Citadines Trafalgar Square: Great Choice

Our time staying at Citadines while visiting London was excellent. The location was great for everything we had planned for our visit. Access to transportation was quick making the airport journey easy. Citadines' staff were welcoming, ready to assist with any of our queries, and friendly. Our room was comfortable and clean, amenities were excellent, and it was great to relax in after a day out and about.

Citadines Barcelona Ramblas: Amazing resort

This was a beautiful resort, clean, well maintained, very nice staff. The location is perfect to the downtown core, night life, beach, the food /drinks are incredible!!! Beautiful, friendly people as well.

Citadines Marseille Prado Chanot: Nice place to stay at

Room was clean, A/C worked fine , Kitchen was furnished . Overall I would go back again . Food around the corner was always great, bakeries everywhere Staff was very nice too, Weather was warm every day

Citadines Trocadero: Citadines Trocadero

Great Stay recently at Citadines Trocadero in Paris, France. All hotel staff spoke English and were pleasant and friendly to deal with. Room was clean and the apartment style was much more functional then a regular hotel room would have been. Trocadero and the Eiffel Tower was a 4-5 min walk along with the Trocadero Metro station which connected us to everywhere we wanted to go. Highly recommend and if we are in the Paris area again would definitely stay again.

Citadines Saint Germain des Pres: Great location hotel

Staid in studio with queen size bed, room small but well equipped and lots of storage. Loved the free coffee in the reception area. Front desk personnel very nice and helpful. Great location very close to Notre Dame Cathedral, Sainte Chapelle and the Louvres.

Citadines Saint Germain des Pres: Amazing Hotel

This hotel is in a perfect location. We walked to all the major attractions,even the Eiffel Tower. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are not fancy but are very clean, the bed was comfortable and there was plenty of storage. We really liked this hotel and would definitely stay if we are in Paris again.

Citadines Saint Germain des Pres: Wonderful Aparthotel

The staff was amazing, the room was exactly as presented online. Definitely plan to stay here again for my next trip to Paris. Perfect location and some of the must sees are within walking distance ex.) Musee d'Orsay 15min. A variety of restaurants including a Michelin star restaurant all within walking distance. Unlimited cappuccinos, lattes, and expressos.

Citadines Trafalgar Square: Exceeded expectations

When our travel agent suggested this hotel we were told that our room would be small and we would have a trundle bed. Much to our surprise we had a room with queen size bed in a room that was very comfortable. The room had a well equipped kitchen. The hotel was very centrally located to many of the sights such as the theater district, Buckinham Palace, high end shopping district and the London Eye. One staff member in particular; Libanio went far and beyond expectations To ensure our stay was very enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel highly to anyone visiting London.

Citadines Marseille Prado Chanot: No security or staffs at night

Have problems with kitchen appliances, all electricity went off, no security or staffs on site, in the dark for few hours , when called the so called "emergency numbers ", said that no technicians working at night , have to call main office twice to beg to send someone to come over to check.

Citadines Trafalgar Square: Nicely designed

Hotel was elegant,classic London. Love the British icon wallpaper over the bed.Love the little kitchen, just the right size.The large size windows in the room with the tree outside cast a beautiful light clearing and made me feel very comfortable, friendly and made me feel very comfortable.

Citadines Austerlitz: basically homey

People at the front desk were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was clean, had adequate kitchen facilities and our room was changed once during the week. One negative was its location----too far away from transportation and main attractions of Paris. Unless you are prepared to walk, walk and walk this location is not for you. Citadines Tour Eiffel: Average Hotel

Initially when we arrived our room was not ready. We had pre-paid for this room, yet the people in front of us who walked in off the street, got a room immediately. We had ordered two double beds, only to receive a king size bed for the two us. Nobody informed us that it is normal in Europe only to receive two single beds. We were advised to return at 3:00 p.m. for our room. Upon return at 5:00 p.m., our room was set up as a king size bed, after requesting two double beds in the morning. After h [... read more]aving it changed, the toilet was not working, but was fixed later. Then our telephone did not work for outgoing calls. After 45 minutes of communicating with the front desk, they finally came up and fixed it. The room was smaller than expected. Upon reflection, overall the room was satisfactory. It was clean. Just being tired after arrival from Canada and having pre-ordered the room, and having all these initial problems, it was a disappointment initially. The location was good.

Citadines Tour Eiffel: Great location!

Hotel is in the best location minutes to the tower. Metro is across the street with lots of shopping and cafés close by. Apartment was huge for Paris! Great hotel and location! Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris.
