Great experience

The Hotel was very clean, great breakfast every day and a very helpful staff at every level. The pool was closed but we were given beach chairs and beach towels to use free of charge. Melanie at Tripcentral was a great help for us since this was our first time going to Hawaii. She is knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She made some great suggestions which we did follow.
