Grand Aston Cayo Paredon Beach Resort: Amazing Experience
I had a wonderful stay and appreciated how clean and well-maintained everything was. The modern feel of the space added to the overall experience. I would recommend considering a few minor touches to enhance the experience even further, but overall, it’s a great place to stay!
Club Tropical: Good Resort
Property was well kept, washroom we're mostly clean always, but the actual toilets had no seats.. Staff was all great, food was ok, but not much of a selection, very repetitive, same foods daily. Snack bar only served bread and cheese(cheese sandwich). Good if you wanna relax, not many activities on site. Many sightseeing experiences.
Club Amigo Ancon: Perfect for a getaway on a budget
We have a 3-week trip planned for the end of March, which seemed so far off. Saw an amazing rate at this property so figured we would give it a try. Our expectations were minimal ... sand, sun, and clean facilities. The resort did not disappoint! While the property does require an update, we were completely satisfied with our stay. Staff was great, the beach superb, and the food was adequate. I rated the rooms as fair but only due to the decor, they were very clean. I understand that everyone ha [... read more]
Grand Aston Varadero Beach Resort: Can not wait to go back

Melia Costa Rey: Short get away
We have stayed at this hotel now twice now. It is has improved substantially under the new ownership. The accommodate are nice, the amenities are on par for Cuba but what really made us go back was the staff. For people who live in the condition they do they come to work smiling, treat customers with the utmost care and attention and do everything they can to make your stay enjoyable. As for the food, it’s Cuba and they are doing the best they can with limited resources. You won’t go get Fill [... read more]
Melia Las Americas: Excellent adventure
Hotel was better than expected good food and amenities will be back. Proximity to golf course was perfect and grounds were well maintained. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Restaurants were better than expected, good selection and quality.
Sanctuary at Grand Memories Varadero: Decent Resort
Overall the resort was clean, the staff friendly, enjoyed the Sanctuary area. Did find it difficult to connect with butler. Found the resort could do much better about communication regarding events, shows etc. Food was typical of urban resorts.
Paradisus Princesa Del Mar: An absolute gem ?
This was our first time to this resort. We will definitely return. Amazing staff, so professional, welcoming and kind. Plenty of food, great variety. Beautiful beach. Go for the Royal Service. Very much worth it.
Sanctuary White Sands: Travel Advisor simplified process
Our Tripcentral advisor, Beth McKinley, made booking so easy and a smooth process. We appreciated the emails to keep us on track with requirements for travel. We had an amazing trip experience overall.
Playa Pesquero: Top Knotch Resort
This being my first time to Playa Presquero it was a amazing time, exactly what I needed. As someone with a disability and traveling solo, I decided to upgrade to Luxury rooms for not much money extra. It was well worth it. With Luxury you get a personal team(butler's)that takes care of you. You need a ride around the resort call they will personally pick you up from your room and drop you off anywhere you want on the resort. If your sick/drunk/lazy they will bring food to your room for fre [... read more]
Melia Internacional: What an amazing trip!
Modern, clean, friendly. Staff was very accommodating. The food was top notch . No shortages, in fact the buffet had everything you wouldn't expect. Sushi, crab legs, carving fresh Parmesan from a wheel of cheese for your pasta. Omelets and fresh fruits of all kinds everyday. Beach was white sand deep into the ocean. Beach bar staff was amazing, thanks gentlemen. Hope to see everyone again one day.
Grand Aston Cayo Las Brujas: Bad resort..
Don’t book this hotel no internet in the room you have to come to lobby no food around only at snack bar but it’s very bad food. Entertainment Is same each night. overall don’t go to this resort it waste of money.
Sanctuary White Sands: Quite Good
A nicely laid out resort where they try to meet all of their guests needs. The fresh grilled food is great. Most of the buffet food is cold unfortunately but lots of variety Nice drinks and delicious coffees
Grand Aston Varadero Beach Resort: Top resort in Varadero
This resort is so clean and friendly. Not to mention the first stop from the Airport when you get there. Food - Was great every morning there were baskets of fresh eggs and they cook them to your liking. Never ran out of eggs or bread and one morning they even had fried bologna which us once from the Maritimes love. Staff - Excellent and friendly, go out of their way to see a smile on your face. Speak very well in English so it was easy to communicate when ordering or getting directions etc [... read more]
Paradisus Rio De Oro: Amazing Resort!
I can’t say enough about this resort. It is absolutely beautiful. Spotlessly clean and the staff bend over backwards to help you. The food was great and plentiful. Lots of entertainment yet a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. We will definitely be returning.
Playa Costa Verde: Amazing Visit to PCV
We love Cuba and have stayed at Playa Costa Verde many times. We enjoyed another wonderful stay in January. The staff were amazing as always-very friendly and delivering excellent service. The rooms are being renovated but some are still a little tired looking. Our bed was comfortable but the pillows were a bit lumpy. We noticed some improvements over our visit last year specifically with the food and drinks. The bars had a better selection of spirits and more varieties of beer at the Beer Cor [... read more]
Club Amigo Atlantico Guardalavaca: Amazing beach
The best part of our two-week vacation was the fantastic weather and the beach. PROS: Love the location. Beach is perfect (the main reason we go to Cuba). Nice path to walk along the ocean. Quiet AC, always hot water, no power failures. Personnel at the restaurants/bars were super friendly and efficient. Plenty of wine, beer, & coffee. Public areas were clean and well-kept. CONS: Broken safe. TV in 2nd room never functioned. Rooms had lovely views, but were not cleaned properly. Filthy floor [... read more]
Memories Flamenco Beach Resort: We had a great Vacay
We had a great vacation, beginning with our flight being comfy and on time. Snacks offered on board Sunwing were good although there is a limited in selection. Memories Flamenco in Cayo Coco is my new go to. Staff is incredible, food was tasty, plentiful and great selections in the buffet. Pizza at Bites was amazing. Can't beet the Ron Punch! Pool was stunning and always clean, beach ... Spectacular!
Paradisus Princesa Del Mar: Family Vacation at our Cuba Paradise
This our 4th visit to PPDM, we absolutely love this place. This year we brought our 2 sons and their spouses for a true family holiday. At this resort everything is within a short walk and easy to get around. We feel like family to the staff here, everyone is happy to see us, and we feel love. We have made warm friendships with 4 different staff members over the years, we look forward to seeing them each visit. Please remember, this is Cuba. They are having tough times, from embargoes, a fail [... read more]
Memories Flamenco Beach Resort: Another fantastic trip
Everything was amazing this time around. Had a great junior oceanview view room on first floor in building one. Communication with the resort was flawless. All our needs were met. Great atmosphere. Nightly entertainment with theatre and saxophone player. If you want the disco there is cave club on sat (15 min bus ride) and Wednesdays, or u can go to disco close by, 2 mins by bus. Beach is gorgeous with plenty of shade and lounge chairs. Cuba has shortages so don't expect luxury in terms [... read more]
