needed more options. Although pools were small it is not a pool resort, the beach is the sell on this resort absolutely beautiful. Couples Tower Isle: Best Vacation!!!!!!

The resort was just beautiful. No negatives at all.. Rooms spotless, and turn down service each night. Food was excellent, mini bar always filled, and King bed very comfortable. Always hot water, and Shower was awesome.. Tower Isle was so nice. Food excellent and drinks too. We will certainly try to return, depending on cost. The staff were the best we have ever had... and we have been travelling since 1995

Couples Sans Souci: Perfect for us!

The grounds were beautiful with plenty of little places to stop and admire the view or take pics. There were two beaches, one au natural and one textile. Three restaurants, a good lunch buffet plus room service and in room bars made this resort one to return to.

Couples Swept Away: Fantastic Vacation!

Overall, this place was beautiful and relaxing. The beach is one of the best we've seen with crystal clear water, little waves and sand like powder. The food is great - the 2 a la cart restaurants are spectacular but do fill up quickly with reservations. The only downfalls would be that space to sit in your room is limited to one chair or the bed, there is a lot of road noise in the garden verandah suites and the grounds aren't exactly lush - but the fact that the resort basically sits right on  [... read more]the beach more than makes up for that. The service and quality at every bar was awesome. We went scuba diving with the crew on site and had a great time. The people in general in Jamaica are the most welcoming and kind of all the countries we've been to. We will definitely return.

Couples Swept Away: Beautiful place!

This hotel is on the most perfect part of seven mile beach. The resort is very well kept, the rooms are slightly dated but still nice and clean. The beds are on the firm side. The food was surprisingly delicious with a wide variety of options. The activities that are included are fantastic, especially the catamaran cruise! Most of the staff is very friendly. Couples Tower Isle: Great Resort with Some Issues

This was our second visit to the resort. We love the resort but we did have issues with our room this time. When we booked the trip we requested that our room be located close to the room of friends that we were travelling with. When we checked in I noticed that our room numbers were very different. When asked why they explained that they gave our friends an upgrade but not us. We were quite disappointed but checked into our room and unpacked. After a few hours we realized the air conditioning i [... read more]n our room was not working properly. They sent a repair man and after some discussion we were assigned another room. This room was smaller and at the other end of the resort. The room had a great view but there were issues with the shower water temperatures. The water temperature would become very hot without warning. Last year booked an Ocean Premiere Room and had no issues. This time we booked a Deluxe Oceanview. Next time I would think twice before booking this room category. The resort does need to renovate the rooms. The nightly entertainment could also be improved because it's often very dated. Saturday night was the worst night. The staff here are very friendly. The free activities- scuba, snorkelling trips and excursions keep us coming back. The food is also very good. We will likely go back again but some improvements could be made to make this resort even better. My review last year would have been much better.

Couples Negril: Showing its age

Great beaches, great staff. Fun casino night!! Changes that are not so great: Having to sign up days ahead to go to a more elegant dinner or as informed get there early in the morning to guarantee an evening 2 days hence. Managed to only get there once in 7 days...not good since there is only 1 alternative option. Cannot/do not want to do a buffet supper/dinner. Stopped going to other resorts because of these limitations.

Couples Swept Away: NICE RESORT

Nice resort, staff were amazing. Only negative was road noise at rooms along the road! The beach was great, property is well maintained. The Feathers menu is very good. Resort was not over crowded, no line ups for anything.

Couples Sans Souci: amazing resort

Expansive grounds with lots of mature trees and greenery. 2 great beaches to choose from. Never crowded. Lots of food choices. (is this 200 characters yet? ) guess not. Is this 200 characters yet? Still not 200. Getting annoying

Couples Sans Souci: Couples Sans Souci - best place ever!

This was our 4th trip to this amazing hotel, and once again, it didn't disappoint us! We've tried the other Couples hotels and this is definitely our favourite. It's a little quieter than the others (which suits us) with a number of Brits and Americans and a few from other countries, our room has always been lovely (they've just been refurbished too), the weather was great, the beach lovely and no vendors to bother you. The staff are always friendly and the service is great. We love it and will go back just as often as we're able.

Couples Swept Away: Great getaway for couples

Beautiful property with lush mature tropical trees, nice rooms and huge deck (terrible road traffic noise in gardenview verandah suites). Fantastic beach and great security staff to discourage harrassment from beach peddlers. Good food. Friendly staff. Quick check in and check out but reception staff needs to brush up on making guests feel welcome. They were generally aloof and impatient.

Couples Sans Souci: Great Couples Getaway

This was our second visit to Jamaica and first to a Couples resort. Sans Souci was an incredible experience! The food, the room, the people and the intimacy of the property were all superb! We loved the room service and mini bar service. These were great add ons (Although Warning, when you order vodka for your mini bar it comes as a 1 Litre bottle! But that may be a function of the resort acknowledging that many couples want to have their own privacy in the evenings and not be out with a larger crowd. This is why I gave a 4 rating instead of 5. The resort makes everything seem so private. We spent some time on the raised beach by the gym, and didn't have anyone bother us for over 2 hours. The dinners are booked such that you are spaced out from other diners and are very private and intimate. It really was a great place to just be with your partner, but if you wanted to be social, there were plenty of people to talk to!

Message to Couples Negril: Whatever you do, DON'T fire the Chef! Food was oustanding! Our compliments to the Chef and his team! Absolutely everything we ate, was delicious! We just loved it! That was what we appreciated the most. We liked the small size of the resort (200 or so rooms). Vegetation is lush, rooms are extremely clean. The food is outstanding! The service is excellent; the response time when we asked for something was incredibly fast! The beach is clean; plenty of lounge chairs  [... read more]and chair mattresses at the beach and at the pool; all in good condition. Plenty of clean beach towels. Everything was wonderful. My husband and I would give this resort A+ (9 out of 10), and would recommend it to anyone without reservation! Thank you.

Couples Negril: Wonderful Place!

This resort is excellent great food, fantastic service and most of all one of the finest beaches anywhere. Grounds are well kept, the resort is easy to get around but most of all very accommodating staff.
