Crown Paradise Club Cancun: Amazing Family Resort!!!

My son and I loved this resort!!! It’s super kid friendly and we met up there with Mexican family and they loved it too!!! We would all meet there again!!! The food was really accessible and tasty! The staff was lovely!! We gave our maid a few Canadian treats and she went above and beyond for us!!!! So a special thank you to our maid , Ana Luisa!!!!

Moon Palace The Grand Cancun: Amazing Resort

Everything is special at grand and it is love at first sight! I was looking for a beach vacation after 2 years and that was very disappointing and no one mentioned anything at Trip Central about the beach! That was heart breaking and disgusting with those sea weeds and the smell.

Excellence Playa Mujeres: Great Resort

Food was great lots of varieties amazing setups amazing activities this resort really keeps u busy all throughout day and night we loved the experience amazing scenery and great service highly recommended

Riu Palace Las Americas: Meh

I had a good time with my family because we tried to make the best of it but overall the service wasn’t the greatest, the entertainment staff were rude and most of the time the staff wouldn’t even speak to us when we wouldn’t tip them it was almost as if it was expected for us to tip every time. They were not professional. Only had a good time when we would leave the resort and go to the downtown area

Sunscape Cancun Resort and Spa: Vey good resort

excellent service. Clean rooms. good food. many activities. perfect location. very good for family and kids. many family night activities. 24 hours service. a wide variety of food. fresh cook even at open buffet restaurants.

Hyatt Zilara Cancun: Great Resort but....

What was great: The hotel is beautiful. The staff were awesome - very welcoming and obviously trained in both hospitality and diplomacy. What was horrible: Food safety was brutal. We went to the buffet and staff were handling raw meat and cooked product and other items with the same tongs cross contaminating everything with the bloody tongs!! Not cool. I complained about this to a manager who agreed with me but no corrective action followed. Sigh. Additionally, the ice cream scoop we [... read more]ll was turned off allowing bacteria to culture on the standing water. I turned on the small tap and the same manager I spoke to earlier turned the tap off!! Ugh This is just what I witnessed as a guest. Turned me right off eating there. I can only imagine what goes on in he kitchen. Yikes! The Unfortunate: The beach was all seaweed and not suitable for swimming. The Awesome: Large sea turtles can be witnessed at night laying eggs. The turtle tracks in the sand were beautiful too. The eggs are gathered and stored safely until they hatch. Unless the food safety standards are upgraded l would unfortunately, NOT recommend the Hyatt Zilara. Too bad, it really is lovely otherwise.

Excellence Playa Mujeres: Incredible Experience

Everything about this resort is perfection. The grounds are stunning and always being maintained. The attention to detail is unsurpassed. The service is fantastic and the staff is extremely attentive. Delicious food and a gorgeous beach. Going Back!

Grand Oasis Cancun: Amazing resort

Beautiful resort, clean, amazing food and great and friendly service. Wonderful gardens and vegetation. Pool areas are wonderful, but lot of sea grass on beach. Well maintained resort grounds. Rooms need improvement, especially bathrooms too old (problems with drainage in sink and bathtub, shower head sprayed water outside tub), no privacy with semitransparent glass windows from bathroom to bedroom. Overall a wonderful experience and worth recommending.

Riu Dunamar: Amazing resort

Everything at this resort was perfect. The only one bad experience we had was:From aeroport to resort by sunwing van transportation we forget our bag . We noticed later after check in.Reported right way to reprezantantive sun wing. Driver Jose wasnt honest told didnt find anything. Emailed back to sunwing no response.

Riu Dunamar: Amazing Place

The hotel, the beach and everything was beautiful Me and my friends had a great time and the water was fantastic 👍😁 We did not try the restaurants man have to be with long pants, but was not big deal because the food was very good I will go again

Melody Maker Cancun: Not a resort for entertainment

The hotel itself was nice but the problem I have is I see they are in the process of renovations. I asked the agent about this before we booked because we looked online and they said they experienced the same thing and the agent told me there was no indication of renovations. So everyday after 10 we would he loud noises that would wake us with the banging because they put our room right next to we’re the Reno was. You can order room service and pay $5 each time after already paying so much for and all inclusive resort you are expected to pay for that on top of it but the room was amazing clean newly renovated and the pool was nice the beach had a lot of alge though.

The hotel was nice. Very good looking for the eyes. The food is not bad but its always the same thing. I had difficulty to sleep because of all the noises. The rooms were clean. I dont understNd why people bring children there.

Great for partying but that’s about it. Rooms actually pretty decent but staff, and food not great. Not English friendly and most staff seemed pissed to be there. Been to other resorts in Mexico that were light years better. But if you want to go with a bunch of guys and party and meet ppl it’s the place

Emporio Cancun: mediocre resourt, better off in larger chain

Hotel was not really 4 star. It only had 1 restaurant and 1 buffet that looked more like a snack bar. Airtransat transit for return flight was 3 hours before the flight and hotel refused to help with food in the morning because buffet opened up at 7 and we were leaving at 6:35. They tried to hussle us into going to their store and buying sandwiches even though we had all inclusive, refused to give us food to go when we came to restaurant a night before the flight. We even spoke to manager of [... read more] the buffet who explained to us that ALL-YOU-CAN-EAT is only in the restaurant. this is a first time i had experiences something stupid like that in ALL INCLUSIVE hotel. Drinks were ok, but selection was not comparable to say Bahia Principe or Secrets chains that we normally go to. Forget about fresh fruit smoothies with alcohol. Only standart stuff you find in any bar. Another major issue why i am leaving such low review was constant renovation. We have kids and we specifically went to the hotel because it has small kids swimmingpool for kids with slides. But they were making renovations all week and that included: building stairs from cement (i especially enjoyed breathing that stuff), welding out in the open (mere meter from the kids pool putting my kids sight at risk), making pergola type structure out of wood with wood shavings all over the floor and then of cause covering wood with sealeant that stunk like crazy chemicals. In room AC was super noisy and beds mediocre. On contrary to our requests to get our room clean in the morning, very often when we got back from beach at 2-3pm it was still not cleaned and we could not have nap with kids. On a good note, they had nearly empty beach with nice comfortable beds because hotel was full of drunk kids and they were sleeping all day and good selection of food from menu from waiters on the beach and around the pool. Also, special thanks to italian restaurant that was absolutely phenominal. If they had 2-3 restaurants like that and we could eat there more then once a day, i would give hotel higher rating.

Sandos Cancun: Unique, amazing resort

The resort is was very beautifully maintained and our rooms were very comfortable and roomy. The food was great. We especially liked the Tempanyaki and the Steak and fish restaurants. There were a lot of different activities to do...Biking, denote swim and snorkel, water slides, and nightly shows. We were close to Playa del Carmen. Great family vacation!!

Love this Hotel and will def going back!!!! Had lots of fun and the food was amazing! Lots of entertainment for kids and adults! Crown Paradise is the Best

Temptation Resort & Spa: Fun place to stay

We stayed for 7 nights and had a blast. The Food and service was very good and I would definitely go back soon. Pool water was very warm and not refreshing in the afternoon. All restaurants were great.

All aspects of this resort is an A+. Only issue was that the beach was not usable due to seaweed. I know its out of anyone’s control. I appreciate the fact that resort had construction machines cleaning the seaweed 12 hours a day.
