El Dorado Seaside Palms: Amazing Resort

The El Dorado Seaside Palms resort was absolutely fantastic, stunning grounds, beautiful beach front room, food was very good (not fantastic in the Japanese or Italian which are the only 2 that you need reservations for), but I do have to give a shout out to the Gourmet Pub! Absolutely yummy! There were several little hideaway restaurants/bbq’s as well. This is the perfect resort for an adult getaway…..10 days was really great! There seemed to be little hidden spots/excursions at the resort that we just heard of from other guests…..like the flower pot drink in a beautiful bar, a catamaran excursion to another island which is all included!! Grand Palladium Kantenah: Wonderful time

This hotel has so many options of things to do, great food at both the buffet options and a la carte. We got a lot of steps in as we walked the resort each day. Lovely staff and welcoming energy. Recommend.

Overall this is a very good resort! The staff are very friendly. They are very accommodating in helping you anyway they can. The grounds are always well kept and the cleaning staff do an amazing job keeping the rooms clean. The guys that look after keeping the beach area clean work very hard and I would like to commend them on an excellent job. The food choices met and exceeded our expectations. Thanks for a memorable vacation!

Dreams Sands Cancun Resort and Spa: Great ressort

Food was fresh and very good. Staff was very friendly. Ocean was so clear and calm. We found the beach a little small for the amount of people we were staying at ressort. Difficult time to book reservations for Jananese restaurant on the ressort's app which was very frustrating. Other restaurants didn''t need reservations which was good.

Krystal Grand Nuevo Vallarta: Good Resort

We had a few hiccups with the rooms. Our party had requested rooms side by side but put in different buildings. Our initial room had an leak and ordor and house keeping didn't come around. We got moved to an jr suite and from there had no complaints. We were able to enjoy the rest of our stay. The food was pretty good. We were able to book a la carte but only late night slots..most of the earlier slots were for the Ultra guest. We spent our time between the pool and the beach. Dreams Jade Resort and Spa: Nice stay, but needs some enhancements

Nice and clean rooms, amazing staff and very close access to the beach. Though the sand was full of rocks and seaweed. The coffee is terrible and I wish there were better food options for vegetarians. The Mexican food and juices were great though. The excursions and taxis through the hotel have a huge markup, so it’s better to book with a third party or go into Puerto Morales and book locally.

Ocean Riviera Paradise: Really nice resort

Overall we had a great experience at this resort. The only thing is that the beach sucked. Rocks and seaweed everywhere! Really hard to get into the water because of all the rocks, and dangerous too! Service could be better. Main buffet also could use a better layout and management. Kept running out of bacon I don’t know why they wouldn’t put out more than 1 tray of it, it would be gone in a flash. A la cart restaurants were amazing! Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Budget resort

Although we enjoyed our stay overall, this is at best a "budget" resort. Our room was dated and appeared heavily used, the tv was maybe 13", the beds are stiff and only a "double" so a couple would be hard to fit comfortably, and there was only (1)one plug available in the main room and (1)one in the bathroom, which was not convenient when trying to charge your devices .I believe they renovating this particular resort shortly, which is heavily needed. The buffet was fine, there was no specialty  [... read more] coffee shops, but the lobby did provide (3)three coffee machines that provided a variety. The beach seemed to have been eroded by the storms over the years as it was a lot narrower then we remember, coupled with extensive seaweed, but the team and the hotel were doing their best to clean it up quickly. Barcelo Maya Tropical: Great place and service

Great grounds, public area, 24 hour service, safety on resort, great for families, many options for everyone. Would recommend this resort to anyone, usually don’t write reviews, but I had a wonderful experience.

Villas Vallarta by Canto del Sol: 5th time....last time!!

I've always liked this resort as it was a smaller more quaint resort which use to cater to the 50+ demographic with most vacationers coming from Canada and the colder/northern states of the USA. Not anymore. I'd estimate that 10% of the guests at the resort fell into that category with the other 90% being locals on Family vacations and getaways. If you like unorganized lineups for everything then this is the place for you. Line ups to check in and out. Line ups to book a la carte specialty resta [... read more]urants. Line ups at the buffet after you've lined up to get into the only dining area. Line ups at the bars which only one of 3 opened at 10am (the other 2 at noon) and one bar stayed open til midnight and the other 2 closed at 10pm. Minimal nightly entertainment and virtually all in Spanish. If you are an early riser don't plan on getting a coffee until 6:30am when you can get it out of 2 urns stationed at the pool bar and entrance to the restaurant. There are no coffee makers in the rooms nor is there a fridge. There is not one page of literature in the room to advise you of contact numbers, activity times, itinerary, TV channels etc. NOTHING!! The only really good things I can say about this resort is that the food is quite good, the place is impeccably clean and the housekeeping was very good. It is also only a 30 min walk to the Malecon. This will definitely be my last time here and I would never recommend it to anyone without warning.

Grand Sirenis Mayan Beach: Amazing resort

Loved this resort.4th time visiting.The renovations were awesome.The food was all delicious.The staff go above and beyond with everything.We had the best time,and will definitely be returning next year.

Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas: Excellent resort

Best experience. Clean, very helpful staff, food is amazing and overall a great place for a vacation. Would have liked it much better if the beach had accessibility to go in the water ? Try it and you will not regret it

Sandos Caracol Nature Resort and Water Park: April 2025 stay

Only complaint was food/buffet. A la cartes are much better than buffet but difficult to get reservations. Food from buffet was always cold. Overall, good family resort but bring snacks if you’re travelling with children.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Very nice resort

We stayed at Coba from Apr 10 to 17, 2025. The food was excellent. As for the beach you have to take a trolly to go over. The beach is small and has seaweed but its still nice. The a la carte restaurants we had Le Gourmet, The Brazilian and Don Pablo they were all very good but Le Gourmet was my personal favorite I would return to this resort again

Fiesta Americana Riviera Nayarit: Great resort but quiet

Resort is great but not much entertainment during the day for example not much volleyball during the day on the beach . Food is great and not much space to sit and watch night entertainment. and excursions are a little bit overcharged in my opinion

Barcelo Maya Beach Resort: Amazing resort

This resort is immaculate. The grounds are prestige. There is more than enough to keep the whole family entertained. We did not feel.that we needed to go.off resort for anything. We have spent years traveling to all inclusive resorts. By far the best. For the.most part food was very good Although Spanish and surprisingly Mexican were not very good.

Generations Riviera Maya: Amazing resort

Secrets Huatulco: Lacks Consistency!

Our room was clean and housekeeping was good. Turndown service was missed numerous times and even when we spoke to the concierge they stated it was because the red light was on; the light was not on! As preferred club guests, we went for breakfast at castaways on our first morning, it was terrible. My husband was served raw eggs, so we stuck with marketplace for breakfast the rest of the week. In speaking with other guests that were not preferred club, they received better service than we [... read more] did! For example, consistent turndown service handful of pillow mints and flower petals on bed. Preferred club bar was supposed to have top shelf alcohol, but in reality you could get it at almost every bar. Therefore, I do not know exactly what the additional cost was for! Overall our stay was okay. Our week was made brighter after we met Isai (bar tender at preferred club and sky bar). He remembered us by name, greeted us each time he saw us even if it was passing in a hallway. Also want to acknowledge Daniel, Josue, and Mario servers (in Marketplace) and Astrid (hostess in Marketplace), they were all warm and welcoming; Daniel especially. Other exceptional staff were Mardonio bar tender (Rendezvous bar) and Ismael bar tender (sky bar). Food at Ocean and the Teppanyaki experience was superb! The fire show and International show were fabulous!

Grand Palladium Vallarta: Beautiful Resort

This was our second stay at this resort. The grounds are beautiful, well maintained and clean. We spent the majority of our time at the adults only pool which is an infinity pool with an incredible view of the ocean. The main pool has all types of fun things for kids to splash around in, as well there is a handy snack bar and pool bar. The food is one of the reasons we made a return visit. The buffet has a huge variety and each of the al a cartes are fantastic. They have a kids program in the [... read more] mornings, kids entertainment at 8pm, family friendly entertainment and more later in the evening for the night owl party crowd. If you choose this resort, I highly recommend a relaxing massage at the spa.

Barcelo Maya Riviera: Our experience.

This resort was by far the best resort i have ever been to. The staff were professional, food was amazing, and the resort was prestine. A true 5 star resort. We will be back next year. If you are even thinking about this do not over think it just go here. I strongly recommend this to anyone!!!!
