Park MGM Las Vegas: Great New Year's vacation
We have just returned from a fantastic four-day stay in Las Vegas we stayed at the Monte Carlo hotel. I will say that the staff at the hotel were exceptionally friendly and very helpful. THe hotel and casino are nicely laid out it does have a more quiet vibe to it however that was great for myself and husband. I will say that the hotel is a little bit dated but I do understand that they are under renovations. The only disappointing thing was there was no fridge or coffee maker in the room other [... read more]
Golden Nugget: Wonderful time
The hotel staff was very nice. The food was great. The location was spectacular, right on Freemont St and not too far from the Vegas strip. Our room was a good size and everything was very clean. I would stay there again.
Excalibur: Nice resort for the price
The rooms are older but clean and so is the whole resort. When it's priced as the lowest strip option.... it's completely worth the money. I wouldn't be staying here if it was priced comparable to a treasure island, linq, and so on.
Aria Resort: Amazing hotel
The hotel was quiet and clean. Restaurants were delicious and well priced. Didn't get to try the pools as they are outdoor pools (although heated) and it was too cold outside. Everything was absolutely perfect! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to go to Vegas.
Flamingo Las Vegas: Great Christmas Vacation
Spent 4 days here over christmas. We had 3 rooms booked, 1 room was not ready at 10 PM at night but only took about 10 mins to get another room. Line up were very long checking in and out. We never got near the buffet do to long lineup. The hotel overall was good. Room service was fast, but expensive. Great location for the High Roller Ball, Caesars Palace and Belligao Hotels.
Clearwater Beach Marriott: Very nice
The photo is not of the hotel I stayed at. I was at Marriott Suites-Sand Key. Suite was very nice, overlooking pool area. Housekeeping staff were excellent, very friendly, couldn't do enough for me. The grounds & pool area were immaculate. Restaurant a bit pricey, pool food had a surcharge tacked on. Very good location, an easy drive from airport. Hotel under going some renovations, nothing really to disrupt my holiday. Sunrises spectacular!!! My suite was newly renovated, had a great [... read more]
Park MGM Las Vegas: Be aware
We booked the Monte Carlo as the rates were a bit cheaper and the hotel is decently located on the strip. Upon arrival I was disappointed to see the rooms are very dated and in need of TLC. I was also disappointed to see there are ZERO amenities in the room besides a TV. No clock, no refrigerator and no coffee maker. It became evident that this is probably the case in all resort hotels. To force you to spend more $$ in the restaurants and cafe's. The rooms at a Comfort Inn or Red Roof are nicer. [... read more]
Park MGM Las Vegas: Spa Very Disappointing!!!
Spa overcharged 5 people same day 3x and all who called were told no it's Visa or Mastercard's fault. Regardless that the spa on the day of visit stated they were having problems that day and saw them swipe cards multiple times and we would have to pay after the visit and assured us all was fixed only 1 charge went through. To go home and find overcharges into the thousands, a few days before Christmas trying to resolve which it is still not resolved is quite disturbing. This was not a "c [... read more]
Marriott Biscayne Bay: Not good
we booked a package that included a car and the insurance and hotel parking was extra and that was not included in our budget. the hotel looked nice but the room was not ready when we arrived and we did not have TV and internet in our room. we were moved to another room. there was also an incident that we ordered room service and there was a seven eleven pizza box for twenty five dollars. we complained because we got sick from the pizza and overall it was not a relaxing stay.
Horseshoe Las Vegas: Awesome Resort
I love Ballys, the hotel, restaurant and access to Paris is just amazing and also close to other hotels. We always eat breakfast at "Nosh" no complain with the food but some lady cashiers have a strong personality. They should be at least cordial, they showed their emotions if the the customer couldn't order as fast as they could and another cashier with a loud voice. I did not experience it but I saw and heard as I was just waiting for our orders (my husband and son). Overall it's excellent.
Park MGM Las Vegas: So so
The hotel is dated and service is so so. Location is good on the strip but exterior looks well .inside of rooms are not in good shape.service is also so do. The front desk at the lobby is very slow. So use auto check in and out or wait long time.
MGM Grand: Great Place to stay!!
Check in was very easy, although I don't think charging a resort fee at this time of year is justified. Some stuff is drastically over priced. The pizza place located in the underground part of the hotel is a great value and the pizza is very tasty. Can honestly say Vegas is over rated. Can cross it off my bucket list and chances are I will probably never go again. Be prepared to spend your money as everything is priced very high.
Paris Las Vegas: Good experience but BAD communication and BAD customer service!!!!
We stayed at the Paris hotel in Las Vegas. We were very please with our third party (trip central) on how they offer and organize their website. The Paris is a beautiful hotel and very well kept. Ive been to Paris and it was almost like we were back there! The rooms were very very nice and great views! What we did find wrong was the communication. We were charged on check out for hotel fees ($35 american PER DAY). The fees aren't the issue. We were told to use the wi-fi you need to pay these fee [... read more]
The Venetian Resort: Great Resort
It's a third time we were staying in this hotel. We've stayed in other hotels in Vegas but but Venetian in our favorit. The room/suit it's pretty specious and between your plans and schedule it's has enough room to sit and relax. Also, resort has so many great restaurant for any taste and budget. We defiantly will stay there again.
The Signature at MGM: decent trip
Hotel was alright. To be honest, I thought the hotel would be fancier given the star rating and price. I guess thats what you pay for for a kitchen. There was no oven. Overall the trip was still enjoyable.
Paris Las Vegas: A beautiful hotel
The Paris hotel was absolutely beautiful. It is centrally located on the strip, right across the street from the Ballagio and in walking distance of several other hotels. We loved that there was a small pharmacy/variety store right beside the hotel for bottled water, quick snacks and alcohol. The room was clean and although simplistic, had comfortable beds, clean bathroom with pretty nice shower and large screen tv. The restaraunt choices within this hotel were extensive and the daily food vouc [... read more]
Treasure Island: Middle range hotel
The beds were good and the room was a bit smokey. We sandwiched a $20.00 bill between documents and asked if upgrades were available. Got upgraded to the VIP floor which was newly renovated but noisey because of the service elevator which ran constantly. Staff were efficient and good natured. On the last day, had problems with the shower. The water flow stopped and started and the plumbing made loud noises. The restaurants were expensive. Be prepared to spend 13-17 dollars for an egg breakfas [... read more]
MGM Grand: Good Experience
Good location, close to airport and amenities. Almost in centre of step. Spacious rooms with good facilities. View from room was astonishing. Amazing pool with lazy river but timings are very limited.
Harrahs: Harrah's Las Vegas
Stayed at Harrah's Las Vegas from Dec10th to Dec13. We've stayed there several times before. Good location on the strip and it has been completely renovated and updated a year ago. It passed the acid test with check-in only taking about 10 minutes. Service was excellent and the rooms were spacious, clean and everything worked. Only downside was resort fees when we don't use resort facilities. Can't get away from that as every hotel charges them. Not a shortcoming of the Hotel, just one of m [... read more]
Caesars Palace: Vegas Weekend
The Caesars hotel is very large and has several amenity's. There are several restaurant choices, although many of them are extremely expensive. We had Sunday morning breakfast at the American restaurant in the casino which consisted of a bagel and cream cheese and sausage and my wife had an omelette, bacon and home fries and the bill was $75. The value on the strip for your dollar doesn't go very far.
