The St Regis Bermuda Resort: Wonderful hotel
The staff were amazing ! The hotel was nice and clean. On the down side, we couldn’t get our room until 4.30 upon arrival, so a day wasted there, the food was a major disappointment apart from breakfast. The BLT restaurant was not good, our steaks were so tuff we couldn’t finish them, when we complained, our compensation was a splash more wine in our glass, given the price, we would never go again
Grotto Bay: Grotto Bay Relaxing Stay
Grotto bay I went to grotto bay with my fiancé and we had a great vacation. Property: well maintained, beautifully landscaped and clean. The view across the bay is the airport but you barely hear the planes come in and the view of the water is still great. The beach is smaller, especially when the tide is up but lots of chairs but there wasn’t many people at the resort while we were there. Rooms: clean, spacious, soaps and conditioners provided, soft towels and VERY comfortable bed an [... read more]
Coco Reef: Amazing Resort and Wonderful Experience
We enjoyed our stay at the Coco Reef Resort in Bermuda. The ocean view and the location of the resort is excellent. Our heartful of thanks to Carol Weber to suggest the resort. We enjoyed our trip and might revisit Bermuda at some future time.
Hamilton Princess and Beach Club: Bermudaful
Hamilton Princess was wonderful as usual. The staff are so friendly. Enjoyed the incredible artwork. There was construction underway as they are renovating the bar. Look forward to our next trip back!
Hamilton Princess and Beach Club: Hamilton Princess and Beach Club
Nice Hotel, courteous staff, nice views, nice rooms and very good food. The Hotel is very large and spread out over quite a few acres. Found it a challenge to navigate. I was staying in the Bermudian which is the furthest point from the lobby. The map provided is a bit lacking. It reminded me of being in a maze. Truly a challenge. Room rate was reasonable but shops were a tad expensive. The “maze factor†is the only negative I can think of.
Fairmont Southampton: Beautiful place
Beautiful hotel, 2 lovely pools, great restaurants, friendly staff. Went in the winter (November) not very busy often nearly had the beach to our selves. Weather was great considering the time of year. Would do it all again
Grotto Bay: Great Hotel
My husband and I stayed at the Grotto Bay for one week during hurricane Humberto. The hotel staff were amazing and really made sure all patrons were safe and comfortable. Terrific food and rooms. We will be back!
Grotto Bay: Wonderful resort!
We had first stayed at Grotto Bay Resort 10 years ago and thought it was wonderful then. Our opinion has not changed during our recent visit. The staff are still awesome, the room was clean with a spectacular view. The resort on a whole is being very well maintained. Food was great, beach was lovely! Very handy to the airport, only a 10 minute drive. Also a 10 minute walk to the Swizzle Inn which is always a fun time. We will definitely be back!
Grotto Bay: Family get away
We had an amazing time at Gatto Bay Beach Bermuda. The food is excellent & Restaurants service is great. The beach is sandy and calm blue waters. My 11 year old and myself had a great time jumping in the cave on site & the island is fabulous for touring & hiking. I definitely recommend visiting this hospitable island st least once,
The Reefs: Class
The Reefs at Bermuda is so beautiful. The food Is top notch, rooms are beautiful, staff is so friendly . The resort is so clean. I love Bermuda and will definitely come back to the Reefs. So much help with sight seeing, too!
Grotto Bay: Best Ever
Bermuda was the best vacation we have taken, usually we are ready to come home after a few days no matter where we went, this vacation we didn't want to leave. Grotto Bay was wonderful, great food, great service, every member of the staff was super friendly and always willing to help, they suggested sites to see that we never would have thought of, and, if you stay there, meet and talk to as many people and guests as possible as they will also tell you of the many places they have visited on the [... read more]
Fairmont Southampton: A Wonderful Retreat
The Fairmount Southampton is a wonderful hotel with many fine dining rooms. The shuttles to the beach and Waterlot/Ferry Dock were excellent. The private beach was beautiful and interesting for snorkelers. The view from the room was wonderful, being located on some of the highest land on the island. The Gibbs Lighthouse is within walking distance. The only real set back to this location was that there wasn't any other amenities or restaurants not associated with the hotel. The cabs were always [... read more]
Fairmont Southampton: 3rd visit-not as amazing
Public areas and hotel grounds were just the way we remembered them. Everything was clean and staff are always very pleasant! The hotel beach & access to horseshoe bay and the rest of the beaches in Warwick parish are stunning as always! The main notable difference this time was that the menus previously had many healthy options to choose from and this time we were not as satisfied with options that were available. Many "fried" selections whereas previous visits had many heartwise; gluten-fr [... read more]
Hamilton Princess and Beach Club: Enjoyable resort!
We really enjoyed our stay at the Hamilton Princess. The grounds were nicely kept, feeders for the birds away from where people ate was an excellent idea and the rooms and service personnel were super.
Grotto Bay: great resort but going in feb has its drawbacks
the resort grounds and the staff get a 9. out of 10 but value for money gets a 4 there is only a gas station down the hill to get chips/pop/junk food etc with the nearest restaurant 5 kms away and the resort buffets averaged 45 usd with a mandatory 17% service charge the caves were a worthwhile tour at 32usd per person for two caves which we did over two days due to the weather in feb being in the low to mid 60s with rain and heavy wind so no beach or pool time
Cambridge Beaches: Luxury Plus,
I went to this resort looking to refresh and pamper myself. And it more than exceeded my expectations. It was quiet, but that was what I was looking for. The accommodations were modern and clean. The grounds were exceptionally well groomed. The service was personal and attentive. The staff were genuinely kind and friendly. The food at the restaurants was 5 star, as was the wait staff. I would not hesitate to return or recommend.
Fairmont Southampton: Great Xmas Week
Upgraded to club level and really enjoyed the service. Special thanks to Rolly and Pascale who were a pleasure. Weather is not really conducive for swimming at beach but enjoyed the beautiful walks along the water and lounging on the shore on the plentiful chairs.
Fairmont Southampton: Great stay!
Classic older hotel with tremendous charm. Great Bermudian hospitality from the cleaning staff to the front desk to the shuttle drivers to the restaurant servers. Off-season so not all amenities available, but we knew this going in. Great stay!
Fairmont Southampton: Fairmount Southampton
The hotel and staff fulfilled all my expectations. Clean, pleasant and lots of restaurants, beaches, pools and excellent shuttle service. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. Property is well kept and greenery is well trimmed and neat
Fairmont Southampton: Very Regal Resort
Our first impression of the resort upon check in was that of appreciation for the incredible aesthetics, cleanliness of the hotel and professional/polite staff that efficiently registered us then directed us to our room. We were pleased with our room as the room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The grounds were immaculate as is the overall condition of the main building. The food was great, expensive but definitely great! At no fault of Fairmont, we simply felt out of place. The reso [... read more]
