Great getaway!
We really enjoyed our 11-day stay at Kaanapali Beach Hotel in Maui in December 2019. The hotel, the grounds, and the staff were wonderful. The location was excellent—right on the beach, close to Black Rock, Whaler’s Village, and a short distance to Lahaina. We regularly used the walking path along the shore. Good spot
The beach in this area is very nice and it has a great boardwalk to walk along the coast. I'd recommend a car to be able to see other areas of the island as most things are quite far and uber is pricey. Unfortunately there is no gym on-site and everything in the area / on Maui is expensive, but the staff were very friendly.

THE resort for a perfect family vacation
Spent a week at this resort. Our first time in Maui. Loved loved loved it! Everyone was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Our whole family enjoyed the on resort classes (lei making, hula classes etc). The evening hula shows were also wonderful and a much better choice for our young kids vs an expensive luau. Beautiful people
The staff were the best part!!!! Everything was beautiful ! I would telling everyone wanting a relaxing time to go there. Not for heavy party people. I would love to go back again some day. We all had a great time.
