Hard Rock Hotel at Universal: Dated Resort

Unfortunately after coming back for a visit after 8 years found everything the same as when I left right down to the paint and carpets ,even the Kitchen restaurant had not changed figured they would of at least updated the decor tables,chairs ect. Even found the outside fountain was looking it's age (was not even cleaned up) sad for such a classy hotel.

Sheraton Vistana Resort: Great resort

Beautiful grounds. Lots of pool and activity options. Good restaurant menus. The market had a lot of selection eg. snacks, alcohol, coffee, toiletries. Accommodations were more then we expected. Clean 2 bedroom 2 bath fully stocked eat in kitchen, 2 sitting areas and screened in veranda. Locations was central to parks. Only downsides the beds could be updated and they don’t offer recycling

Disney All Star Movie: Great experience, friendly staff, great value.

The hotel was beautiful, heated outdoor pools, amazing Disney decorated sections. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were a tad small but were clean and beautifully decorated. The cafeteria and so many options and delicious food. The caricature man was amazing. Laundry facilities were a great help. The Disney store had alot to offer. Shuttle service was great. Overall had an amazing experience with Disney All-Star Movies hotel :)

Universal Cabana Bay Beach Resort: Fantastic!

Beautiful hotel centrally located to all parks. Shuttle buses right outside to take you to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure as well as City Walk. Short Uber trip to Disney parks or if you prefer to drive yourself, there is a convenient Avis rental car right in the main lobby. The pool and lazy ride er looked great we didn't use them because it was a bit chilly for water stuff when we were there.They also have a guest service desk in the main lobby to assist with buying or picking up yo [... read more]ur tickets to the parks including express passes. They really went above and beyond to help us as they couldn't find our park tickets originally. My only complaint would be that I felt a bit nickel and dimmed for everything that would have been just automatically included at a disney resort, an example would be the souvenir mugs, you buy the mug for like $18 US, then an additional $9 US each day to use it. When you are at Disney you buy the same type of mug and refill constantly with no extra cost.

Universal Cabana Bay Beach Resort: Very satisfied

Great room awesome bed and not a noise to be heard from other guests while in our room. The food is priced fairly for a resort and the staff was excellent. We would return to this resort. Close to universal with the shuttles. Too cold for pools so going neutral with 2 stars on that section

Disney Art of Animation Resort: Great place!

The grounds were immaculate. Loved the themeing around each hotel building. Landscape of flavors wasn't bad, but wasn't what I've read on other reviews. Preferred eating elsewhere. The bus system was great, always on time and very little wait time both at the resort or off resort. We stayed in the little mermaid room. It was smaller than expevted, but we rarely spent time in the room. Would definitely upgrade to a family suite next time. I would certainly book there again!

Disney All Star Sports: Good value resort

Rooms okay, need an upgrade. Comfortable, well stocked for the price. Mattress and pillows comfortable. TV okay, sound good, good channel selection. Staff were friendly and dealt efficiently with any concerns. Front desk were exceptional.

Disney All Star Movie: Exactly what it promises

A clean room with a comfortable bed that had plenty of pillows. Perfect for the rest everyone needs after a day of hitting the parks. The food is sub-par but that was expected. Eat at Epcot and other Disney hotels for better options; this is a value hotel that delivers exactly what it promises: clean, functional rooms with great service around the property. I’d stay here again for sure.

Disney Port Orleans: Amazing Resort

The Port Orleans French Quarter was a great place to stay. All the people who worked there were so helpful and answered all our questions about the resort, transportation and Disney World. Our granddaughter is 5 and has food limitations (gluten free). The chefs would personally prepare her food ensuring there would be no cross-contamination. The choices available to her were phenomenal. The food choices for the adults were amazing - it was hard to decide what to order as the choices were all fa [... read more]bulous. The resort is a short bus ride to Disney World and the drivers were so accommodating to two of us using scooters. The same goes for the short ferry ride to Disney Springs - no problem taking the scooters on.

Coco Key Hotel & Water Park: Great place for families

Stayed at the coco key hotel and waterpark for 3 days with our 4 and 3 year olds. Overall we had a great time and the kids loved the waterpark, especially the waterslides! Even the regular pool was heated and very clean. This is a clean hotel and very close to many fun activities Orlando has to offer. We would definitely stay here again.

Sonesta ES Suites Orlando International Drive: Good Hotel

Hotel was good. Rooms were spacious with a kitchenette. Decor could use a little refreshing. Pool area was great. Water was warm even when weather wasn’t. Lots of outdoor space to lounge around. Casual bar onsite both inside and poolside. Great location!!

Mystic Dunes Resort & Golf Club: Great vacation location

Truly enjoyed the cleanliness and spaciousness of 2 bed suite and kitchen.Loved being so close to lagoon pool. Lots of activities if you want with no cost or to cover materials. Great location for easy access to Disney as well.

Rosen Inn Lake Buena Vista: Solid 3 Star

Good no frills hotel for our purpose; a place to sleep after full days at the Disney Parks. Free shuttles to Disney and other theme parks. Ask for a room overlooking the parking lot as they are much quieter than those at the front.

Comfort Suites Maingate East Kissimmee: Awesome resort

Great hotel with tons of amenities and close to local activities. The staff were friendly and helpful. A good hot morning breakfast. Staff went out of their way to assist you. Would stay there again and definetly refer people to this resort! Really enjoyed

Sheraton Vistana Resort: Great location and suite

Only 15 minute Uber to Universal. Very roomy two bedroom suite with everything but the food supplied in the kitchen. Two reat pools close to our suite. Had a great option to skip housekeeping and instead get a breakfast buffet voucher for two for each night without housekeeping. Asked for two vouchers dated the same so our family of 4 could eat together. Otherwise buffet was overpriced for what you get. Easier to just get a breakfast sandwich from the Marketplace or better yet buy groceries [... read more] and eat in your room. When your at the grocery store get liquid dish soap and laundry soap as they only supply dishwasher detergent.

Rosen Inn Lake Buena Vista: Beautiful and Amazing Resort

This hotel is wonderful. The grounds are beautiful, the rooms are very clean and comfortable. Staff is very helpful. Breakfast buffet was delicious. The one thing that needs to improve is the shuttle service. Shuttles are run down and there needs to be more times for pickups at the hotel and at Disney. But other than that we had a fantastic time and will return in the future.

Tuscana Resort: Great family trip

We had an amazing time in Orlando and loved the resort. Very clean & quiet. The only thing i would complain about would be the cleaning fee ($67 USD) ALSO on our last night at the resort, when we exited the elevator there was a large raccoon sitting on the floor (4th FL #2 building) it was frightening as it caught us off guard and had to run back to the elevator get off on the third floor and go around to the other stairs to get to our room.

Disney All Star Sports: The resort was ok

Was good everyone was nice. There was incidents that made me feel uneasy my room was left open by house keeping so after that didn’t allow them back in my room which isn’t fair to me not to have my room clean. Also I had front desk book me a shuttle to go to universal studios the day came no shuttle when they checked they said it’s only 24hrs before we booked 2 days before. Then I still ended up paying for my shuttle after having to wait 2hrs for it after they made mistake. Then I made res [... read more]ervations for dinner at one if there nice restaurants it was suppose to be are nice honeymoon dinner my wife’s dinner came mine took 15min later spoke to manager gave me a terrible excuse about how the kitchens didn’t talk to each other. When I got the bill they didn’t do anything for me. So I wouldn’t go to sports again unless I was with kid and if I found my room open again I’d call cops instead of talking to them again. Also would never book reservations at that restaurant ever again

Hard Rock Hotel at Universal: Fantastic trip

At the Hard Rock Hotel the grounds, pool, water taxi, the room and restaurant, entertainment was fantastic. We would go there again and again. Our trip was the first week in oct and the weather was perfect for enjoying the outdoor pool until 11:00 pm. Parks were not crowded. visited 2 parks, had the park to park access including the express passes which we never had to wait in line for a ride. Animal shows,parades and photos with characters were exciting . Our favourite was Harry Potter Worl [... read more]d and the train ride that we used to travel from park to park... we felt like we were in the Harry Potter movies taking that triain was thrillling every time. We want to go back :o)

Ramada Gateway Hotel Kissimmee: More than expected

I was frightened when I realized that we would be staying in the motel part of the hotel. Truth be told, it was cleaned thoroughly everyday. The décor is a bit dated but for the price that didn't matter much. We had a beautiful view of the pool and courtyard, which all but 1 night was quiet. The desk was courteous and quick. Very close to Walmart, restaurants, drug stores and of course Disney parks! For the price we paid, couldn't have asked for anything more! The 2 negative things that I could say are: The front end fail to answer their telephones in the evening/night. Attempting to order room service was disastrous as we waited 15 minutes to get through and then sat on hold for 30 minutes with no one taking our order. It was not super busy so don't offer the service if you cant deliver.
