Canto Del Sol: Great resort!

Well maintained and clean place. The staff were super nice and had anything we needed. Always had lots of food and drink. Beach was a bit rocky but still a beautiful view. Weather was perfect and location was fine.

Riu Tequila: RIU Tequila

No major complains. Beach has lots of sea weeds this year. Came to Iberostar 3 years ago beach was awesome. Other than that it is strong 4 star hotel. Majority tourists speak Spanish. Don’t go to city especially to big malls like for example Walmart. You will be targeted by salesmen who sell excursions in a very aggressive way. Hide you bracelet somehow.

Royalton Riviera Cancun Resort and Spa: Amazing resort

Food is amazing !!!! One of the best all inclusive for food 5'star for sure. Lots of seating around all the pools and on the beach but need to get up early to save seating with shade - beach is very nice only negative is the seaweed .

Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: My resort experience

My time at the tulum was great, I had an great time, staff were friendly, the food was amazing. Which there was more than one snack bar and a nicer beach too much seaweeds. A lot of different things to do.

The Fives Beach Hotel and Residences Playa Del Carmen: The best surprise ever

I have been to over 40 resorts anywhere from 3 to 5 star plus and I must say it was the first TRUE 5 star. Nobody was looking for money just want to make u happy everything from food to drink was better than home lol . Room service to every baby needs (crib,stroller, bottle sanitizer and warmer,in room high chair and baby bath Free even baby food! Who does that? Great play centre for rain days and tons of high chairs in the restaurants ? Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda: Good Resort for Families

Overall, this resort was really nice. The food was very good and the service was exceptional except for the on the first, but I believe that was because we arrived at a time where the eating places were closed and limited. This is NOT a resort for young people looking to party! It is located in Rivera Maya, 15 minute drive from Playa Del Carmen and about an hour drive from Cancun. So if you decide to stay here, you will be paying A LOT for cab fare. If you are looking to go to a resort and stay on the resort the whole time, then this is the place to be. HOWEVER, it is a big resort and it gets tiring walking around especially at night because the cart service is only till 11pm. Also, there is a really really weird, awful stench on this resort...mainly near the pool and beach area. ..,it smells like sewage and is really really off-putting!

Catalonia Yucatan: Vrey good resort

Everything was very nice except for the small beach!! Restaurants had good food, grounds were kept very clean and staff was very friendly. The staff at the front desk was very helpful and were ready to help all the time.

Grand Palladium Kantenah: amazing resort

Food and shows are excellent! Beach is great, service is great. Rooms are very nice and clean. People that work in the hotel is very friendly. We loved the trains that move people around the 4 hotels, lots of restaurants to choose from.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Awesome resort!

Stayed at this resort June 25 to July 2. We are a group of 8 and we truly enjoyed our stay. Grand Bahia Coba did not disappoint us at all. The food is excellent. The rooms are big enough and not dated. The whole resort ground are well kept. We have access to the other Grand Bahia resorts and we are just impressed! The only downside is the beach which there was a lot of sea weed. I am still giving them 10/10 because this is not the resort's fault.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Great resort for vacation

It's a very nice place for a vacation for the whole family. People are very friendly and polite. Clean environment to stay . Foods were very good. You will be treated like a king and queen. We had a great holiday.

Sandos Caracol Nature Resort and Water Park: Awesome Resort!

Resort is amazing! Tons of wildlife walking all around the resort. The waterpark and pools were great for the kids and the shows were excellent. Food was good, selection at buffets were reasonable and they allow you to book as many a la cartes as you want. The only downside is that being in the middle of he jungle the Mosquitos are bad. They have repellant dispensers through the resort, but bringing your own stronger repellant would be a better option. Occidental Nuevo Vallarta: Beautiful Resort

We really enjoyed our stay at the Occidental Grand. Very clean, very friendly staff, good food and drinks! We would recommend this resort to everyone. We will definitely being going back in the future!

Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda: Excellent resort

We were upgraded to a beautiful suite with 2 bathrooms. Wished for a swim up balcony for our next trip. The resort amenities were nice and close, with the ocean and pool steps from our building. Our room wasn't cleaned the first 2 days but from then on was cleaned every day.

Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: Great Resort

This resort was awesome. The ability to go to the other resorts was great to change things up from time to time. Awesome night life at the Hacienda. Worst part of the resort was the service booking a la carte restaurant. They tell you there is no availability and there are always multiple empty tables. They are rude about their lack of availability and make no attempts to accommodate. I would say make sure to book the day you arrive however that is what we did and were given 1030pm times. Some r [... read more]estaurants (the Brazillian and Tepanyaki, we couldnt even get into at all). We did keep going back every day to check for cancelations and managed better times that way. The service in the restaurants was really good.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Tropical jungle setting hotel with great food

Great food, buffets and a la cartes were terrific! Rooms were clean, not luxury but our junior superior suite was large with king bed. Pools were nice, we preferred the Alux pool but people get up early to reserve loungers (6:30 am!! they start to reserve loungers). Shuttle to the beach and other resorts run often. Beach nice with lots of fish! Sian Kaan is a quiet resort so if you're looking for excitement you'll have to visit the other BP resorts by shuttle. The hotel overall was pleasant with great food. The drinks tasted watered down. Internet service was very limited and often unavailable throughout our 10 day stay. We were not even able to communicate with the other couple that came on vacation with us through wifi. Service when provided was excellent, but given that there appeared to be a lack of staff, it was often unavailable. At the pool, you had to queue continually for drinks. Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Great family resort

This resorts was amazing, the hotel is beautiful, the kids club and the water park for the kids was incredible, the pools were spectacular and always clean, the customer service and the attention to the details were excellent.

Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: Fabulous first trip to Mexico

I went to the Gran Bahia Principe Tulum at Riviera Maya with my 6 year old daughter. It was our very first experience in an all-inclusive resort. We both loved the always clean rooms, and friendly staff. Everybody seemed happy to help us find what we were looking for. Because there was tons of algae on the beach, we did not spend a lot of time at the Tulum beach; we visited the Akumal beach instead. My daughter ADORED the kids' pool at Coba as well as the kids' buffet selection. After a week, I  [... read more]got a bit tired of the buffet, but the food was always good. We did the dolphin swim which my daughter still talks about. The only negative was the massive amounts of mosquitos that ate us alive in the evenings and after the rain showers. Everyone on the resort has dozens of bites everywhere, and my bug repellent never seemed to work well enough. Aside from that, it was an unforgettable experience.

Dreams Tulum Resort and Spa: Dream Wedding

I recently had my wedding at Dreams Tulum. We stayed for a week with 15 family and friends. The resort was beautiful and clean. The rooms were spacious and well kept. I cannot say enough good things about the resort staff. They were always friendly and helpful. In particular the entertainment staff was amazing. They went out of their way to include people without being in your face about it. They had fun games for everyone and they evening shows were actually entertaining for everyone. I would have liked to see a little more variety at the World Cafe buffets however. With regards to the wedding, the planner looked after all the details beautifully. They always returned my emails very quickly. The wedding day itself ran so smoothly and wonderfully. I don't have a single complaint and I would recommend this resort for a wedding to anyone!!! Dreams Tulum Resort and Spa: Great location, service and activities.

The grounds, rooms,restaurants were "A1". We enjoyed the evening's entertainment greatly. It was hot but always a breeze from the ocean. They were a little generous with their top shelf drink claim, which fell short of expectations.
