Ocean Riviera Paradise: Amazing Resort

Great resort , great people , great shows, no complaints. Only thing alot of the workers don’t speak English at all. The beach is really nice but the people don’t stop harassing you for massages on the beach. They ask you over 100 x same person. Also the water in the beach there’s a lot of rocks. . Otherwise fantastic.

Ocean Riviera Paradise: Nice, clean, resort

Hotel was nice, beds were comfortable, food was tasty, entertainment was fun. The only negatives, front desk and about 90% of bartenders, servers, seems to lack the value of customer service. The fact that housekeeping and hotel maintenance, such as floor tiles needing to be chiseled out, starts 8:30 am. So, we came, we saw, but will not be back again to this resort.

Valentin El Patriarca Varadero: Great Resort

Great resort. Excellent customer service, clean spacious room. Great for people with limited mobility, short walk to pool and beach area, or you can call for electric cart. Very good food for Cuba You are not limited in number of alacarte s The beach is beautiful, lots of new loungers.

We enjoyed spending a week here. The grounds were well taken care off. The staff was friendly and the rooms were also well taken care. Could have done a bit better job on cleaning the beach area every morning

Beautiful time spent thanks to the wonderful crew in the hotel, they have excellent service, there are 8 wonderful restaurants that are worth visiting and you want to come back every day. A lot of attractions for children and for couples during the day. 4 swimming pools to choose from a quiet zone but also a swimming pool with bar and music. Title says it all Great food, wonderful staff, friendly and helpful. Alexandro on the beach, towel person at the pool by Mexican restaurant great great. Beach boy and life guard in same area pleasure to meet. Waiters in buffet great. Buffet had amazing food - fresh, tasty and so much variety. Wonderful experience and we would recommend it to everyone. With all that said there are some exceptions. We would not go again to Japanese restaurant and Mexican was disappointment as well. Little Creperie has a great salad and chicken caeser sandwich and we went there twice for those. Third time it was so bad that we left most of it. Not sure what happened there...some momentary glitch perhaps, since the sandwich ordered by people who came after us looked good again. That one came after we complained to the friendly waiter and he talked to the kitchen staff. Speaks volumes about how they care that you have a good experience.We would go again to little creperie as it was that good those two times. Greeters at the restaurant doors could relax a bit and let people sit where they like at available tables. It feels that they were sometimes on “power trip”. It seems that lots of writing here went on “criticism” but it is with good intentions and with hopes to improve this almost perfect place. With all said we loved loved loved this place. Go there you won’t be disappointed, or any possible disappointment will be so minor that it won’t affect you or ruin your holiday. There is just that much great here!

Ocean Coral Riviera Cancun: They had all the “wants snd needs” were met!!

It is a location that provided something for everyone With therefore pools it provided a location for everyone from being quiet to a rowdy party area There was lots of entertainment throughout the day that you could join in and The stage productions at night were current and fresh If the opportunity arose I’m sure I would go again

Playa Vista Azul: A wonderful holiday at the Ocean Vista Azul

This was our first visit to Cuba. We had a lovely room with a king bed at the Ocean Vista Azul - Varadero. The whole complex was clean. The staff was excellent. Our room attendant Axia was really sweet & did an excellent job. The entertainment by the pool & on the stage was very good to excellent. All the Entertainment directors were well suited to their jobs - especially one lady - Mirther - we really loved her - she is a very good people person!! The Buffet had lots to offer including 3  [... read more]grilling stations - a great variety. Roasted whole turkeys were served several times during our 10 days stay. There are 3 restaurants - however, we found we could not make a reservation, just had to show up at 6pm - we tried Italian restaurant. Their system failed us. They let all the people into the place, about 30, then they took your order, brought a drink, then we had to wait one & one half hours.....we enquired how much longer, but the waitress could not give us an honest answer so we left and we noticed another couple did also. So we continued to enjoy the Buffet for the duration of our holiday. The beaches were great! Weather was hot and sunny.

Playa Vista Azul: New and clean

Hotel was on a fairly small footprint compared to some, so nothing was too far away. Asked to have room cleaned without chemicals because of allergies and this was done everyday without issue. Our maid Aixa was wonderful. Staff was friendly. No one on the resort seemed to have any upset stomach from the food. Loved the evening entertainment in the lobby. Very clean. Ocean Coral Riviera Cancun: A real gem!

Ocean Coral and Turquesa was beyond our expectations.Really liked this resort; cozy and easy walking,no trolleys! All buildings right next to ocean,beautiful beach and water deep enough to swim in, no sand bags like other resorts.Wished we had a few more days! Ten days would be great.Staff and food excellent.

Ocean Blue and Sand: Amazing resort

We absolutely loved this resort. The food,weather and people were amazing. They are doing some work on some of the outside building but nothing to complain about. The only bad thing I would say is the cleaning service in the rooms is a bit poor, not always restocking fridge, towels etc. We plan on returning in April

This resort is the best place yet, well maintained. Food was excellent, the rooms were beautiful and very clean. We will definately be returning.we even purchased into their H10 promotion. The sand bags in the ocean was kinda an eye sore. But the beach itself was very clean.

Ocean Blue and Sand: Great Resort

First time at the Ocean Blue and Sand Hotel was beautiful, great staff friendly and warm. Good was fantastic and always something for everyone. Pool was great and Chocolate , Black Coffee and George will keep you entertained all day. Rooms were great, stocked mini bar and beautiful view of the pool and gardens. There were some issues with keeping it clean as housekeeping seemed to lack a bit but otherwise we can't wait to get back to our Ocean Blue Family.

Ocean Riviera Paradise: Great holiday!

I have been to playa del carmen numerous times and this was my first time at this resort. It was fantastic. Plenty of loungers by the beach and a great piano bar with a variety of different musical artists each night. Resort was clean and enjoyed the adult only pool in the el beso section.

Playa Vista Azul: Great Week!!!

Check in was fast....First night there...no hot water....rooms smelled bad with a combination of diesel and humidity....got switched the next day.....rooms still had tge smell however not so bad...hot water was luke warm but better then cold....Overall resort is beautiful. Entertainnent staff was awesome....food was great. ALL Staff .... like every other 3 resorts we have been to are AMAZING AND FRIENDLY!!! Rooms were very clean....need puffier pillows :) Buffet needs a change up sometimes... [... read more].was always the same but great! As for A La Carte we didnt try any Beach ..... one to the left too crowded and rocky....one on the right ....couple minutes of walking but way better.....if you plan on doing norning walks on the beach....u cant go very far! HOWEVER Cuba Beaches are beautiful! Not too much shaded areas around the pool. U have tonask for an Umbrella early or u will have none! Overall.....a great week with lots of sun ;)

Hotel Roc Casa del Mar: Wonderful experience

I have been to Cuba and specifically Cayo Santa Maria multiple times and I loved this hotel. We had a wonderful experience, from the staff, the food and the drinks were all awesome. The beach has been improved post hurricane Irma and is now super large, you are not sitting in the water and there are lots of palapas, the ocean beautiful as expected in Cuba. The pools were also very good, snack bar close by for a quick snack or lunch. The rooms are well appointed, clean and modern. Ocean Coral Riviera Cancun: Nice place

The hotel is clean and well maintained, the beach is very nice. The room was spacious, but had an unpleasant smell, either caused by moisture or by chemicals used for cleaning or may be pest control. Buffet was great, but a la carte restaurants were a little bit below expectation in terms of food choice. Little Creperie and Sansai exceeded them, though.

The entire vacation was amazing. The staff we met including YAO and JUAN and YAZZER made our stay incredible. The rooms were amazing and the view of the ocean every morning made the week amazing. The food was amazing. Give it a try it's great

Ocean Coral Riviera Cancun: Awesome time at Ocean Coral and Turquesa!

Stayed for one week Nov 3-10 2017 with a group Such a fun time! Resort was maybe half full which was great because no waits, lots of chairs & space! All staff were friendly and accommodating. Room was modern and clean. Food was great--zero complaints! Chose this resort for a few reasons (we usually go further into the Mayan Rivera) --so close to the air port --right on the ocean --clean beach --restaurant selection Did not disappoint! Thank You!
