Riu Palace Antillas: Very nice resort

The Riu Palace Antillas lived up to our expectations. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and always willing to help out. The food was excellent., fresh fish and a large selection of salads etc... The managers were always willing to assist their staff and were helping out when needed. The room was great... we got upgraded because we were on our honeymoon. The beaches were fantastic, the pools spotless., and the towel lady was always there with a smile. Riu Republica: Very nice resort

The property is very clean and still looks very new. The rooms are clean and in good condition. The beach is fantastic. The coffee served in the resort is horrible. The best things to do is to get it from the machines. Also the Hard Rock Hotel next to the Riu Republica burns garbage late at night. This smoke get into the ventilation system and makes your room smell like a ash tray. We have been at the Riu República 3 times. We know to get a room close to the beach to avoid the smell.

Riu Palace Baja California: Amazing Resort would definitely return

Everyone was friendly the resort was kept clean at all times. It was more than I was hoping for beautiful scenery and gorgeous resort. We were very well taken care of and felt comfortable at all times.

Riu Republica: Nice resort with amazing food

The rooms were okay, nothing too fancy. The food was amazing. A lot of variety every meal and very savoury. The beaches were nice. There was staff always cleaning and picking up the cups. The entertainment team was very energetic and fun. Although not all shows were fun to watch.

Riu Flamingos: Wonderful resort!

The resort was beautifully kept and the rooms were updated and clean. The restaurants had delicious food with lots of variety. They could use more servers as you had to wait long for drinks and food. The beach was gorgeous with lovely palm trees providing plentiful shade.

Riu Flamingos: Great resort!

My family of 6 and my parents enjoyed a week at the RIU Jalisco. The resort is beautiful with immaculate grounds and the rooms are well kept. The lobby could be updated but that really didn’t matter much. The buffets and a la carte restaurants had great food. They could really use a more casual beach grill that allowed beach attire. Riu Palace Paradise Island: Amazing resort

Hotel was beautiful Water was too wavy didn’t get to go into the ocean , the wheather was bad though only one day of sunshine when we were there . Food and staff were great ! What was great though was that the Atlantis was right next door so we walked over there every night for the casino and the bars . One thing that can be improved was that you should be able to make a reservation for the restaurant the night before . Riu Emerald Bay: Riu Emerald Bay

The new portion of the hotel is beautiful, housekeeping staff in our room was top notch! Great food in all restaurants. We spent most of our time on the beach and loved every minute of it. Thank you !

Riu Palace Paradise Island: Hopefully you have a better experience

The resort itself is a decent size. The heated pool made up for the cooler weather we experienced during our stay. We had a few problems with our room, the in room safe didn’t work, the TV remote wasn’t responsive and finally a problem with the door to our room, where the access card would not work and we had to be relocated to a different room on our second night. The second room had a ceiling vent that was uneven and exposed all the pipes and wires. Even though we got a new room, we still  [... read more]had to get our cards reprogrammed 3-4 times per day, which was quite annoying. The worst was that we had complained and requested to speak with the manager, who did not have the decency to come speak with us regarding the inconvenience. The staff seemed unenthusiastic, and not very friendly. The room service menu was disappointed along with the late night food options and availability. It would have been nice if the manager made themselves available for a chat rather than avoiding us, I’m sure we would have a better experience if the manager acknowledged the issues and offered a simple apology. Compared to other resorts we have visited in the Caribbean, we didn’t feel the staff was hospitable.

Riu Palace Paradise Island: Great Beach Resort!

Hotel wasn't as bigged as it looked like in the pictures. Beach is very clean and the water is amazing. The pool is also really great. The alcohol is amazing but the night life is not. Very close to Atlantis which does have great nightlife. Fun activities happening everyday throughout the day at the resort. The staff is amazing and food is pretty good. Spa treatments are way too expensive.

Riu Guanacaste: Excellent Resort

The hotel was very nice and clean. All the staff were very nice and very happy to help. The food was great but the palace next door seemed to have some better food choices and selection. The pool and beach were very nice and relaxing. The only complaint me and my family had was by the pool bar close to the walk way around the kids club is that there was a smell of sulfur/sewage.

Riu Guanacaste: Just wonderful!!

From start to finish I had a wonderful trip, the staff in the hotel were friendly, personable and so helpful, the food and entertainment just great. The resort was nice and spaced out so never too many people in one place at one time. Only complaint- didn’t see a monkey.

Riu Republica: Enjoyable resort

Room was comfortable and clean. Selection of specialty Restuarant would recommend the Spanish.All in all had a fabulous time. Adults resort with younger crowds. We are in our sixties and still had enjoyable time.

Riu Bambu: Good value for the money!

Clean and well maintained. Pretty grounds with lots of palm trees and wide white sand beaches. A good variety of sun and shaded areas. Lots of lounge chairs for everyone. We loved the quieter pool by the beach surrounded with palm trees😍 We had an amazing room with sofa and chair and balcony that faced the ocean and pool surrounded by beautiful palms. Loved it. William was amazing server and treated us like family. Enjoyed the live entertainment in the beach bar after dinner. Ideal family vacation👍🏻

Riu Palace Pacifico: Speciality restaurant food quality poor

Pro - Very nice clean long walkable beach. Resort and area is very clean, friendly people. Con - Could be long wait for Speciality restaurants as they don't require booking. Food quality is very poor as they keep recycling precooked food. ** If two single beds are required make sure to ask at time of the booking

Riu Guanacaste: Amazing resort

Beautiful grounds great location wonderful staff. The steakhouse was awesome. The weather's delightful . Check in was every efficient and easy. Would have preferred cards instead of keys. Would love to come back again.

Riu Negril: Great resort

Very clean-always cleaning common bathrooms. Food was great great, lots of options at buffet. Great drinks and service. Paul at the lobby bar makes a great Long Island ice tea!! Beach is nice. Overall great resort, no complaints.

Riu Republica: Amazing Resort

Resort was always clean, only negative would be only 3 of the a la cart resorts were open daily making them extremely busy. Other than that the food was excellent the service was good and the pools, grounds and beach were always clean.

Riu Republica: Phenomenal

Very impressive resort. We stayed for 14 days and the variety of food was never repetitive We found the front desk to be very helpful and understanding to all our needs. They were always there to please. All the employees seemed to truly enjoy their jobs which was nice to see. This resort had it all. Party if you want or relax if you want. Best of both worlds. 5star all the way

Riu Palace Jamaica: Great resort

This resort was wonderful. the service was amazing. The food was endless and tasty. The rooms and facilities were always very clean. Lots of activities throughout the day. Couldn’t ask for a better vacation.
