Sheraton Old San Juan Hotel: Nice Stay

Check in was easy and staff helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable WiFi worked well Breakfast was good and servers efficient. Hotel is in a good location to explore the old town and the cruise ship dock

Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve: Gran Melia Visit Nov 22-29-15

The Grounds were beautiful, the resort and area buildings are beautiful..most importantly the people who work there and the overall people from who I came into contact with in Puerto Rico are all grounded, friendly and genuine. I Realize that all of Puerto Rico operates like this...but...My recommendation is to improve and incorporate ground transportation, excursions...especially for this resort location knowing how far it is from most everything Taxi costs really are high...
