The Pyramid Cancun: Love grand oasis!

Had an amazing 9 days at the grand oasis pyramid for the second time this year. All of the staff are so friendly, Pua and Zairy the MCs are amazing people they will go out of their way to help when none was needed and they were also very good entertainers. The rooms were clean and bar fridge was always filled daily. Over 20 restaurants to choose from, We had black bands and got to use le fc CD Buffett and makitaco which all had very good food.

Secrets Playa Mujeres: Unbelievable resort!!

The resort met above our expectations! The checking in was very fast for the first time ever of us travelling our room was ready right away ! As soon as we got out of her shadow someone greeted us with a hot towel champagne. It was a very fancy resort however they’re also was a lot of activity great night life but plenty of room to just relax if that’s what you wanted . The food was unbelievable of course ! The only negative thing I would have to say and this is just me nitpicking is some of the restaurants would take a long time and the portions were very small. The beach wasn’t the nicest we’ve been to . But other than that no complaints the staff were amazing as per expected. Especially “Tomas” and “Sophia”. Thank you !!

Maya Caribe Cancun: Amazing resort, friendly staff - Repeat Guest!!

I stayed at the Barcelo Maya on 2 occassions (my honeymoon and a mother/daughter trip). Once at the Colonial and once at the Caribe. Both times we booked with Trip Central and the absolutely fantastic Karol Chareza (Agent in Burlington ON). We had such an amazing time on our honeymoon (in 2016), that I convinced my mum and friends to go back. The resort is clean, walkable, and safe (important for a group of 4 women!!). The nightly entertainment is always fun, and well put together. The staff is very friendly, and when you have a problem they are quick to solve it (had a leaky pipe in our room on our honeymoon, they sent someone out to fix it within 10 minutes). As with any hotel, you get what you pay for, and I can say that our room at the Colonial was bigger and a better location than our rooms at the Caribe, but again, we paid more for the better room. Our rooms in each resort were large, clean, well appointed and very convenient for getting to both the beach and the main lobby. I 100% would recommend this resort to anyone, families, couples, friends groups. In fact, the girls and I are planning to go a THIRD time in February 2019 (hopefully booked through Karol again!!)!!

Finest Playa Mujeres by Excellence Group: Incredible resort

The finest is truly an amazing resort in all aspects. The cleanliness, politeness of the staff, and service was fantastic. There was a bit of seaweed on the beach but the staff did their best to remove what they could, and it did not negatively impact our stay.

Royalton CHIC Cancun: Great family vacation!

This was our first trip as a family to an all inclusive. We had a swim out in the splash pad section. There were so many activities for the kids to do andchanged daily. The kids club staff were excellent. There were lots of options of restaurants and the buffet always had lots to choose from as well. Every night there were different entertainment at the outdoor theatre. My husband enjoyed the gym which was amazing and had all the equipment you could dream of. The only negative thing I could say is that if you are looking for a beach resort, this isn’t it. The beach had tons of seaweed. There were always workers out trying to clean it up but unfortunately it’s just nature. We were content at the pools. Rooms were lovely and the beds were comfortable. Overall loved this resort and would recommend it to families.

Hyatt Zilara Cancun: Spectacular Resport

This hotel met all my expectations. From the staff to the food and the grounds. The staff were so friendly and professional. Our room was cleaned and stocked twice a day. They offered 24h service and this was a plus for those late night munchies. The grounds and the beach was well maintained. If you are looking for an adult only and luxorious resort, Hyatt Zilara is the place to stay!

Iberostar Selection Cancun: Blissfull trip

My boyfriend and I took a holiday to Iberostar this September. I don't think words can describe how perfect our vacation was. From booking the flight, to going and coming home every single part was smooth. Nothing about the people or the place deserves a bad review. I suggest booking with Marlena Bielak. She made the process easier than expected. The food was amazing, the staff was accommodating and fun. This trip was worth every penny. The price is well worth it for the vacation you will have.

Temptation Resort & Spa: Five Stars 95%

We agree with all the good reviews. Fun and relaxed and a safe resort. Any one a bit relaxed about the topless ladies and you will enjoy. (makes us wonder how folks can allow their kids to play with guns, violent games, murder and killing on TV or movies but get all neurotic if their kids see a naked boob. Go figure our modern society). After a couple hours, the topless gals look like sweet natural woodland nymphs to me. The sexy ones are sexy WITH their tops on or off and the same for less beau [... read more]tiful ones. Who cares? Not a swingers place at all unless you are one already i.e. they seem to come in their own groups (you can hardly tell, they are just normal people really). Just folks wanting to be bit sexy, party a bit and have fun. Food, Service and Cleanliness is for sure 5 Stars. Economy rooms are very good, but 4 stars in size. However you can upgrade rooms as your pocket book allows for 5 star room. Evening parties are fun, entertainers are excellent, it is just adult risqué but not more than the average on TV or movies really.

Paradisus Cancun: Amazing resort

Hotel was very well kept. Food was amazing. Service was exceptional. I would definately return to this property in cancun and visit other paradisus properties. The beach had a lot of seaweed which was the only downfall

Moon Palace Cancun: Relaxing vacation

We spent a week , Aug 17th to 24th in Moon Palace Cancun. It is very nice resort and service there is excellent. There was a little hiccup getting there. First our flight was delayed for an hour which happened also on the way home a week later because the flight from Toronto was delayed again.Not sure why but it seems the same flight Air Transat TS550 is delayed every Friday. When we got to Cancun the Air Transat agents at the airport told our driver that we are at Sunrise part of Moon Palace.  [... read more]But when we got there it turns out we were supposed to be at Nizuk. Regardless, the welcome by the stuff was just amazing and very quickly they transferred us to right section , check in was quick and we had a very nice room at great location close to all amenities. We also had extra roll- away bed in the room as we requested.We had scheduled meeting next day with Air Transat agent with all info and time of pick up on the day of departure but he was an hour late, since the agents desk was in Sunrise section of hotel not where we were staying, it was kind of waste of time to go back and fort for that meeting and kind of lost half of the day. He apologized and said he had meeting with other client at different place , so why did they schedule him to be at 2 different places at the same time? Like I said the resort is very nice, clean and service is very good from Bellboys,serving staff in restaurants, waiters by the pool,towel lady, entertaining staff etc. The only little disappointment we had was that we could not swim in the ocean. It is so polluted by seaweed that is inaccessible. We understand that is not hotels fault , it's the mother nature, but still it would be nice to be able to spend some time on the beach as well.Therefore the pools are just overcrowded and everyone reserves their loungers with towels very early in the morning. Another bit disappointment we had was a food. The buffet is quite small and did not have very much selection and La carte restaurants lack at tasty food. We were not hungry but just expected a bit more from that kind of resort. We vacationed in lower star rating resorts before in Riviera Maya and must say the selection and quality of food was much better. For example the Brazilian stake house in Moon Palace had that feel of service but meat was over seasoned and overcooked.Also we were under impression there are so many restaurants available but we quickly realized that was not the case. There were couple of Buffet in two sections of resort we were allowed to go, and abut 4 la carte but meals in la carte were just not that exciting. Also we had quickly learned that we need to go for dinner quite early,if we went later the lineups and wait for restaurants was just to long.I guess the good thing was there are no reservation required for restaurant's except the teppanyaki dinner at Momo, oriental La carte. I have to say that was actually the biggest disappointment. It was not easy to get reservation for teppanyaki dinner for the time we wanted so, when we got to restaurant and our group for the teppanyaki table was seated we had to wait almost and hour for chef to arrive and start cooking.All the tables around us who have been seated at the same time had almost finished dinner and we didn't even have a chef. The restaurant manager came after almost 45 min waiting, to apologize there was a mix up in the kitchen. When chef eventually arrived he cooked up dinner quite quickly and that was it.Just compering the experience in other resorts the teppanyaki dinner was much more fun with chef being more entertaining, it was a show and the dinner with guests engaged in entertainment etc.I had the resort app on my phone and got the message to review how is our stay so far. I have commented on situation with teppanyaki dinner but had no response. Over all it was nice to get way with family and we did have relaxing vacation apart the Air Transat being a little disorganized and a small things I have mentioned. I must mention the tripcentral.ca agent Jack was pleasure to deal with from the day we booked vacation with all information he has given us by word and email's and trying to accommodate our requests for centrally located room, roll-away bed to following up with us after we came back.

Finest Playa Mujeres by Excellence Group: Amazing Resort & Amazing Service

The resort was more than we thought it would be... the resort name could not be anymore accurate... EXCELLENCE! I was so impressed that we are going back in October for 10 days. I am really at a loss about any negative items. I guess if I had to pick one it would be the size of the elevators, they are small. The food was delicious, the servers were polite and very happy to meet and of your needs, even making some changes to your menus choices. The bed was very comfortable not too hard and not to soft. If you did not like the pillow you could order one that fits your needs from the pillow menu which range from flat to soft with various materials down, foam etc. There was a steamer in the room so no ironing, someone was thinking there. Room service was fast and the food was hot upon arrival. The resort was very clean, we saw no bugs what so ever. There were no ants or any other type of insect.

Occidental Tucancun: not so good

We were unlucky to get room with no balcony overlooking back of shopping mall and with noise from ventilation fans 24 hours a day. But room itself was very clean and comfortable. Again our luck, beach was covered with seagrass nobody cleaned and we were "forced" to use pools. Adult pool is just nice. Restaurants are nice and staff is very friendly (except one waiter who served a potato fries for his "friends" and there were not for others). Food was very good and tastefull and best part of it is [... read more] Italian restaurant. Night entertainment was professional especially Mexican night, only they expect you speak Spanish. All in all not bad but also not so good. For that kind of money we could have more.

Excellence Playa Mujeres: Amazing experience in Cancun

This was our first time staying at this resort and everything was fantastic! The grounds were massive and the rooms were luxurious and clean. Food is great for the most part and the drinks were all premium nothing was watered down (definitely ask for the top shelf liquor). There was nightly entertainment and endless things to do. They do have a pretty strict dress code for the restaurants so be prepared. Service was great everybody working there were so nice and friendly. Grand Oasis Cancun: Nice Resort but water problems

On the first day I got heat stroke and they made it difficult to get clean water. They would resist giving you bottled water and most of the bars had water that tasted funny. Make SURE they are restocking your fridge with water. Many workers dont understand English, so brush up on spanish before you go. This place was the wildest party ever though!!

Finest Playa Mujeres by Excellence Group: Super Deluxe Resort

Clean, tidy, amazing staff, great service, great activities, excellent spread of food & beverages, only thing missing was a first aid kit on site, great resort for couples and families, we visited for 7 nights from 19 august to 26 august, weather was hot and muggy but the pools kept us cool

Moon Palace Cancun: Actually quite impressed

The service staff were always prepared to say "YES" to any of our requests. We had one misleading experience with the commissioned 3rd party company selling the excursions. The table side sushi service at the Japanese restaurant could have been explained more clearly... sushi dinners did not require reservations. They could have used a bit more seafood... Pier 8 was shut down. Housekeeping staff and our pool side servers were the best. Good bang for the buck taking in the use of the other two ho [... read more]tels. Guadalupe was our pool side server and she was on the ball the whole time we were there... excellent service and a great attitude.

Dreams Sands Cancun Resort and Spa: Memorable vacation

Hotel is old but clean...it makes up with the excellent service, beautiful beach area, delicious amazing restaurants Staff is so friendly and attentive ....they made our stay a memorable one........

Iberostar Selection Cancun: Beautiful Resort

We spent a week in late August in this resort. It's a very good size, not so huge that you need to walk 5-10 min to get from your room to the pools and not so small and cramped. Everything is very accessible. Staff are extremely friendly and professional. Food at the buffet restaurant is very good but can be a little more flavorful. They are constantly cleaning and maintaining the resort. Beach is very close and no shortage of chairs. There are some pool activities everyday. Public transportatio [... read more]n(bus) stops in front of the resort and takes you to the shopping center in 10-15 min. fare is $1.00 US. If you have Mexican Pesos is less. Buses are very frequent and safe. I recommend you to go to the mall in evening because it's an outdoor center and gets really hot in day time. They are open till 10:00 PM.All and all, I highly recommend this resort.
