Still a wonderful venue

The hotel is updated and cleaner than before. However.., the service is not as I remembered. The cost is about 12% higher and the service about 14% lower than before. This I’d S our 4th trip to the Divi Beach all inclusive . Some of the bar staff were difficult for no reason . This was quite concerning as we only visited them once or twice per day. Room cleaners were excellent

Great room 30 steps from beach chair, no issue with chairs always got them without waking up at 6am and marking as in other resorts , fantastic food , even the buffet had a electronic beeper system so no lines anywhere for food choices , long sandy beach , the winds kept the sand cool so no issues with 2pm feet burn, etc just overall 10

Beautiful beaches

The room was very nice. This is our second trip to this location. We booked a garden view room each time but still had a view of the Caribbean Sea which was a bonus. Food was good. Resort was clean. Most staff were very friendly. Beaches were great. The drinks were watered down and of poor quality. That was okay because the wine (Argentinian) was very good.

Great Resort

We enjoyed this resort immensely. Our rooms were modern and clean with a hard working staff who aimed to please. The restaurants were great and an abundance of good food and drinks. At this resort you are able to travel easily by shuttle to the sister resort .

Good resort

Nice resort, beautiful beach, great food but no variety. More for older people. Not for young people. Not many families with young kids. Very very limited gluten free options. Very few people understand gluten allergies. Would recommend for retired or older couples with no kids only.

Amazing resort

Amazing experience. Staff were nice, food were great, rooms were equipped with A/C, daily cleaned. We enjoyed our time sitting at the bar at night where we are entertained with live music, the sweet sound of the ocean.

Lots of Fun!

Lots of fun for everyone! Great service, love the shuttle service, food was excellent, terrific location, gorgeous beach, room was steps from the ocean and service was fantastic! We’ve already recommended the resort to family and friends and they’re heading there next month :-)

Great resort

The hotel beach is a 10 for sure. The rooms were clean about an 8 out of 10. The rooms were not clear of sand on the floor because they don't get vacuumed. The hotel grounds are not very nice as they are filled with buildings with no green space. There is a short boardwalk near the beach which was nice. The drinking water was excellent. No need to buy bottled water. There were several nice pools. The food was excellent, a 9 for sure.

Sunwings Amazing Divi Beach All Inclusive Aruba

From the moment we booked with Eliana at Tripcentral and picked the Divi All Inclusive Aruba our dream trip began. We chose the Elite Plus package with the flight and truly benefitted from the experience. The extra attention and leg room were perfect. We were thrilled with the food and tried several restaurants both at Divi and Tamarijn. The Red Parrot restaurant was one of the finest we have ever been to. The views the people the food just incredible. This resort was better than some of the Sandals we have been to and much more affordable. Gorgeous beachfront resort!!

A wonderful 5 nights here! Great food! Beautiful pools! Fabulous evening music & bands!! Steps to pure white sand beach & turquoise ocean!!:) would definitely return and tell all our friends!! Friendly staff!!

Relaxing resort

The overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. The staff was very friendly. However, the fact that the Wi-Fi connection almost never worked in our room was quite frustrating. We also feel that the resort (rated 4 star) should stock the fridge in the rooms with soft drinks. There were also some piles of unsightly construction materials on the grounds close to our room.

Awesome Resort!!!!!!!!!!!!

Amazing week at the Divi - the people are amazing and the facilities are outstanding! Well kept, clean and safe. Lots to do in and around the resort. I would recommend the Divi to couples or families looking to get away. The weather was fantastic.

Great Resort

Very nice resort. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, very clean, great beach. Some restaurants were better than others but acceptable food at all. Main bar in lobby always slow service but every other bar was quick. Housekeeping did a great job every day

Great vacation

The Divi Aruba is the perfect spot for a quiet relaxing vacation in the sun. Never having been to Aruba before, we were a bit concerned it would be too hot there. But the constant trade winds made it comfortably warm all the time. The Resort has several pools and bars, as well as a lovely buffet and 3 great a la carte restaurants. The staff is friendly, the place is nice and clean and the beach is awesome. It's a perfect location for families and couples. Not a real party place which was just [... read more] fine with us. The Red Parrot a la carte was good enough for us to go back twice! Every evening there is a band or singer playing by the beachside bar, which we enjoyed. For a mere $10 cab ride, we went offsite to the nearby cruise port of Oranjestad for a half day of shopping. We didn't try any of the excursions as the beach and 'floating and bobbing' in the waves, were exactly what we had in mind this vacation. The pools are all closed from 7 pm to 7 am, which is disappointing if you enjoy swimming at night. Otherwise we wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Divi Aruba to anyone wanting a comfortable, safe and wonderfully relaxing vacation in the sun.

Amazing resort

The resort was beautiful. Peaceful place to get away. Service was good, view from our room was amazing and the beach was so wonderful. It was warm every day but nice breeze to keep it from being too hot!

Beautiful and quiet

The grounds and beach were very nice. The beach and ocean was the real highlight. service was good, not great. Food ok. Beach made up for all of IT. Beautiful island and people. The casino and main town was Very nice

Very disappointing

Very disappointing for a four star resort and very expensive for what you got. Loved Aruba and the people (which is why I rated our vacation two stars instead of one) but would never go back to a Divi resort. Place was very old and tired looking. Definitely needs some renos. Small pool and no hot tub! Aruba is very windy and somewhat cool at night so hot tub would have been nice. The food was awful. Needed a table saw to cut the beef--definitely not 4 star food. We stayed at Couples last year fo [... read more]r less money and it was far superior. Plus the package included transfers to and from the airport. No one picked us up to take us to the airport on the return home and all the resort said was "we don't deal with Sunwing". After trying to call someone to no avail we hailed a cab so we could make our flight at a cost of $25 US. I have yet to be reimbursed.
