Sunscape Dorado Pacifico: Pacifico Dorado

We were on the 19th floor with a beautiful ocean view. The room was clean and comfortable and staff were very helpful and friendly. Food was goid. We enjoyed our trip there and would go back. This was our first time at this resort.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Amazing golf course

The hotel it self was very nice it could have used a fresh paint job inside and out in the area we were ! The grounds were very nice the food was great the service was great our room had two twin beds put together which wasn't pleasant .

Friendly Fun Vallarta: Above and beyond

We just spent another fabulous at Friendly Vallarta, our fourth stay with these wonderful people. The staff at Friendly are second to none and can't seem to do enough for you to make your stay enjoyable. What was really noticeable was that it was the same staff year after year. It is not uncommon to have employees here who have been here for 20 plus years. Tells you how happy they are in their jobs! Barcelo Huatulco: Mexico's Hidden Jewel

Hotel Just a nice size, not too big. Noticed Barcelo a great Family Resort Rooms All updated and very clean. Modern bathrooms, toiletries & hairdryers available along with ironing boards and irons. Stocked bar fridges in room with water, soft drinks and beer and peanuts. Beds usually 2 queens in a room and very comfortable!! Staff Excellent! Go out of their way to please you. Excursions available at a price or take a cab into town. 40 peco's for 4 of us to share a cab. $1 U.S. = 15 peco's I coke = 8 peco's. Very safe to take a cab and walk around town. Pool bar, adult pool and children's pool. Kept ver clean. Beach, steps away from hotel on site. Long beautiful beach. Just watch for under tow. You can't beat this place for the money! Excellence Riviera Cancun: Excellence it is!

So much more relaxed than a family resort. All a la carte restaurants very good (no reservations necessary). House wines good quality Chilean, with a decent list of extra-priced wines. All bars serve premium brands by default. Entertainment geared to adults and mostly very good. Rooms very nice and well maintained. Wi-Fi free but a bit spotty. Swim-up suite worth the extra cost. Riu Palace Peninsula: Beautiful Resort

The buildings, grounds and rooms were immaculate and staff was always cleaning. The wait staff were always helpful and quick to respond to your needs. Food was excellent, could have been a little hotter at times. The pool side chairs seemed to book up fairly quick, all taken by 10am or so, I think because it was cooler the week we went and the beach wasn't overly busy because of the cool breeze. Beach although beautiful was a little rocky and shared frontage with neighbouring Riu.

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Akumal 25

We found the hotel/resort(s) to be very well looked after. The staff were very nice. We have already recommended Bahia Principe Akumal to people looking for nice resort with great food, great drinks and great atmosphere. We went to all for resorts on the property which was a fun thing to do.

Riu Emerald Bay: Solid 4 Star Resort

I travelled with friends in January. The resort was very clean and the staff quite friendly. The room was spacious enough and the air conditioning worked very well. The water temperature and pressure in the shower fluctuated from time to time. The beds were hard but normal for an all inclusive resort. The mini bar was restocked every other day. The food in the buffets were mostly great with good selection. The Asian restaurant was not my favourite as the sushi wasn't good and full of cream cheese. The same sushi could be found in the dinner buffet. The fried, more Chinese food, at the Asian restaurant was good. The Mexican restaurant could have used some music. It was very quiet. The tortilla soup and fajitas were pretty good. The beach was beautiful but could be a bit rough. The vendors are on you as soon as you cross over but listen when you say no thank you. The adult pool was the warmest pool but also the loudest. There was one pool that was too cold for me to stay in for longer than a couple minutes. There are bar carts that go around and some drink service on the beach. You do have to get up and go to the bbq or restaurant for food during the day. On the weekends, there are a lot more Mexicans who vacation at the resort. Some people seemed annoyed. I found the people added a lot more fun to the otherwise empty disco. Overall, this is a great resort that I would visit again.

Hotel Irma Zihuatanejo: Beautiful, quiet hotel with amazing views!

Hotel Irma is a beautiful Mexican style hotel perched on a cliff overlooking the bay. Incredibly clean throughout the whole resort and the staff are wonderful! This is the place for a relaxing, quiet vacation(bar and restaurant close at 10pm). Close to downtown area and marina and many great restaurants. We will definitely return!

Las Brisas Huatulco: Very Large Resort On A Hill.

Las Brisas Huatulco is a large vibrant resort. The grounds are just beautiful with Mexican cactus of all different kinds. This resort is so large and steep that you must take a trolley car to your room or anywhere. You phone for a trolley to pick you up for anywhere you want to go. Trolleys are very plentiful. You must make sure you have a beach bag to put everything in that you will need for the day. The trolley drivers where amazing as they maneuvered all around the little roads throughout the resort. All the restaurants are very clean and well organized. Every staff we had contact with were very friendly and accommodating. We ate at 4 of the 5 specialty dinner restaurants. They were good but could use a little spices and be more generous with the wine. My favorite meals were breakfast at the Mexican Restaurant. This restaurant is right by the beach and the food was great. All the beaches are really awesome. The water is warm and the waves were fun. We had beach bartenders that kept us happy all day. Shout out to Martin our favorite beach bartender. He worked so hard and fast for everyone-really nice guy. All the bartenders were great. We snorkelled and swam everyday. Our room was really nice and comfortable. We had a little porch to sit on sometimes but did not spend a lot of time in our room. We went into the town that is about a 10 minute drive away. Very nice if you want to buy souvenirs The entertainment was Mexican music with a few singers. People had a lot of fun dancing in the open square next to the large bar and pools The weather was beautiful everyday. We were told it rains only 5 times per year. It rained just a little bit on our last night. I couldn't believe it. It did not stop any of the evening fun. We had a nice time on this vacation and would recommend it to anyone who does not have any mobility problems. There are a lot of stairs everywhere.

Azul Ixtapa Resort: A Mexican jewel

We really enjoyed our time at the Azul Ixtapa. Amazing ocean view from almost every room. Excellent service. Delicious food at the al a cart restaurants. Evening entertainment was good - the dancers are very professional.

Dreams Puerto Morelos Resort and Spa: Good hotel

There could be work in up grading the hotel and rooms.. It's seems it has been let good.. ie. roof leaking on the big stair case.. Lobby furniture dirty.. Unable to take food put in disp. Dishes to beach in the am from buffet am meal...Restaurants all the same.. It's okay but I had better,,

Crown Paradise Club Cancun: Amazing

This hotel was amazing in every way. The staff was friendly the grounds were clean the rooms were clean and the food was fantastic. We have nothing to say bad about this resort but to recommend it for a wonderful vacation

Excellence Playa Mujeres: Excellence was amazing!

The food was great.. Washrooms where always clean and well suppled ... Grounds beautiful .. Staff very friendly !lots of bars.. Lots of activities to do... Beaches where always clean and lots of walking to been done in the beaches .. Golf close by

Ocean Coral Riviera Cancun: Nice Vacation

Restaurants = to notch, beach = could be a little more clean, wonderful service, real big lobby especially on a rainy day, super entertainment, Location = you are only an hour or less from excursions etc.

Beautiful resort with very nice grounds. Very polite and hard working crew. Good food even though it could be a bit more variety. Pretty much the same every day, but enough to try something new if you are not trying to eat everything at once:). Not much going on except some of the entertainment, but you always have the option to go to the neighboring resorts or Playa The Carmen if you like night life. Barcelo Huatulco: Very clean and comfortable

Very clean. Staff was amazing, Friendly, looked after your every need. Nice beach, the water was a little rough. They say this is the safest area in Mexico and I believe that. Food was better than some places I've been to.

Grand Palladium Vallarta: very beautiful resort

this resort is very nice. The grounds, pool, beach , food, drinks and staff were great. We enjoyed a very relaxing week there which was the main reason for our trip. Thank you very much for making this happen for us. We would highly recommend this resort.

Dreams Huatulco: Expected more

Arrived at hotel with no problem,had to change room because we had booked a king bed. Staff made the effort. We had booked an ocean view and was disappointed that we paid more, partial views were as good at lower cost. Ended up being transferred to Secrets Huatulco,it is the same chain,we were happier there. Have been to quite a few all inclusives and this was not the top of the list.Staff overall friendly but lacked just a little bit of enthusiasm. I am sure I am not the only one who would like to have the hotels enforce a rule for reserving chairs and controlling unwanted noise coming from guests whose idea of a good time is standing around the bar drinking all day and being loud.We are already booking for September to the resort we feel is the best, but we will not divulge the location, we only recommend it to respectful quiet people.After reading the reviews before booking I think the opinion of many was overrated.

Crown Paradise Golden: Great week!

We got the room we asked for, high floor, king size bed and a great view! Service was amazing from the front desk, the bartenders an the waiters. Weather was great and we went on a couple of excursions. It was a great week of fun and relaxation!
