Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas: Great Resort

My sister and I visited this resort several weeks ago. It was a wonderful experience. Great food, lots of variety, wonderful staff. The first time I have been to a resort where the night buffet was actually better than the a la cartes. If you are a beach person, this is not the place to go, but if you like lounging by the pool, it has 2 wonderful areas, one active pool and one quieter. Has a spectacular view I would definitely return here

Grand Oasis Cancun: meh

Beach and pools were beautiful, party was good, but the food was horrible (I wouldn't feed it to my dog)... service was below par, and they did not have enough bar tenders to keep up with the demand... bed was uncomfortable, tv didn't work, and sliding doors didn't lock.. girl to guy ratio was 1:7... i would suggest staying at the Grand Oasis...

The hotel was fabulous! The grounds are well kept and the rooms are large and clean. We found the resort huge but didn't have any trouble catching a ride on a golf cart. (Older adults) The shows were well done and entertaining. The food was awesome . Our favourite restaurants were the Japanese and the Steak House. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Lots of pallapas at this resort so you can have shade if you want. Go see the dolphin show at the resort . It's free unless you want to swim with them. All in all this is a fantastic resort ! Grand Decameron Los Cabos: Beautiful resort!!!!

Rooms are big ,clean. Didn't luck anything. Love the place ,will come back to LosCabos ,even that there is no swimming in the ocean,but there are nice public beaches,very clean,swimmable. Food was excellent !!!!! Recomend Mexican coffee and try some jicama!!!!!

Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya: First Trip South- It was Amazing WOW!

This was the first time I was ever to a Resort down South in my 46 years of life. I would recommend this Resort to all my friends and Family- Heck we are already planning our next time. The workers are A-1 and Provided A-1 Service. I would actually like to pass on a personal Thanks and my Appreciation to Ivan and Guadalupe, they made my Stay at the resort warm and welcoming. Iberostar Waves Paraiso Beach: This was a beautiful resort and very clean

Rooms were very neat and clean, staff was very helpful and kind. Restaurants were clean and and waitors and waitress were very friendly and constantly wanting to help in anyway. The grounds were very neat and clean, and if not they were always trying to make it look better. The pool was awesome, it was so big and had the lounge chairs in both pools with swin up bars. The only real probelm we had was the ice machine did not work, we told them but it never did get fixed. However, we were able to g [... read more]o into one of the other buildings to get ice so that was okay.

Grand Decameron Los Cabos: highly recommend

Great place to get both a relaxing vacation due to its smaller size and have some fun due to the staff and activities too. Clean, friendly and all staff departments are excellent. Special shout out to Antonio; rooftop pool bartender, Lily; entertainment staff and the GM, Jesus.

Riu Cancun: Excellent Resort

From the moment I arrived to the hotel the professionalism was exceptional. All of the staff were friendly, inviting and informative. The hotel is spotless and was beyond my expectations. The food was great from the a la cartes to the buffets and lunch barbecues. The bartenders were very social and had a very good understanding of how to make the numerous cocktails offered. No complaints at all!

Occidental at Xcaret Destination: Occidnetal Grand Xcaret

The resort was a bit disorienting at first. We didnt find quite a few things until our last couple of days. We also had some difficulty with our excursions. The room was clean and comfortable and the trails within the resort were fun to walk because of the wildlife you would come across.The evening shows were very well done and it was a nice surprise to see different vendors set up around the theatre during a couple of evenings. Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay: beautiful and peaceful

Beautiful resort. Rooms are good size and they all face the ocean but it's best to be on a higher floor for the view. Food is repetitive but good. Staff are very nice and friendly. Having to sign after each meals becomes annoying at times. Overall, it's worth visiting at least once.

El Dorado Royale: Wonderful getaway!

Everything about this resort was first class! The food was wonderful and so many different places to eat at which were all great. Service was always with a smile. Our swim up room was perfect for a quick dip and very close to the beach- steps away in fact. We would recommend this resort to anyone.

Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya: It wasn't what we expected!!!

Well, we, 5 families, were there during the March break. Few things that we all complained about. First the safety box that we paid $45 for one week, only for getting the code... totally nonsense!!! The pillows and mattresses were very uncomfortable. The water in the pool wasn't clean enough. There was no sandy beach, indeed. The in room Jacuzzi tub was yellowish that you can't be really used. My son got sick one night and I asked for a soup in the room. Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Great Resort!!!

Overall the Grand Bahia Principe Coba lived up to and surpassed our expectations.We were guests in the Royal Golden section March 19-26, and upon arrival we were checked in fast and found front desk staff courteous and friendly.Our room was huge with a huge comfortable kingsize bed and large bathroom.We arrived late at night and much to our delight the buffet was open and the food was incredible.Our building was 24b which overlooked the adults pool and was situated close to everything.Staff was  [... read more]very friendly,expecially Abigail in the Golden Lounge and Andres in the Kukulcan Dining hall.The trollys that take you to different parts of the resort were fun and a fast way to get around,we really enjoyed the Hacienda Market .We also took the Collectivo (bus/van)into Playa Del Carman,which cost 70 pesos(about$5)per couple and came back about 10pm also on the Collectivo,it was great about a 30 minute drive and dropped us off at their station a 2 block walk to 5th avenue.The resort is huge,but there are lots of pools and activities to keep everyone busy,we loved the ampitheatre and the nightly shows.Our only disappointment was the large amounts of seaweed which drifted inward off the reefs,not allowing people to enjoy the beach as much as they would like...staff worked extremely hard gathering seaweed up with a frontend loader and rakes and bags,and derserve credit for this ,we enjoyed our last two days at the beach because of their hardwork...We would recommend the Grand Bahia Principe Coba to anyone,thanks for a wonderful stay!!!

Decameron Los Cocos Guayabitos Ramada: Great resort

Resort was well maintained, very clean, staff courteous & helpful. I even liked the quirky arrangement with the resort built into the village and part of the resort across the street. Travel to & from airport was a drawback

Barcelo Maya Colonial: Not What Expected

Knowing this is a huge resort I did expect some challenges, but wasn't ready to deal with the disorganization that we experienced. I found that more often than not, the service / friendliness of the staff wasn't that great. I'm a Pepsi drinker and this resort provides Coke, so on Day 1 made a special trip to the store to buy Pepsi, only to have it stolen from my room the next day. El Cozumeleno Beach: outstanding !!

When we first got out of the taxi it all started.the service was tremendous.when checking in i asked for an ocean view room and was upgraded.while we waited a few minutes for our ocean view room we toured the grounds.from that ,we knew we picked the right resort.the food was good as was the great service.we went snorkeling for about 2 and a half hours a day which was outstanding as we saw lots of different fish.all in all it was an outstanding vacation and i will be going back to the El Cozumele [... read more]no Beach Resort.

All Ritmo Cancun Resort And Waterpark: Great for the Price

Good hotel for the price. Location is quiet and family friendly but far from the main hotel strip. Rooms are big and clean. Staff is helpful and friendly. Don't expect too much and you won't be disappointed!

El Dorado Seaside Palms: AWESOME Vacation at this resort.

The hotel room, service, food and entertainment were all excellent. The only negative is the long ride to the hotel from the airport - 60 minutes via private taxi or 1.5+ hours in regular bus with a number of stops.

Grand Velas Riviera Maya: Truley Amazing... Luxury

This resort is truly amazing. The staff takes excellent care of you and very personable. Excellently maintained grounds and facilities. Be sure to get room service for breakfast! Room service delivered on time to the minute every morning. No need to walk or swim to the bar, the staff makes sure your drinks don't run empty and aim to keep you satisfied. Only Con... If you want nightlife, there is not much at this resort although they have a beautiful bar with the capacity to support a good party.

Ocean Maya Royale: Nice Resort

The hotel was really nice and the room was amazing! The people at the hotel were so nice, helpful and respectful. The grounds are well maintained and at night all the lights were so beautiful and bright!
