Really enjoyed our stay

The location was great -- walking distance to Hollywood Studios and Epcot parks, which was great. Our room was large enough and was clean and neat. The staff that we encountered were friendly and accommodating. The food was great, and vegetarian/vegan options were available. Location location location

The WDW Swan met all my expectations and was in the perfect location for a family visiting Disney. Being able to walk to the nearby Disney resorts provided some variety for meals and the water transportation to Epcot and Hollywood Studios couldn't have been better. The hotel did feel a bit 'conference-y' so sometimes areas were closed for conference events and set up but that didn't impact us very much. As someone with much experience at Disney resorts, the room size was incredible and it felt like a Disney deluxe accommodation at a Disney moderate price. The only negative comment I have was the Garden Grove restaurant. Honestly CANNOT believe that Disney allows this restaurant to stay on their Disney dining website and endorses it. The meal was terrible and the only option was a table d'hote so it was an enormous amount of food and waste. They did try to resolve our problems but ultimately, we spent a ton of money and really ate salad, bread and dessert - the mains were basically not edible.
