Riu Dunamar: Riu Dunamar

The Riu NEVER disappoints. The resort was clean, the food was amazing and the staff were phenomenal. Customer service is always 10/10. The only suggestion I would make is regarding the lounge chairs at the pool as many guests will leave their towels to “claim” a chair, however they never actually utilize the chairs, leaving them unoccupied and not allowing other guests to utilize and enjoy the pool space

Grand Palladium Select Costa Mujeres: Beautiful Resort

Our Stay The resort was beautiful from the minute you drove through the gates. The grounds were spotless with every tree trimmed perfectly and a super modern designed lobby. The entire staff treated us fantastic all so friendly . The carts were plentiful to take us around the resort as well it was fun going on the boats to some destinations. The room was spectacular. The beds were very comfortable. All of the restaurants and the buffet had ample selections and the food was great. The beach had the softest white sand the waves were a bit rough some days but a great beach. It was one of the nicest vacations I have ever had. I would recommend that hotel to everyone would love to go back again for two weeks this time. We were a group of 5 and all like to dance and drink and have a good time even though we are older still love having fun.

Planet Hollywood Adult Scene Cancun by Royalton: Nice

Unfortunately there was not much shade or seats in the adult pool area. Restaurants were nice, but you needed to prebook 2 days in advance, some restaurants you couldn’t get a reservation. Having a family section and adults only section was very nice. Staff were very courteous and helpful and most wait staff went out of their way to make your visit memorable.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Never Disappoints

We returned to the Bahía Príncipe Luxury Sian Ka’an for the 6th time and again, we were not disappointed! Sure, the rooms could use an update but they are clean, everything works and have everything we need so what more could we ask for! The staff continue to amaze us in their ability to remember us year after year (with some gaps in there), it just feels like home! Catalonia Royal Tulum: Awesome place for rest and relaxation

I highly recommend this resort for anyone who is looking for a chill and relaxed resort in a tropical jungle like setting with great food and wonderful people who are always go that extra mile for your comfort. The food was great. We loved the food choices as we are both vegetarians, we had no issues as they had quite a variety. The Fives Beach Hotel and Residences Playa Del Carmen: Top Notch Resort

This resort provided excellent service, beautiful rooms and the food was amazing. Staff were very attentive and friendly. The resort is very clean and offers many options for food, drinks and entertainment. The moment we arrived, staff greeted us with fresh face cloths and a welcome drink. Krystal Grand Los Cabos: Great family resort

Staff were amazing but they (hotel) tried very hard to have us upgrade; annoying. Rooms did not get cleaned entire week; we were out of room from 7-4 every day. Mexican restaurant needs English sub titles on menu; disappointed in choices. Room very comfortable, weather spectacular.

Ocean Coral Riviera Cancun: Beautiful resort

Resort was amazing, we had a wonderful and already planning to go again.. The entertainment and activities were alot of fun, and food absolutely delicious. Rooms and grounds were always neat and tidy..highly recommend going to Ocean Coral Turquesa!!

Krystal Grand Nuevo Vallarta: Beautiful resort with a beautiful beach (if you can find a chair)

Sadly, our trip was not the best. From the time of arrival it was disappointing. I had called in previously to ensure we would be able to have a smooth early check in (as we checked out at 2am on our last day there) and I was ensured that we would be able to get our wristbands early without a fee - this was a lie. We had to pay to have them before 12pm. Next issue is that there are not enough amenities for the amount of rooms. Getting a reservation to the a la cart restaurants is nearly impos [... read more]sible. The concierge could care less about being helpful with it and just tell you to keep trying the app. (7 days and couldn’t get a single reservation even though we logged in right when we were told to each and every day) If you have any food intolerance, this will not be the place to go as no one has knowledge of what ingredients are in buffet items. The housekeeping staff were amazing, the bar tenders were a blast, the beach is gorgeous (but finding a chair is also impossible), and the room was comfortable - but unless you plan on living on alcohol your whole trip, I’d suggest you find something with a better food rating.

Tropicana Hotel: I will visit again!

Best location, old school vibes, comfortable, right on Pacific ocean, could not be a better combo than this. Big spacious rooms, working AC & TV, delicious breakfast, courteous staff. I loved it. Thank you so much for making my vacation memorable.

Riu Palace Riviera Maya: Beautiful resort

It would be great to have an adults only resort in Playa Del Carmen. You have so many lovely resorts it would be great to have one just for adults. Far too many small children (screaming at the pool and during dinners). I don’t like to have to babysit other people’s children’s around the pool.

Marival Emotions Resort and Suites Riviera Nayarit: Nice resort

We recently stayed at this resort and had an amazing time. It’s definitely on the smaller side compared to some larger all-inclusives, but honestly, that ended up being one of the things we loved most about it. It’s big enough to keep you busy, but small enough that you can walk from one end to the other easily — especially great when you have kids. The pools were a major highlight. The water slides were perfect for younger kids, especially in the 5–8-year-old range — ours couldn’t get enough! The beach was absolutely beautiful — huge, clean, and perfect for long walks. You could walk for miles along the shoreline, and the beach area never felt crowded. Food was another strong point. We loved how easy it was to just show up at any restaurant without needing a reservation (except for the Italian restaurant). Plus, you can eat at your favorite spots as many times as you want, which we really appreciated. One major highlight was the MaiTai restaurant. Since we booked a suite, we received a coupon to dine there, and it was absolutely amazing — easily the best meal of our trip. Honestly, even if we hadn’t had the coupon, I would have happily paid out of pocket to eat there. It was that good! The rooms were nothing fancy — pretty classic resort style — but they were clean and comfortable. The grounds were beautifully maintained. There were a few downsides to mention. The kids club park wasn’t the best — a bit underwhelming compared to others we’ve experienced. The buffet was also on the smaller side with limited variety, so we found ourselves preferring the restaurants most nights. The resort does offer day passes for locals, so it can get very busy at times, especially around the pools. If you want a chair by the pool, you’ll need to be up early — by 8 or 9 a.m., most spots are already reserved. Lastly, for beer drinkers, one frustrating thing was the limit of four beers per day in the room. If you wanted more, you had to pay extra, which was a little disappointing for an all-inclusive. Overall, though, we had a fantastic trip. The size of the resort, the pools, the beach, the dining options, and the amazing experience at MaiTai made it a really memorable family vacation. We would definitely come back but I would not recommend this resort if you aren’t going on vacation with your kids.

Ocean Riviera Paradise: Best vacation ever

This is our second time at ORP. And we will come back again for sure. Very happy with their services and the food is great. My daughter loves the kids club, we have been to other resorts and she always talks about the kids club here at the Ocean Riviera Paradise. This is her favourite kids club of all the resorts and she loves to spend time with the staff and the babysitters. The only down side of this place is the beach is a little bit rocky. But swimming shoes will help with that.

Grand Decameron Complex Bucerias Trademark: Resort

The resort was clean (rooms) and most areas. Washrooms were a little small size wise. Pools were good perhaps another adult pool or area where some light music playing in the background. Iguanas were a little much. Didn't like the fact that they were in dining areas. Dining: food was ok, nothing to write home about, but always cold unless you asked them to put it on the grill again.

Dreams Tulum Resort and Spa: First time in Mexico

What a great resort. The staff were extra friendly and entertainment was great. Food was amazing. Very clean and manicured property. Beds were extra comfy…..definitely a thumbs up for the bed confines! Definitely recommend this resort!

Moon Palace Cancun: Amazing trip with my kids!

We stayed at the Moon Palace Cancun resort fo 5 days and my kids (13, 24, and 25) were active and entertained the whole time. We had a day trip to Playa del Carmen and another day trip to Xenses and Xplore Fuego which were fantastic, and no trouble with transportation to and from the airport and resort to our day trips with reliable taxi service.
