Secrets Vallarta Bay: Fantastic Resort and amenities!

We had an excellent time at Secrets Vallarta Ba!!! We will definitely go back. Just be aware that the beach is not very good; it has stones and rocks. You will need to ware water shoes and very rough water and undertow. JUST BE AWARE THAT AS SOON AS YOU CHECK IN THEY ARE IMMEDIATELY TRYING TO SIGN YOU UP FOR A "TIME SHARE" PROGRAM .....They tell you it isn't a time share but it is and the pressure is very hard core. Don't get sucked in with their promise of receiving spa credits and a free excu [... read more]rsion in exchange of 90 minutes of you time. They tag team and you end up going through 4 different levels of sales tactics. IT'S NOT WORTH WASTING YOUR VALUABLE VACATION TIME WITH THIS HIGH PRESSURE SALES PITCH. You are much better off saying you are not interested and buying your own spa treatments and excursions.

Valentin Imperial Riviera Maya: Beautiful Place To Be

Valentine is beautiful to walk in, our room was beautiful had beyond what we needed. The place is spotless in the rooms and outside! Restaurants have large menus that would appease anyone. Go here!!!!

Valentin Imperial Riviera Maya: Best Second Honeymoon Imaginable!

The VIM was an amazing resort. The pools and grounds were clean and inviting. The food was the best I've ever had at an All Inclusive resort. The room was clean and refreshed twice a day. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation!

Las Palmas by the Sea: Las Palmas By the Sea

This is a small resort with only one restaurant (buffet) and a snack bar. Two pools; adult and childrens that is separated by the huge buffet facility. Rooms are nice and clean. Shower/toilet all works 100%. Blow dryer in the bathroom is provided. The staff truly leave you alone where you can really get R&R. Royal Hideaway Playacar: Our Very Best Trip Ever!!!

Usually I book our vacations on line. This time we went into the Trip Central and met our new best friend, Krista. She suggested the Royal Hide and we are so thankful that she did!!! The Resort is absolutely amazing. Smaller than others we have stayed at but 1000 times better. it is clean, quaint, and beautiful. There was the ongoing seaweed issue but we waded through to enjoy the water. I told my husband that I have now been spoiled for life. I do hope that we can return sometime soon. Grand Palladium Kantenah: Beautiful resorts

Public areas well kept, variety of foods available, but a bit salty on the meats. The al acarte restaurants were not impressive in terms of variety and sign up periods were way too long. People were kind and friendly in general.

Secrets The Vine Cancun: Its like Heaven!!

We went to Secrets the Vine the first week of July. I would say this resort amazed me in so many ways from the moment we checked in - we arrived at 10am and we are already set that we will be waiting till 3pm to get our room since that is the checked in time. The front desk did an amazing job in assisting us. We requested a preferred club upgrade but instead he offerred us a better deal better upgraded room for the same price that we are willing to pay and we got our room right away. Housekeepers thoroughly clean our room twice a day. Food is amazing not your typical All inclusive food. 3 pools are beautiful. So many chairs and umbrella. Staff are amazing - they are always smiling and willing to help. They will never say no to your request or atleast try their best to help you. I would recommend this resort to all my friends and family and we will certainly come back.

Riu Santa Fe: HEAVEN IN CABO SAN LUCAS MEXICO

The Rui Santa Fe is just an amazing place for young and old clean perfect position superb infinity pools food top class staff attentive and friendly entertainment staff led by Paris where brilliant in the day and the shows at night excellent like I said Heaven.

Dreams Aventuras Riviera Maya: Amazing Staff! Very clean resort with amazing food

The resort was very very clean, rooms immaculate, food areas never disorganized or dirty. Food options were fantastic, really enjoyed the cafe (although hard to get a strong coffee), amazing desserts there. The dining is definitely fine, favourite was Portofino. The staff are extremely friendly and the resort is so small that you get to know them by name and they remember you. Pool is great for kids and adults as well. Sylvia (hostess at the Buffet) was amazing, really went above and beyond, she treated our son as if he was her own. Edward (waiter at the Buffet) was also fantastic, as well as several others that my memory fails to remember their names. Overall great experience. One negative: resort caters to families with children but bathrooms do not have bathtubs!! It is really difficult to bathe a squirmy slippery 1 year old without a bathtub.

Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: Amazing Resort!!!!

This is a beautiful resort. The food was delicious and the service fantastic. Rooms were modern and clean. Everyone there was always smiling, very friendly and helpful. We had a very good time. I recommend this place to have an incredible family vacation.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Great place with a few kinks

We had a great time on our recent vacation. Beautiful resort, great food and drinks, nice room. Loved that you could visit the others 3 resorts whenever you wanted. Down falls, poor service from staff ver inconsistent and extremely spotty wifi use.

Grand Decameron Complex Bucerias Trademark: Great location, Great value!

We stayed for 1 week in July, so it was very hot in Mexico! Our stay at royal Decameron was better than expected. We were in block 5. It was quiet, the tropical scenery, birds and flowers just off our deck were beautiful, relaxing, and fragrant. The grounds were kept immaculate, with staff constantly cleaning, sweeping, washing, painting etc. It is an older resort, so there is a lot of maintenance to be done, but they work very hard. Fresh corn tortillas pressed and cooked just before you eat them, and the guacamole was the best! We didn't have luck with the ala cartes, especially the Mexican one and Jap Jap. We must have had higher expectations, as we were disappointed in the quality of food. The rooms were basic and clean, although the air conditioner worked really well, it was loud, even when we turned it off we could hear the other rooms ac units buzzing through the walls! I'd recommend taking ear plugs if you're a light sleeper, although I got used to it! There was a great line up of activities to participate in. The beach was beautiful and the people selling jewelry etc on the beach are part of the resort, they are not pushy, and are respectful when you say no. We would definitely go back, it's amazing value and has a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

Sandos Caracol Nature Resort and Water Park: Adventures and Exciting resort

Fantastic Resort for exploring exciting animals and different trails and walkways fun to get around not overly big. Great Water park for the younger kids my daughter is 9 1/2 yrs old and still enjoyed it. Restaurants were fabulous especially Las Mascaras for aurhentic Mexican food. El Dorado Royale: Beautiful Resort

The resort is perfectly maintained and every little detail is taken care of. We stayed at the Casitas portion and our concierge was amazing. The food was incredible and we had a fantastic time. Our room was perfect and we always had everything we need. The only complaint was that the wifi was often difficult to access due to limited bandwidth at peak times. Royalton Riviera Cancun Resort and Spa: Fantastic resort.

Rooms are amazing. We had a swim out suite that was to die for which included a jacuzzi tub in the room. Service at this hotel was fantastic. Room service, drinks on the beach, pool and at the bars were constantly being served to us.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Great Resort

This is a great hotel.. . with some negatives. Reception in Gold is very rude, and will not coperate at all if you have a problem! They messed us around the first 24 hours! Terrible! We asked for connecting rooms and it was not explained to us that it was extra money. I was told no problem by Trip Central ( we needed this for our two 15 year old girls staying in room next to us) There is no beach at the Coba. . .kind of a big down fall! This was not told to us. The rooms are a good size and cleaned in the morning for us. We asked for towels once. Lots of pools to swim at, but if you are a beach person, I would not suggest this hotel. Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: affordable/comfortable

let me start off saying that we had a disappointing wait for the check in it was about two and half hours. once we got into our room though it had everything a couple could ask for, comfortable king size bed, robe slippers, mini fridge stocked, shampoo body lotion complimentary bottle of tequila so the check in wait was soon forgotten. The grounds were well manicured very clean, there was a lot of seaweed at the beach but the staff were cleaning it on a daily basis. The beach was spectacular lot [... read more]s of lounge chairs and you could walk for miles.It was nice staying at one hotel and being able to play at three others, they had shuttle service to and from the hotels which didn't take long at all.The pool area was awesome just grabbed a book and a cold drink which was served to me by the staff everyday. This hotel had the best buffet restaurant i have ever been to on my travels, so much variety some of the a la carte restaurants were small portioned but you always had the 24 hour snack bar so you would never go without. There was always lots to do there they had daily activities really fun for the kids, and nightly entertainment in the theater the staff were amazing so helpful and always cleaning, we stayed in June for a week and the mosquitoes were pretty bad after dusk so bring lots of bug spray This was a great vacation hotel i found myself feeling so relaxed here and it offered so much,very affordable very comfortable.

First time for my fiance and I at the Oasis Tulum and would not go back at all. The hotel is not a beachfront hotel as advertise. The room was old and in need of a upgrade, the grounds smells like a sewer. If your not staying at the Grand Oasis tulum the staff doesn't really pay attention to you and basically ignores you because of the color of your bracelet. The beach is very small and rocky, not what I was expecting for Tulum. This was suppose to be a good time as we just got engaged but we we [... read more]re very disappointed and would not recommend this hotel to anyone and especially not for a destination wedding.

Canto Del Sol: Wonderful people & a beautiful place!

We loved our stay at Canto Del a Sol! Very clean inside and out,wonderful staff very hospitable and great food! I was recommended this place by a friend and would recommend it myself to anyone friend or complete stranger!

Temptation Resort & Spa: Fun resort for adult fun

The hotel overall is nice but could use a good cleaning. Staff were all excellent and the food at the restaurants was awesome. The beach was okay but constant vegetation flowing in from the ocean posed a daily problem.
