Riu Caribe Cancun: Amazing

This was our first visit to a Riu and we loved it! Not only was it an amazing place to spend our honeymoon the staff were very accommodating the grounds and fascility were beautiful!!! Will visit again

Temptation Resort & Spa: First Timer Review - Great Resort

First time visiting and we will definitely be going back. Party vibe is great, lots of great people. Pools are a lot of fun, restaurants were all really good besides the sea food restaurant surprisingly. Only complaint would be the rooms are more artsy than they are practical (no where to hang anything, only 2 drawers and the cabinet doors are ridiculous as they don't stay closed) Also front counter staff not the most helpful/friendly but ALL other staff in the resort were amazing We  [... read more]are already planning our return trip so we definitely recommend if you want to go somewhere to party

Smart Cancun By Oasis: Cool place

restaurant food was very good. Rooms were modern and clean. Hotel staff was accommodating and friendly though was not the fastest. Available facilities, pool, gym were all up well kept and clean. Decent value overall.

Finest Playa Mujeres by Excellence Group: Loved the Finest!

We recently enjoyed a week long family vacation at the Finest Playa Mujeres. This was by far the best resort that we have ever visited. The rooms, pools, beach and food were all excellent. The resort truly stands out for their staff - always friendly and hard working, and their kids club, which was amazing. We look forward to returning again soon!

Beach Palace: Best Family Vacation

We just returned from our stay at the Beach Palace Resort. It was AMAZING. I would return in a heart beat. We travelled with our 4 year old and our 2 year old and found this resort to be very kid friendly. Everything was always clean, beach was surreal and the food was pretty decent. We will be back for sure.

This resort goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable...The reno's are fantastic...You have to have an open mind about this resort if you want to go to a resort, where no one cares what you look like, or what you do, it is for you.....The people you meet can't be nice enough.....The theme nights are fantastic and a lot of fun....its spotless and the food is out of this world.....Very classy.....Dress well, dance your ass off...I guarantee you will love this resort...I rate this resort a [... read more]s a 10

Sunscape Cancun Resort and Spa: Loud and busy

Beach and rooms were great, but the pool being in the Center of everything was loud. This felt like a party resort mixed with families. Food was decent, staff was awesome, just not what I was looking for.

Riu Caribe Cancun: Caribe

Hotel was very good. The food was excellent and staff very good. The only disappoint was lack of entertainment The odd show didn’t start until 9.45 pm to late for us over 70s. I think this hotel is geared for young people. A comment on Sunwing. The transfer bus back to Airport had some really drunk people aboard. Bad language and very loud music was in my opinion and others not safe for driver and other passengers. Most people agreed that the Sunwing Rep should have dealt with it as some very  [... read more]scared. I was tempted but decided not to interfere as I didn’t wand major confrontation.

Sandos Cancun: Second time visiting Sandos Cancun

This was my second time visting the resort, but this time I went solo and enjoyed every minute of it. Felt safe the entire time!! Roxy from the pool is a sweetheart, was greeted every morning withe a big smile and hello!! Everyone there is very nice and helpful.

Grand Oasis Sens: Incredible Experience for First Ever Destination Vacation!

My boyfriend and I took our first vacation ever and we are extremely happy we chose the Grand Oasis Sens! Very friendly staff, enough bars, pools and restaurants to choose from and amazing entertainment. We enjoyed performances in the lobby, foam party at the pool, live bands on the patio, a cabaret show 3 times a week and a FANTASTIC Pirate Ship Cruise on the Thursday! We definitely recommend upgrading to the Sian Ka'an package because it gives you full access to all the amenities and a more pr [... read more]ivate area of the beach if you would prefer to relax more than to party. The Black Hole and Careyes restaurants are included in that package and are amazingly delicious!! Definitely would consider returning in the future, amazing first vacation experience!

Grand Oasis Palm: Clean and tidy

First the good- We thought the hotel was quite beautiful looking with lovely well maintained properties. Smells fantastic. However there are some issues with safety - be sure to check locks on adjoining doors. We had an intruder come through and although the hotel staff finally changed our room we didn’t feel they took the intrusion seriously. Food was average although plentiful. All in all an ok vacation but not fantastic

Moon Palace The Grand Cancun: Amazing experience

I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this resort. The service and quality were exceptional. All the surroundings beautiful and more amenities than you could imagine. Something for everyone.

Grand Oasis Sens: Awesome resort! Poor staff

The resort itself was amazing. Even had private pool on our deck, staff was unfriendly. Didn’t matter if you were the only person at bar with a tip they still ignored ya. The food was amazing. The restaurant, moonlight amazing food, staff was nice there, and if you have to wait they give you a beeper you can go anywhere on resort and they beep it when your table is ready. Your key card is on your bracelet so you never lose your key which is cool. My biggest problem, our second last day som [... read more]eone called our room at 5:44am saying that the police were on way to arrest us which terrified me because my boyfriend and I was sleeping since 9pm the night before, they spoke very little English and when I lost it on them saying there was no way in hell police should be on way because we did nothing wrong we have been sleeping all night , they asked if I spoke Español and then said sorry sorry and hung up. I asked The lobby about it later on in the morning and they didn’t seem to care at all , they just pushed me off. Room service came around at supper time instead of morning which was hard to relax in the room not knowing if or when they were to show

Grand Oasis Cancun: Amazing trip!!!

This resort was amazing! I would definitely go back and would highly recommend. Beach - I love going to the beach and swimming in the ocean. I'd been to Mexico before and knew that some of their beaches were quite rocky, there were coral reefs and not the pristine beaches of Cuba. I did a bit of research and this area of Cancun seemed to have the best beaches. I was not disappointed! There were a few days were there was quite a bit of seaweed on the shore, but it was so windy all week that c [... read more]ouldn't be helped. The water was warm, clear blue and delightful. Hotel/grounds - This is a big resort. There seems to be a quieter end and an end that's more catered towards partying. We were, luckily, located in the quieter end and couldn't have asked for a better spot! Close to the stairs on the second floor and nothing was more than a 5 minute walk in either direction. We had a swim up pool bar on our end, entrance to the beach, a coffee shop and multiple restaurants to choose from. The grounds were lush and well maintained and there were wild peacocks roaming about. Service - Service was good. No one seemed to press for tips and they were all appreciative when they were offered. There were always lots of staff around to answer questions/help out. Food - We had the grand oasis bracelets (not the pyramid exclusive) and there were still 16 restaurants to choose from and over 12 bars. We didn't have time to try them all on our week there! All of the food was fantastic, in particular the BBQ. I don't think there was any meal that I didn't enjoy. I loved that the 'a la carte' restaurants didn't require reservations. To avoid the wait, eating earlier than the majority of the crowd was an option but anytime we had to wait for a table wasn't more than 20-30 minutes. Entertainment - This is billed as the entertainment resort and it didn't disappoint! Smaller versions of 'cirque du soleil' style show 5 nights per week, a casino on site, nightly cabaret and other entertainment. There was also a night club and several bars. There wasn't a shortage of entertainment any night of the week. Location - The hotel is on the strip in Cancun so for $1USD you can hop on the bus that goes up to the market or the city in a matter of minutes. We didn't do any excursions this trip but there were plenty available nearby.

Grand Oasis Palm: Beautiful Resort

We stayed at the Grand Oasis Palm in April 2018. The staff was friendly and helpful. The resort is very clean. The food is very good. The beach is great and the pool areas are clean and well cared for. Loved the adults only area. The only complaint would be that our room smelled musty.

Seadust Cancun Beach Resort: Not great

Room was nothing spectacular. THE toilet backed up often. Had to buy your own bottled water for your room. Had to call room service for face cloths almost everyday. Last day no maid service. Plugs in room were all loose hard to get them to work. No air conditioning the first 24"hrs. There's a brand new resort being built very close to the building so very noisey which also blocks your partial view of the ocean. Food was not that great. On a positive note the weather was fantastic and the staff  [... read more]were very friendly and curtious. Would not return to this resort. The beach was full of seaweed constantly. Not maintained. Have been to Cancun several times and this was our first disappointing trip.

Crown Paradise Club Cancun: Not so great resort

The room had a wet mouldy smell. It had an adjoining door which we could hear the people talking and they had an infant crying all hours of the night. We asked to change our room but they couldn't. Very disappointed with the hotel. Will not go back.

Temptation Resort & Spa: Impressive resort !

From service to cleanliness to staff and entertainment, this was by far one of the most wonderful resorts we have ever been to !!!!!!! The service and friendliness of staff was remarkable. The restaurants and food was amazing and nightly shows exciting. We would definitely return.

Finest Playa Mujeres by Excellence Group: This Resort is truly "The Finest"

The Finest is an ideal resort for both Adults and Children. We had three generations here, and all enjoyed it. The 'kids club' section had supervised play that the grandchildren enjoyed, and at dinner, there was a games/video/TV room for children available during dinner when adults would extend dinner and children needed their own place. The Buffet provided a broad range of choices, and was superb, featuring the freshest fruit possible. At the Lobster restaurant, when finished one lobster, everyone was invited to have a second! Our room was a walk-out to a pool, with a massage shower. The walk-out pool had two hot-tub areas attached. All pools and the beach had an unlimited supply of towels and sufficient lounges. The beach was ideal, with water being a beautiful teal colour near shore, and waves muted due to Mujeres island a few miles away. Every where the service was perfect. At night, the music and theatre entertainment was very enjoyable. And the coffee shop, which serviced specialty coffees (with or without alcohol) and assorted treats was a highlight not only for the adults, but also for the grandchildren who (with parental permission) were able to safely go alone and order for themselves This was our second visit, and will not be our last!

Riu Dunamar: Fabulous Resort

Enjoyed our vacation at Riu Dunamar. Staff were very helpful when needed. Staff were always cleaning bathrooms, walkways, pools and the beach. There was quite high winds the week we were there. The beach was fairly rough with an strong undertow.
