Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Excellent value!!

Huge resort with confortable rooms. This is the first resort where the room Air conditioning Was too cold. I had to turn it down. The food Was excellent at The buffet.the only négative Point is the Beach . The Riviera maya beaches Are invaded by seaweed in all the ressorts .the mexicain goverment is trying to find a solution to this problem. The only beach without Amy seaweed Was in cozumel on the Ones Facing Riviera maya.

My wife and I where looking for a exotic get away and where undecided as to where to go. I made a call to a vacation sell off company and there phone just rang, no one answered. My next call was to Trip Cental, Westcliffe Mall location and my call was received immediatley. I was greated by a very helpful customer service rep who after talking with me about what I would like to do and my price point. Hotel Santa Fe Loreto: A dream vacation resort

My husband and I went to rio Santa fae for our honey moon, it was my first vacation and let me tell you everything from when we arrived at the resort being greeted with smiles and drinks to the beautiful arcutecture the amazing views from the rooms the clean big pools the types of excursions you can do the gorgeous dining rooms with food you only dream of this place had it all we even got a honeymoon card and a bottle of champagne this place is a dream come true will defently be going back again

Secrets Vallarta Bay: Incredible Resort!

This resort was absolutely wonderful. The service from start to finish was amazing and special kudos to Rosa in the lobby bar she was wonderful. Food was amazing and so much variety! The only reason that we didn't rank the pools/beaches a 5 is the ocean was extremely rocky but nothing the resort can do about that. The pools were wonderful and extremely clean. Capers on the Now side was my favorite place to eat as well however the food was good whereever we went. The only downfall was the "member [... read more]ship" meeting as the one manager was extremely agressive and just rude after we had said no about 8 times. we were kept there for 3 hours and it was extremely frustrating. Definitely say no to the special meeting when you check in as its not at all worth it. Just get an awesome rep from Tripcentral like we did and they will be lower than what you would pay as a member anyways.

Grand Palladium Vallarta: Awesome place.

Everything was absolutely amazing. Feels like the resort is well managed. Lots of employees wearing different uniforms for different jobs, but nobody was just sitting around. Everybody had a purpose of being there. 1) The grounds were clean. We liked especially abundance of greenery between the buildings, the botanical garden and the zoo. 2) The pools were also clean. Appreciated several toilets outside the pool area and on the grounds; did not have to go to the our room for that reason. Also we [... read more] liked that there were several showers on the grounds to rinse the salt water or the sandy feet coming up from the sea. 3) Food is amazing. Daily decorations at the buffet is nice. All four restaurants were a nice addition; however the buffet was so bountiful, we tended always to come back for desserts. Our favorite was Flamed Crepes with Edgar. 4) Activities at the main pool are for all ages and for all tastes and will keep you active all day long.We loved water aerobics with Tania or Fernando, crazy games with Daniel or Martin, trivia questions, bar tending classes with Alehandra, tequila tasting classes, salsa classes with Tanya "Bonito", archery with Martin, volleyball tournaments employees against guests. 4) The only negative comment is due to the nature's design of the see shore. See shore is rocky, especially dangerous under the water, when you can not see the rocks. Both of us injured our toes when the waves lifted us and threw on the rocks.

Akumal Bay Beach and Spa Resort: Resort is small but is Excellent - need more pools

Rooms were clean. Toilet needed to be fixed at the end - no pressure - but apart from that, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there. My daughter and I had a great time. Grounds were beautiful. Beach was not that great - lot of sea weeds but the last days were great. They do need to put extra chairs on the poolside since beach was not good. Valentin Imperial Riviera Maya: Numero Uno! Wonderful hotel and staff.

The entire experience at teh Valentin Imperial Maya was amazing. The hotel was beautiful. The room was great. The staff were very friendly and made the stay that much more enjoyable. The food was great from morning, lunch and the dinner in one of the 7 a la carte resto's. Had a really wonderful time and am looking forward to return ASAP :)

I give this resort 3 stars because of the beauty of the grounds and the food was good. The majority of the staff were polite and helpful. i had a few personal items disappear and when I brought my concern to the front desk , the attendant started to laugh. He then told me to go to the concierge. I never did get my items returned. For this reason I have to give the resort only 3 stars and I would recommend other resorts I've travelled to before this one. I LOVED EVERYTHING !!! We had a great time with 67 of our friends. We were there to celebrate my daughter's wedding. When we arrived cheeking in was very easy, considering we were a very large group. We were all given rooms in villas 15 and 16 which made staying together very easy and enjoyable. The wedding day was perfect, due to the very helpful staff who very quickly meet our needs. Thank you for everything!!!

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Good Vacation

Overall its a nice property, the food was above average, the room was spacious but dated, I woke up to a water leak one morning, though they fixed it immediately, the beach is a little rocky, service was fair.

Platinum Yucatan Princess: Excellent !

Excellent resort modern and very clean. Nice swim out pool with lounge chair. Excellent service staff are very friendly ans attentionate. The spa is amazing, Nice massage. Good restaurants decor very beautiful

Royal Solaris: what we expected

the royal solaris was a mid star hotel. The service was satisfactory but the hotel is getting run down. The pools, especially the kids pool was not clean and lots of sand and smelt. In some places the grounds, the hallways, stairwells and sometimes in the eating areas were dirty or not kept clean. The food was what we expected (mid range) and lots of flies were often in the buffet places. Even birds were often flying around and eating all over the place. Not very santiary. Overall great experience !!Great staff very attentive friendly and attentive. Food great for everyone including a basic meat and potatoes person such as myself. Resort is huge and very clean and well maintained. Beach is only potential issue some rocks as u enter and on actual beach. Offsite excursions very expensive but I assume par for the course at any hotel for family of 4 with discounts on both kids appox $830.00 for 2 excursions with no extras just basic tour. Well worth going

Sandos Caracol Nature Resort and Water Park: Excellent Resort and Spa - Sandos Caracol

The rooms and the grounds around the resort were very clean. Any time we had a complaint in the room or the facilities the hotel staff came as quickly as possible to fix the problem. Food variety was excellent. We could get whatever we wanted. Nightly entertainment was unbelievably great and of various nature. The whole family enjoyed every program. Hotel staff was very courteous and obliging including the cooks and the waiters.

Barcelo Gran Faro Los Cabos: Great Resort

We spent a week at Barceló Grand Faro Los Cabos. We had a great time. The common areas, the pools, the green spaces were immaculately clean and well serviced. The room were also very clean and spacious. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Unlike other places we have been to, we didn't feel like we had to tip on every corner to get good service although we always tip since we understand that people appreciate the extra money. The entertainment staff tried their best to keep the activities ro [... read more]lling and most of the day there were some games or other events going on at the pool or other areas. We really enjoyed the food at the buffet and A la Carte restaurants as well as the snack bar. At times it felt that the restaurants were understaffed but it's not a big deal to grab your own drinks from the bars. The construction at the hotel next door was very noisy but our room was quiet when closed. The bar had a great list of liquors and mixed drinks that were available most of the time. Many families visit the hotel in the summer, the kids club was not able to attract the children to hang around. I would suggest that the kids club promotes itself better and offers more activities in order to attract children to it. Overall we would gladly return to this hotel and recommend other families to stay here.

Sandos Caracol Nature Resort and Water Park: First time in Mexico. Nice vacation

Resort is beautiful, clean, food is excellent, entertainment excellent, beach is nice but only ocean have too much sea weed and rocks. Lots of trips to Mayan land and other attractions. Store in hotel is very expensive, cigarettes, alcohol and souvenirs you can find much cheaper on street vendors in resort or in Playa Del Carmen.

Grand Sirenis Mayan Beach: Nice family vacation

It's about an hour drive from the airport and $3 per beer in the bus, which no one took advantage of during our commute to the resort. The Grand Sirenis is a large property with almost 1000 rooms. Staff was very friendly and service was excellent.

Riu Santa Fe: Lovely resort

I've travelled to many Riu resorts before, but this one in particular has been my favourite thus far. The rooms are dated but very clean and well kept. Food is fresh and variety is decent. The entertainment team makes this resort all that it is. They work so hard around the clock to keep all guests entertained and happy. All hotel staff are pleasant and polite. Service at Mexican restaurant is slow, but friendly. Highly recommend to take a water taxi to lovers beach, it's lovely there. We went p [... read more]arasailing and I don't recommend it, the people operating the boats have no training in first aid, and won't keep an eye on you while in the air in case you are not feeling well and need to come down. They also have no first aid kit or water or anything available on the boat. If you want to relax and enjoy the beautiful view I recommend Rui palace. But if you want to party and be entertained all day then Santa Fe is the place to be.
