Krystal Grand Los Cabos: Did not disappoint.

This was a repeat trip for us and as promised they stepped up and got us the same 7th floor room and Diana (room services manager) walked up to the room with us for the surprise of champagne, fruit and a welcome back banner. Carlos at the Altitude club remembered me by name as did the General Manger, Michel. It was a pleasant surprise and the hotel lived up to our expectations once again. We had no issues with food and they have improved things to do at night since last year. If you want to party, this is not the place for you and that's why we like it. The place is spotless and the servers work hard for you. It is fairly small and feels very cozy as we met the same folks every day. Drinks were not watered down and the Martini bar makes wicked martinis. We shall absolutely return for a 3rd trip.

Krystal Grand Los Cabos: So so resort

the layout and grounds were lovely! Italian restaurant was great food and great service. Service was very inconsistent at the other restaurants . Shower water was off and on cold and hot. Highway noise behind resort was very loud not the fault of the resort, all the hotels are located beach front and the highway is right behind the hotel strip. Pools were great and activities staff were great. Lots of activities to do if that's what you like. Not enough pool loungers. Had to be up at dawn to re [... read more]serve a beach chair. Had a good vacation but probably would not go back to this resort.

Krystal Grand Los Cabos: Great Hotel

All the staff was very friendly and helpful. When We first arrived our room wasn’t the greatest it was really far and lots of street noise. Right away they moved us to a better newer room. The restaurants were delicious the Italian restaurant made steak that melted in your mouth. Not a lot of evening entertainment Overall we had a great time and would recommend it.

Krystal Grand Nuevo Vallarta: Beauty resort

Beautiful large room overlooking the 3 pools and ocean The Grill restaurant was excellent On the 10th floor is the Sky Bar with a stunning view of the sunset every night .Food at buffet was normal but at the beach bar everyday was Wings Ribs Fish tacos Everything you could ask for for a lunch Drinks were premium also Smaller resort but very nice Close walk to town along the beach also I would reccomend this hotel Thanks again

Krystal Grand Nuevo Vallarta: Amazing resort!!!

We had a fantastic time at this resort! The food was excellent! The service was amazing! The pools and the beach were absolutely terrific. It’s well taken care of by an excellent staff. Great entertainment every night!

Krystal Grand Cancun: Great value; gorgeous stretch of beach; fabulous care

We loved our time here (the 2nd week of January). We were taken care of really well by the generous staff, and felt at ease in the space. It’s a smaller resort, which we appreciated — well laid out with lots of places to be, in or out of the sun. Two different pools, with two different energies! :) Food was quite good. Zero complaints. We appreciated the local families who were also enjoying the resort, and people from many other countries. We had fun playing volleyball in and out of the pool, and enjoyed the simple evening entertainment. We were sad to leave and will return.

Krystal Grand Nuevo Vallarta: Beautiful resort

This resort was exactly what we were looking for traveling with my 85 year old parents. Compact, accessable, warm pool, good food, friendly staff and wonderful weather. It could get a little loud at night. The way the hotel is built all the activities are in the middle.

Krystal Grand Cancun: 100% Perfect

As a frequent traveler I have never wanted to return to a resort until I arrived at Reflect in Cancun. This place is amazing. Food, beach, pool, night shows, sunrises. I had everything I wanted and will definitely be returning for my next vacation. Not one single thing let me down.

Krystal Grand Cancun: Great Resort

Very clean smaller resort, with great pools. absolutely wonderful beach, all just outside the door. Rooms were perfect. Staff amazing, very attentive. 24hr room service. Smaller type of entertainment each evening as well. Very well coordinated check in and out. The only negative was the food in the buffet . Breakfast was great, but for other meals- choices were very limited. The menu didn't change much each day either. I absolutely loved all of the 4 restaurants. The food was wonderful. Love [... read more]ly 5 course meals, and the best part was that you didn't have to dine at the buffet, you could go to the restaurants every day and most of them did not require reservations. On another note, while we were there the two elevators were not operating well, we got stuck inside one day. But, it appeared that installation of two more newer elevators was commencing in another location. All in all, a great place to relax and enjoy the sun.

Krystal Grand Nuevo Vallarta: Good resort

Nice resort with nice service. My room was spacious and clean. The hotel is at 20 km of Puerto Vallarta a little bit to far for me. The beach is perfect, very quiet. The food at the buffet and the grill was correct but the asian restaurant was not very good. The mexican restaurant is reserved for the people of the time sharing. It's not indicate on the website. Overall, the vacation was a nice experience.

Krystal Grand Los Cabos: Decent resort but, right on the highway!

This a decent resort when it comes to pools, restaurants and rooms. It is however right on the main highway so the front of the hotel along with the front entrance/bar and some of the buildings are very loud all day and night. Also, we were disappointed at the fact that beach volleyball was only 1 hour per day, there were no nightly shows and 5he kids pool wasn't heated which made it tough to use for the little ones. All in all, this was a 3 -3.5 star in our opinion and not a 4.

Krystal Grand Los Cabos: A Los Cabos experience!!

This was a beautiful well managed resort overall. The staff was very accommadating and catered all your needs. The grounds well manicured and clean. The food at all the venues was excellent and served with very friendly staff. It is hard to pick out the best restaurant but The Grill and the Ayami were standouts for sure. Our room was great and ocean view is well worth it. Loved the service by staff at the pool and beach special mention, Erika, Ivan, Sacorro, and Manuel. The sports team was g [... read more]ood and lots of fun. The entertainment was great live band one night and Mexican another night was excellent. I suggest a well placed poster board of events would improve attendance. We found it sad that it wasn't as well attended as it could have been. I would definately reccomend this resort to our friends and family. The Baja Pennisula is just excellent!!!!

Krystal Grand Los Cabos: Left disappointed

This was our second trip to the Reflect Krystal Grand in Los Cabo’s, and our expectations were high as we received great service the first year we went. We stayed in deluxe accommodation which is on the far side of the resort closer to the main road. Our room was clean, but the refrigerator never worked even after having it replaced and reporting again that it wasn’t working. The shower head needed fixing and we had no hot water. This was fixed within 24 hours. We frequented the adult pool a [... read more]rea, and the beach cabanas were free last year, but this year we were told you had to rent them for $149US a day for 2 people and included premium alcohol. The pool side service was slow, some days it took up to 30-40 min to receive your beverage. The Rissotto Restaurant served good food and for the most part service was good. When asked for a premium beverage they served a non premium alcoholic beverage and tried to disguise it, then went to another bar to get the alcohol when questioned. The buffet was ok, but food was not replenished quickly. A good thing was the weather was awesome and there were chairs available around the pool.

Krystal Grand Nuevo Vallarta: A great weeks stay!

Grounds, pools and area were fantastic. The coffee shop two doors down from our 41118 swim up room was perfect. I suspect that 41117 would be a nicer swim up room as it is isolated in the corner and gets great shade.. drawback being the loud noises from the cafe next door. Food options were somewhat limited compared to other resorts and some (Japanese) are only open certain days. All but the Japanese need no reservations at all.The food itself was excellent and Elena at the omelette statio [... read more]n was a superstar. Do watch some of the restaurants as some will forbid those with plastic flip flops. We only did the infinity pool with the swimup bar as we had our own pool.It was nice to hang over the edge and look at the ocean. For those who shop there is a OXXO right outside the front resort entrance and also a pharmacy. There is also a Mega shopping store nearby (groceries) and 10 minutes towards Puerto Vallarta there is a huge walmart. My only complaint is that no matter how busy the resort was, or on some days was not, there were NEVER enough staff and they all worked extra hard and had to run around.
